They did my car oil change, great experience, and in perfect time, it didnt cost much either.

I took my vehicle here for a basic oil change. Firstly, they did not put the glove box back together correctly. There were parts left on the passenger seat. Second, I now have a leak that did not present before the oil change. I have a service scheduled with the dealership to address what seems to be a problem stemming from the oil change. Update: After taking my vehicle to the dealer to inspect the leak, I was told that Grease Monkey did not install a gasket after changing the oil, causing a leak. - Poor service and no quality control checks to ensure the job was done properly. Not only did pay for a dismal oil change, I had to pay for a diagnostic service from the dealership afterwards. I will never be back to a Grease Monkey. I do not recommend. read more

Well I can't put no stars. My husband took our car there the one on Hampden to have some work done they completely ripped my husband off charged us $450 for work that he didn't even ask for. Aren't you supposed to check with the customer before you do any work instead of doing it and charging him later. My husband wound up changing our own oil because it was never even done it was completely black. And transmission fluid was never done he had to do that too filter was never changed and there was chunks in the transmission fluid. Ever since we took our car there our car there which is an automatic now hard shifts. Which my husband has now been trying to diagnose himself to figure out what the heck they did. I was in this location and the customer before me was complaining because they did not check the air pressure in tires, the manager was rude to him and didn't seem to care at all. I asked if they could check mine and 3 times they said they did, when i went outside the tire was very low, i asked again and they said it was checked, i asked for a pressure check anyways and they just grabbed the air hose and started filling the tire, the tire had 20 psi and should have had 55psi. They never checked mine or the customers before me, the fake apology while never looking me in my eye says it all, once is a mistake but 4 times with back to back customers is bad management and/ or lazy workers. Took both our cars in on a Tuesday around 11am. Asked for two oil changes and a tire rotation for the newer car. There were 2 other customers ahead of us. The technician got the miles of the cars and told us to wait inside. Usually the technician, prior to working on the cars, asks the customer what kind of oil and gives a quote. They asked the two people prior to us their oil preference, but not us. The only time the techs came into the customer waiting area was to ask the other customers what kind of oil and 5 minutes later they would come back in saying they needed additional services. When the tech finally came back into the customer waiting area they called us over started telling us the services they performed and how much it was. Long story short they couldn't confirm what oil they used on which vehicle. Wouldn't be such a big deal if the cars were the same mileage, year, make, and model but they aren't 20k miles vs 160k miles, Toyota vs. Saturn, 2018 vs 2001, SUV vs CAR?! Came in for a quick oil change. Of course, they find something wrong. Which they say the battery is bad when I have never seen a sign of it going bad. They say they don't have a replacement on-site but they can order it and I can come back. Okay, that's fine. They told me it would take up to an hour to get approval to get an oil change with my fleet enterprise card. I asked if I could call to get help get the authorization and then I sat on hold but once I got a hold of enterprise there is no need for this and they should know better because enterprise has a contract with them automatically and they never refuse and oil change. I was taking my car in to get a routine oil change. I had superior service during my experience. They were able to turn off a low tire pressure gauge free of charge, that a previous auto shop was unable to do. That was impressive in itself. The oil change was quick (30-45 mins), and they offered to replace my air filter, but they didn't force it on me. The prices are reasonable for an oil change in Denver. Okay, so just moved here and needed to find a dependable place to give my business to for oil changes tire rotations etc. Go on a Saturday midday and it's understandably busy. I'm instructed to park my truck in the back so I do that. Guy is nice comes out takes my info down and tells me it'll be about 45 min, but they can't do a tire rotation because their lift can't accommodate full size trucks/SUVs. Kind of annoying but whatever I can go somewhere else for that later. I walk home and am called a little over 2 hours later telling me my truck is ready. They said they had tried calling me earlier but I didn't answer. (not true, never received a call). But it's okay at least the work got done, right? I show up at the shop and the guy hands me my keys and says, "Oh because you had a small oil and transfer case leak, we refused service." Ummm this has never happened before, and I've had the leak for quite some time and it is very minor. But on top of that, what were you waiting for for the last 2 hours that you didn't call me? Furthermore, when I returned to my truck (now too late in day to go to another shop), I noticed a couple of my tire valve stem caps are missing and hood is not even fully closed. Sloppy, Sloppy. Would not recommend, especially if you have a full-size vehicle. read more

I got my first oil change since I got my new car. My car gave me a check oil light(that went away), that made me panic since I have a long trip to Texas. I was able to go back after work and got my issues straightened out. Lack of cleaning made some oil drip off. They took the time to look at everything and cleaned up from prior oil change. read more

