We had a problem with our bar and laundry sinks which went from OK to totally blocked & smelling like the river Styx in just a few days. They arrived on time, figured out the problem, snaked it out, made sure nothing else was affected (laundry, kitchen, etc.) and then left everything spotless. Really good people!! I called at midnight last night because we had a shower faucet break and we couldn't get the water to turn off. We were in a panic. I called and spoke with a woman who gave me priceless advice-- She explained to me that no one will be able to fix the shower that late at night but many companies will take your money to come shut off the water to the house. She then helped me find our water shut off valve to the house and how to turn it off. It was easy with her instructions and saved the night!! I wish I knew her name so I could praise her here. I rent, so I couldn't convince my landlord to get this company out to fix the problem (they already contracted somebody else) but I have to give a shout out for the time and dedication given to me over the phone, without paying a dime. I felt like she genuinely cared about my situation. Good, honest people-- will definitely use when I'm not renting in the future. read more

Last week we used this plumber for the first time! We were informed our shower may have been leaking to the unit below us and I called immediately hoping it wasn't bad and to get it fixed asap! The gentleman who came out the next day was very professional, respectful and kind explaining what he could see just from our unit. He did say if anything further happens he would probably need access to the below unit but I am happy to report that there has been no leaking or dripping since he came out! We have called on a Saturday and Sunday and Matt came out within a half hour both times. I feel like he was reasonable even though it was off hours. He fixed both problems and gave us insight to what was going on (cameras showing the situation with our sewer). I've called other plumbers, and none we're as skilled and helpful.
