I Love Water Heater Doctor!! I told them what went wrong with my water heater and they informed me of a few options. I could either try to get a part repaired on it and try to get it to last a few more years or I could try to replace the water heater completely since it was getting old. I never once felt  pressured into getting a brand new water heater and they left it up to me. I ended up just getting the repair and I'm glad my hot water is working again. They do a great job! Water Heater Doctor took care of our family right away! Having a young daughter, we wanted to make sure we weren't without hot water for too long. We needed a lot of extra add ons like earthquake straps and drip pans, that as new homeowners we had no idea about.
