This is a cute little ice cream shop tucked away in a neighborhood area! It has a beautiful outside patio area as well as a small indoor seating. After trying about 5 different samples (which shows you how patient the staff was!) , I can say that all of the flavor options are great and just depend on your mood for that day! The butter pecan and brown cinnamon sugar we're my favorites today, both warm flavors and well sweetened! They also have some non-dairy flavors, my mom tried the pineapple apricot and loved it! me and my friend were in an extremely good mood just wanted to get some quick milkshakes yet there was a girl trying to get a job in front of us we didn't think much of it until she started having her job applications right in front of us and now we were waiting for one hour the person who was serving us did not even care she apologized sarcastically and then asked us what we want we said "we want to milkshake" and she was like "OK well just so you know I'm going to let the people behind you go in front of you because they have a small order" and by that point we were like pretty frustrated with her but we were trying not to be rude because we were in a good mood however the man who was getting ice cream swipe his card and it did not work once so she decided that she was going to give him his ice cream for free then when my friend was paying for the ice cream it was $30 for two milkshakes and her card didn't work three times yet the worker kept trying to make us pay even when her card was broken so in the end we ended up paying $15 for each milkshake which was absolutely ridiculous and the worker was so rude and snarky for no reason I hate high point creamery it's ruined my day and my life do not go here I might die read more

Prices are high for the small portions, but one bite and you can taste the quality ingredients and the expert care and creativity that go into crafting each of the flavors. This place was a gem. In a little shopping center in the middle of a residential area with a few dinner choices and of course the ice cream. The flavors were amazing and the servers were very knowledgeable about their different flavors and how everything was made in house. He feel of this place was great. Still, when it came to the flavor, we responded to each other simultaneously with almost the same words: "weak, anemic, near non-existent flavor." Such was the disappointment for us both. What further surprised us was the consistency, one flavor to the next, each with minimal flavor. High Point Creamery has amazing ice cream in general - fresh, delicious, REAL ingredients that are combined in memorably unique and inspired ways, but what I love most about this ice cream spot is that they make the best non-dairy ice cream you can find in Denver --- So good that I never miss the cream and rather than feeling deprived without my dairy-based ice cream fix, I feel both virtuous and like I'm having a special treat. My fav is coconut ginger. They usually have 3 coconut milk-based flavors --- coconut ginger, chocolate coconut and coconut mango. All excellent choices --- decadent, but in a really good way! Among the dairy-based flavors my husband likes are Brown Butter Pecan (his fav), Mint Chocolate Bark (with a mint tea infusion), and Peach (a seasonal flavor made with fresh peaches when they're in season). read more
