They were wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and I was there less than 15 minutes, happy that my car Passed! And no, I don't know anyone who works there and am not related to anyone there. My rating of this business is an honest one and I'm glad to recommend it to anyone.

I was in line to get my emissions done earlier today and one of the employees got clearly frustrated with me because I kept asking him to repeat his instructions. It's super loud there, which is to be expected, and he got impatient when I followed his instructions incorrectly. I couldn't hear his instructions clearly, couldn't read his lips due to him facing away from me, and he kept repeating his instructions and turning away from me halfway through. Thankfully the rest of my visit went smoothly. Another employee offered to use sign language to communicate with me when I told her I couldn't hear well but it wasn't necessary since I could read her lips when needed. I appreciated her extra effort, patience, and understanding. My experience went smoothly except for my negative interaction. I didn't get his name and I don't want to make a complaint. I just hope he and other employees potentially see this and remember they may be working with customers who have invisible struggles. It's a small thing to some but this is mainly a reminder to be kind. A little more patience and kindness on the first employee's end would have made things much easier for both of us.

He purposefully embarrassed me in front of other customers. Because it went so wrong the first time I was there and I needed to go back with a new gas cap, I waited till the next day to go back thinking maybe Bryan was having a bad day just like me. when I returned the next day, I was very polite and he was a complete jerk to me in front of the entire waiting room full of people I will never go back and Bryan should not be in the customer service industry. He's either tired of it or he's never been good at it.

I arrived at 1:15pm on a Thursday and the line was nearly to 30th Ave. At 1:52 I had gone through the ticketing gate and I was 2nd in line for my bay (#5). The waiting bay has 3 chairs and is very narrow. There were only about 3-5 of us in there at a time. The man issuing tickets, Viviana who checked my car in, and the woman who checked me out (camo hoodie) all couldn't have been nicer. It's a pretty thankless and repetitive job, but they were kind, polite, and pretty fast. I was on my way by 2:29. There is an additional 3% fee for credit card payments. Overall, it sucks we have to do this once every 5 years but you have a choice as to how you treat others and how it affects your day. Bring a book and a snack, take a chill pill, and say thank you.

For the past two days, I've attempted to arrive at exactly 5 PM, as I cannot leave work any earlier. Each time, I find the gate closed and the entrance blocked off by cones; your queue is either empty or, like today, had 4 cars waiting in the queue at 5 o'clock. If you are closing at 5 PM, it is essential that you update your signs and website to reflect this accurately. Misleading customers is unacceptable. Your time is not more important than ours, do better!