My experience at this location 10-1-22 was awful. My car was dirtier afterwards, than when I took it in. There were grease marks all over the car, inside and out and paperwork was thrown all over the interior. The mats which are usually courtesy vacuumed were not, and were covered in oil from the oil change. The oil filter was pinched and installed incorrectly which resulted in smoke emanating from the engine - so scary. They refunded my money, but left it in disarray. I will NEVER go back to this location again! read more

On a Sunday morning he took two hours of his weekend, memorial day weekend, to come fix the radiator hose for me.. This is the kind of service you hope and wish for.. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Took my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT in for Service on Sunday May 20th.. Service went great everything seemed fine. Until Monday the 21st.. I was on my way in to work and the car was spraying coolant out of the hood vent and began to smoke.. I get to work. Open my hood to find that my radiator hose had been unclipped during the service and was now rubbing on the motors serpentine belt and had a hole cut into it by the belt rubbing... It was spraying coolant all over the motor and the radiator coolant tank was empty.. First off the car has never had an issue.. this was never a problem until after it was serviced by Grease Monkey.. Secondly if my engine were to have over heated and ceased or blown due to the negligence by Grease Monkey there would be serious issues. After all the issues were found I called and explained the situation and they more or less told me there was no way it was there falt. Even though I know for a fact the radiator hose could not have come unclipped on its own.. At first they were more than willing to fix it at no charge. After they reviewed some things they called me and told me they were not responsible and would not be fixing the issue.. I was told by the manager that something must be seriously wrong with my Jeeps motor and that it most likely had issues with pressure and my thermostat was failing... But why was this never happening before and suddenly after service there was issues.. About a week has passed now and my motor is now blowing black smoke and again this was never an issue before.. These guys seriously compromised my motor and of things are not taken care of this may become a more serious matter. read more

They caused damage to my vehicle. They did this through their inept work. The dealer found the problem and was able to fix it. They charged me $160 to do the work, And it cost me $850 in repairs. When I brought this to their managers attention, he off the hand said oh we didn't do that. If I'm to trust the difference in technicians on my own vehicles it would have to be the manufacturers representative rather than somebody who changes oil. I called corporate and they said oh we're not responsible, it's a franchise. I asked for the owner of that of the franchise's name and they said oh we can't give that to you that's private. We'll inform him and he has three days to contact you which they did not. So now I have to sue somebody. Don't go here ever ever ever. Their customer service is terrible their support is terrible and they caused damage to vehicles. read more

Something about this specific location is always off. I've been here a few times and have had mixed results. One time they forgot to put the huge plastic cover back under my car (the one that's as big as your hood but is under the car). Another time one of the employees pulled up in his tricked out car with his music blaring. He got out and just stared at everyone, was a bit intimidating. Another time one of the patrons had a very uncomfortable hostile yelling conversation with his kid. I understand his actions don't reflect on the service received, but it contributes to the overall environment. Not really sure why, but this place just gives me the creeps. We have crossed this location off our list and now drive 10 minutes further to get our oil changed at another Grease Monkey. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have been going for years and they always take care of me quickly and courteously. I've never felt taken advantage of or patronized. Most recently I took my car in for a way overdue oil change. They didn't shame me or try to sell me useless services, they just changed the oil and got me on my way. They're not fancy and they won't baby you. Get in, get your oil change, get on with your day. The only reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is they are a bit overpriced. This place earns its 5 stars. I go here for every oil change, or anything really. They always check everything and offer extra services but they all do. This place is always friendly and happy to just get you on your way. I appreciate their honesty and efficiency. Usually I get there bright in the AM and a lady helps me. She's always there and I feel so bad I don't remember her name but she is the golden goose. Friendly, professional and quick. There is nothing special or memorable about this Grease Monkey. The seating area is probably around 75 degrees, so its warm. The prices are just like any other Grease Monkey, probably too high for what you get. One thing that has always baffled me was that each Grease Monkey has its own computer system and the system as a whole is not linked up. When I have work done in one GM, the staff at another cannot pull up any records. This place is probably a 2/5, but the staff were courteous and friendly. I'll probably not go back. read more

Went in for a routine oil change. First off, the worker who checked me in hit on me. I'm in high school, he was around 40. Made me super uncomfortable. After he tried to get me to buy other stuff for my car that I definitely didn't need, my mom has had the same issue at this location. Seth the manager was super nice & helpful, and actually provided me with some decent car advice. However my total ended up being $20 more (for the same services) than the grease monkey on Broadway in littleton. I even had a $10 coupon. Not sure how that happened but one things for sure, I am not going back. read more
