Huge shoutout to Chris and Alex for always taking care of me. The last couple times I came in were completely last minute with a flat tire, and even though the shop was packed, they still got me in and fixed my tire within a couple hours. When I finally asked why my vehicle had still not been serviced after such a long wait, the staff responded very rudely and told me to leave and come back another day. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they became defensive and disrespectful.
