A large pepperoni and pineapple pizza.
    Andrew R.

Got a large pepperoni and pineapple pizza that my spouse called in for pick up. Good, chewy crust, tasty toppings, and all told a really good deal for the price. Also, there's a bench inside to wait to pick up your pizza. Pretty good cold the next morning as well. All told, for a good, affordable carryout pizza, you can't go wrong with Rosie's.

Do you like your money? Do you like pizza? Do you like San Marcos? Well boy do I have a place for you. The cheese has enough weight to fill a sumo wrestler's belly and not break his wallet. What a deal. The toppings are generously girthy and grated with the sauce. I paid 7.25 for a pizza that's better than 18$ pizza's in town AND the sweet tea is sweeter than ur grandma's cherry pie on a thanksgiving night. Shoutout Rosie's all my homies love Rosie's. Six pizzas to feed 15 adults was under $43 after tax/before tip.

Need cheap 1 topping pizzas for pickup quickly? This place will take care of you. Feeding more volunteers than usual at lunch, I called in to Rosie's a bit after 11am on a Saturday. I ordered 2 pepperoni and 1 each jalapeño, mushroom, beef/onion, Canadian bacon/pineapple. That's six large pizzas, two with an additional topping, and it was $42.69 after tax. That's why Rosie's is on my list for feeding crowds! Good price/head on the entree. They said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I hit the baby B for salad, chips, desserts and arrived in 30 to find all was ready. The only glitch was I'd planned to order 1/ea of their salads here, but they were out of lettuce. I've never had their salads so I don't know if I really missed out or dodged a bullet. Jalapeño was the clear winner, FYI. The onion was particularly generous, and all three I tasted were good. Rosie's is staying on my emergency food plan--they haven't done me wrong yet.

Breadsticks that clearly aren't fresh and hard to the touch.

I have never had an issue with Rosie's pizza in all my years of ordering just 1 large pizza and breadsticks. I called in my order as usual. Furthermore, I arrive to get my order, and I'm greeted by a young man. He checks all orders on the ready counter. While he goes to the back of the counter to check the order receipts on the other side, I notice a breadstick on the far left side by itself. He then retrieved my pizza and came around to the register and grabbed the breadsticks and proceeded to ring me up. I did touch the breadsticks, and they felt warm but not hot. I arrived home to find the pizza still hot, but the breadsticks were hard and not their usual appearance when fresh. I then called and an unprofessional" manager", who when asked what her name was, told me why did I need her name. This is when I got upset. I said as a business professional, when a customer asks your name, you then give the customer your name. She then put me back on hold with no warning. She came back on the phone to tell me her name was Brooke, and sorry for the hold. Rosie's, please do better as a business and make sure the customer is treated with more respect than that.

    Front door.

Walked in and said to girl at register..."I'd like three large pizzas please." And before I could finish she yelled "Did you call it in?" When I said "no", she rolled her eyes and snatched up the paper ticket in annoyance. I'm visiting from Houston and wanted to try something local. I'm already regretting my decision. When I ordered mushrooms, she said abruptly "We ain't got mushrooms." I said "What DO you have?" She said "It's on the menu" pointing to the 80's style menu with the block letters. Mushrooms is listed on that menu. That was rude. My question was to avoid saying I wanted a topping that you were out of. Anyways, I ordered the pizzas since we are hungry and the price is low. She said ten minutes. It's already been 20 as I write this review. While we waited outside, one of the workers came outside and talked with my husband while playing games with the two girls on the store. He said they were cousins. Why are they playing and not making our food? No regard for us as the customer. The girl with the eye makeup threw the receipt book at the door while the gentleman was outside pretending to take the tips. I couldn't imagine that any owner would permit this type of behavior. Their customer service is a ZERO. I am typing this while I wait (too long) for my pizza. They just have us waiting while we watch them play behind the counter. Now, 25 minute later the pizza is being served. I'll come back to update on the taste. Unacceptable customer SERVICE! Pizza was okay at best. Hardly any sauce.

Not a bad pizza! For the price it is an excellent deal. The location isn't located downtown so it's not super convenient to get to, but it's worth it for the deals. I ordered a large cheese and it was great! The dough was cooked properly.

It's a small place back in a corner, so I see how I missed it before. While I waited they let me sample a small cone of their homemade ice cream. It was chocolate cinnamon. It was not bad, but not something that I would have put together. The ice cream was creamy and it they had another flavor I would have bought some! I ordered a small pepperoni, with onions and peppers. They don't use green peppers but they had red and yellow. It was delicious. Their pizza doesn't come with a ton of toppings but the sauce and crust are so good, you won't miss it. I will be back for more!

The only bit of feedback I would give to management is to replace the cactus plant with something that doesn't have little pokies, sadly my wife brushed her arm past it and we ended up going on a 45 minute quest to get all of the little cactus pins out :( The plant was also in a broken ceramic pot- broken ceramic is potentially as sharp or sharper than a razor, and I wouldn't want anyone to hurt themselves badly! You CAN split a pizza into two specialty halves. The prices of the two-topping calzone, garden salad, and 3pc tender haven't gone up, which is nice, and the tenders still include a wing sauce AND dipping sauce but cream cheese is no longer a dip option. Specialty items like t-shirts are still listed but at zero dollars and you can't select a size so....perhaps it's still under construction. I doubt it, since my email coupons have also coincidently dried up recently although the revolving weekly text offers have continued (as of 30 JULY 2026). I hope they still have in-house delivery drivers, because they've always been great people. Perhaps nothing has changed within the brick and mortar, and I truly wish y'all a great time of it. For me, Gumby's was a frequent ritual of petsitting. Sharing pizza crusts with pups and treating myself to a mule and Mountain Dew wasn't fine dining but it was consistent quality and reliable delivery after a day of work and familiar as I settled in at any of several addresses across town. Still tasty, I'll just see them less now because the convenience of the former platform is gone for my typical orders. Time to find new favorites!

It was ready in exactly ten minutes as they advised, and it was beautiful. They give you the option of having your sandwich toasted. YES (I dream of being able to do this at Thunderclouds). Even after a cold few minutes' journey my dinner was still hot when I got home. There was more cheese, pushing into decadent, and I added green peppers as usual. A hint of garlic somewhere, bread's about the same, and right out the gate the meatballs are in the neighborhood of the best quality the original Sunny's offered in a decade's fluctuations. The price was still about the same; even with an add-on it was less than $9 cash and satisfying for a hungry adult. Staff were perfectly courteous and the place is spic and span as expected, having witnessed late night cleaners on premises several times over the weeks they took to reopen. I look forward to revisiting the rest of the menu again here, which includes bagels from the truck they recently ran on the other side of the convenience store.

The cheeseburger was *sublime.* Not only is the bun grilled, the onions are as well, and they do not skimp on the lettuce and tomato. And of course, the mushrooms complement the flavor perfectly. Yes, the cheese is regular American, but sometimes that's all you want. The salad is likewise extremely generous, not only in the mixture of iceberg and romaine, but also in the tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, and shredded cheese. It is truly immense, and absolutely wonderful with a bit of ranch dressing. It's great to have a local carryout place with extremely tasty options. The family both the restaurant and convenience store is super-friendly and helpful. This place is seriously becoming my go-to not only for more traditional carryout like pizza and burger, but also for the salad. First rate.
