I just needed a quick nail trim for my girl and you wouldn't imagine how hard it is to find a groomer open after 4p on a Monday. In my search, I found The Grooming Shop, called and she was still open and willing to take us as a walk-in. My dog is dog shy and she doesn't do well to dogs walking up face first. I shared that with the groomer and she happily accommodated by getting her tools and taking care of us in the lobby. She not only cut but also filed her nails. Was careful, kind and handled my Minnie well. I wish I would have got the groomers name but I didn't. I just want to say Thank you again! It was really important to get this taken care of today. I appreciate your willingness to see us on such short notice. I recommend this facility for your pet grooming needs.

I have only had Lillie for 2 months and she is not yet ready for something as intimate as a bath and grooming. Amber has been so thoughtful and treated Lillie so respectfully through this process. Luckily she is doing well now and will even hold up her paws for her new groomer. Grooming was four hours of stress and trauma for Gracie and while Gracie might not agree, for me, her Mom too. While this was NOT the groomers fault, it was just Gracie's anxiety. Our groomers and I agreed to find a mobile grooming service which we hoped would make everyone happier. Gracie is now 4 1/2.....I do go on and on, but I think it is important for others who may have anxious dogs like Gracie and are looking for the best way to care for everyone involved. THEN WE FOUND BARK AND MANE, they are gifts to all dogs and their Mom's too. Macey greeted us with a smile and big hugs for Gracie and me too, we both loved her from "Hello"! Emylia works with all dogs, big and small, anxious or brave. My little Lola is very anxious and won't let anyone near her ears and tail. But Emylia is very respectful of her boundaries while still making sure she gets a good cut! And she finishes off with a bow when Lola will allow.
