Kyle Rutkowski is the essence of a class act. Very knowledgeable. He helped me square away a problem from my previous shop in Oregon on Mac 650s... and then proceeded to warranty the job when the McLaren continued to give me grief. He's gracious and has integrity. His shop rate isn't the most affordable, but when he is the most efficient, and he's fair with the hourlies, you still end faring better than the competition. He's more than fair, and his shop could be considered a surgical clean room, which speaks to their attention of detail and quality of work. I'm super thrilled! read more

I'd prefer to give zero stars but that option wasn't available. I would suggest under no circumstances have your car anywhere near this place. I have known Kyle the owner for many years from when he started and he used to be what I thought great. Now, however, sadly, I cannot think of a more disloyal, untrusting, poor excuse of a mechanic and repair shop. After spending over $13k on a new suspension system for my Porsche, I continued to have ongoing issues that he tried to avoid and refused to take responsibility for. Immediately upon picking up my car I heard and felt bad clunking and clicking sound. After shining a 'flashlight' around under the car, he determined there was nothing 'visually' wrong and that it's probably where bearings of which he'll send me a quote. Well he never sent it even after multiple text requests. To think I blindly trusted him again and was possibly going to pay for more work! It has been several months that I continued to complain. Good luck getting him to respond to a call or a text message. And when you do, he will tell you, he does not know his schedule, and he is several weeks out for an appointment. Ultimately, I took my car to another shop who immediately discovered a upper control arm was loose and shifting around. That fixed the noise immediately! Additionally they saw all the required protective boots on my 4 shocks were missing. They forgot to transfer them from the old shocks, let alone put new ones on like they should. I brought this to Kyle's attention who first said he would replace them after being very defensive and argumentative about it. After finally ordering all the parts to replace them he then told me he would only replace the rears and not the front two wheels for free, He also said he would do the job immediately upon parts been received. He then lied to me telling me the parts did not show up when in fact, I have proof they did. He then told me only some of the parts showed up which again I have proof that was not the case and all came in 1 box that he made me prepay for. Sadly, this became the normal behavior that I've come to expect. The worst thing that any mechanic can have is a customer, not trusting them to touch their car. I had a chance to speak with the owner, and he was able to give me an overview of what he thought of my car (F430) after he did work on the fuel pumps.
