Higher Level Transportation picked us up from dropping off a rental car in Long Beach the night before our cruise, gave us a ride back to our Airbnb, picked us up and took us to the cruise port the morning of the cruise, and picked us up after the cruise, took us on a tour of L.A., and then dropped us at LAX. We couldn't have been happier with every step of the trip and every interaction we had. Both drivers were punctual, friendly, fun, and helpful. The owner (Rob) was on top of confirming everything with us and staying in communication throughout the process. The morning of the cruise, he called to make sure we were all set and spent a significant amount of time giving us tips for the cruise itself and navigating the ports we were going to. It saved us a significant amount of confusion, time, and money. It was a very personalized experience. The prices were not much more than you would pay for an Uber, and the experience was significantly better. A friend had recommended Rob to us after a cruise that she went on. Higher Level Transportation service handled all of our transportation needs to and from LAX Airport and the cruise port in Long Beach, and the experience was great from beginning to end. He picked us up from LAX right where he said he would, had constant communication, nice, clean ride, and was a super cool dude!!! he took us to our hotel, then gave us a ride to another location that same day. The next morning he picked us up on time and took us to the cruise port. When our cruise was over, another one of his drivers picked us up at the ship / cruise port. He also picked us up after the cruise took us to LA luggage storage so we could go to the Santa Monica pier for the day, pointed out places to check out nearby the pier.
