I love this dentistry! My entire family comes here! Everyone is always super nice and very accommodating. Suzy always makes sure that our visit goes super smooth from the time we arrive to check in to the time we check out and make any follow up appointments. My Fiancé recently got Invisalign's and the entire process has been such a relief, he works late on week days and they always find a way to squeeze him in. I was very well received when I called Highland Dentistry at 8:30am on this Saturday morning. My husband had broke a tooth the night before and needed to see a dentist right away. The staff and providers are on top of their ish!! I am pretty new to this place and already I can tell how amazing this place is. She will take care of all your needs and come up with a great payment plan that fits most budgets. She is super friendly and makes me feel comfortable. This is my 2nd time coming here for wisdom teeth extractions. I was in agonizing pain from severely impacted teeth and highland dentistry is the only dental office that REALLY catered to emergencies and TREATED it as such ! I called same day and 2 hours later I was in the chair getting my tooth pulled that was causing me to be sleep deprived and unable to eat move or function. I can't remember my dentists name but it was not the same dentist from the first time and I was still given great care. He and his assistants were extremely accommodating, nice, ATTENTIVE, patient, and expressing genuine concern to each individual even though they see new people with different problems all day every day. Your pain is not belittled here before or after treatment and that is really appreciated. Highland dentistry is THE best ! Period. If you have an emergency you can be treated same day and out of both times I've been there there's never been a wait time ! If I would've gone ahead and went to western dental I would've been sitting in the lobby crying for hours while their dentists went on break etc. that seems to be the scenario with other dental offices. Now that I think of it they've never ever suggested to me anything other than what I actually needed or asked for. He actually told me I only needed one wisdom tooth extracted instead of two despite my eagerness to pay for both out of desperation to get rid of my pain. My new patient appointment was great, friendly and welcoming staff at the desk eased me of my nerves. They didn't judge me for not seeing a dentist in a long time and instead supported me for taking the step to making the change. I had my first appointment today for three fillings. For an extended period of time, I endured mediocre dental health care with Western Dental. Their wait times were ridiculous, and their doctors are inconsiderate. Leaving disillusioned, I figured quality dental care was too much to ask for. Today, I went in to Highland, and from the moment I walked in, all I saw were smiling faces from Betzy and Suzy. The wait time was short which is important to me because I'm always on the go. One thing that stood out was how they took the time to explain to the proper way practice effective oral hygiene. It may not seem like much, but preventative care holds a lot value and speaks volumes about the team. I came in with a migraine, and the doctor was mindful of that when shining the light while doing his job. He shared an anecdote and gave me some advice on how to care for my migraine that he leaned from him mom! The procedure itself was fast, but not rushed. I commute for 45 minutes and cross the bridge to get here because it is totally worth it. Very friendly, professional and affordable. There is even TV for the wait ( although the wait is NEVER long ). They are truly the dentist that cares, they will makes sure all your dental needs are taken care of. Been going here for over a year, and my mom and I love them. The facility is clean and relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly and speak Spanish and English. At my old dentist the wait times were ridiculous and the prices were insane. Here they do everything they can to make sure you get the most out of your insurance. They get you in immediately and i rarely wait more than 5 minutes. I had to get 6 filings because I was using children's toothpaste (long story, no fluoride is bad) and was worried about getting shots. The dentist said because they were so small and shallow he didn't think we would need shots, and he took care of them. He was super gentle and talked me through every step, making sure I was in no pain and asking if I wanted to be numbed. Everything went well and it was extremely affordable. We moved to concord recently but still come here because we love them so much. Couldn't recommend them more read more

This dentist and a dentist by the name of Dr. Deragopian performed an implant surgery on my upper teeth. I believed that because of their titles that this job was going to be done professionally. I was wrong. Both of them promised to add six implants to hold the replacement teeth together, but they only placed four. Also it was promised that they would add synthetic bone to my gums to hold the implants, however they did not. To make matters worse I got an infection after the surgery causing me to lose one of my implants so instead of having four it went down to three implants and Dr. Deragopian did not want to take responsibility and charged me an extra $1,800 when each implant cost me $2,500 dollars each and he blamed me for the implant falling out when it was his fault for not doing the job correctly. Even after I paid him Deragopian is still charging accusing me of not paying. I urge anyone who goes to this dentist and to Highlands Dentistry in Pittsburg, CA to leave immediately because these "doctors" only have one patient in their minds and that is Mr. Benjamin Franklin. read more
