Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. It feels like they are more focused on…read moreavoiding responsibility than actually helping customers.I brought my car in for work, and afterward I noticed my grille was damaged. They denied causing it and claimed it was already like that, but I have proof showing the condition of my car before it was brought in. They also stated that my hood was never opened by them, but after I provided camera footage showing otherwise, the response changed to saying they "so we can't open the hood?"They refused to fix the damage and even threatened to remove me from the property for trespassing instead of trying to resolve the issue. They also refused to provide any video proof showing when they opened my hood.Thankfully, I had my own camera footage and was able to see a mechanic pushing something back into place, which raises even more questions. Their own before pictures don't show the damage being present before the work was done, and the difference between their photos and how my car looked afterward is clear.I know my car was not like this before I brought it in. I wouldn't waste my time making a complaint over something I knew was already there. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility and fix what happened. They also brought up unrelated information about body shops and clips, but that doesn't change the fact that before I went there, my hood opened normally without anything popping out. After getting my car back, it no longer does.At the end of the day, I just wanted honest service and for the issue to be handled properly. Unfortunately, that's not what happened.

Less expensive than the dealer and better. They have taken care of me for the last 10 years and I have never once had anything but the best service. Driver's Choice * is a god-send to any Porsche owners who cannot stomach the dealership prices or…read moreexperience (SO snobbish!). They are reliable, their prices are reasonable, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I was leaking coolant and really worried. It took them forever to work me in, but when they did, I got the car in two days. I had a water pump that needed replacing, and all sorts of things that go with that. Took me just into 4-figures, and now I can drive it again (well, actually, there's a slew of other things too...). Miki is very pleasant to deal with in this altogether no BS place - and her doggies are adorable. My only 'complaint' is that it took over a week to work me in! That means: A) They are busy, because customers are coming back, and referring others to them, and ...B) Porsches need a lot of TLC. That's "German engineering" for ya! * They can't quite decide whether they are "Drivers Choice", "Driver's Choice", or "Drivers' Choice", since their logo/listing all say the first, while in speaking of themselves they use the second; but not that I'm trying to be grammar teacher here, but it really needs to be the third. The possessive needs to be there, and surely it's more than one driver's choice!

It may sound odd but my car was unfortunately towed by this company and I'm still giving them a…read moregood review. They answered all my calls and were very professional over the phone and in person as well. They lose a star because towing me where there weren't visible signs (it was all the way at the front far from my car) after only an hour there is beyond annoying, they don't have anyone ready to release your car so I had to wait 30 minutes, they only take cash, and I had a few hours max to come up with the money. Some of it I get they're a business with their own reasons but it was a very unexpected thing and very high stress. I wish cards were an option because on a different day I wouldn't have had the cash and it would have cost me more. Overall their professionalism and transparency is what gives them the good review, their business practices loses them a star. PS they're the last building that says BTS on it.

This company is in violation of the consumer protection laws…read more As of 2026, Florida Statute § 713.78(19)(a) (as amended by House Bill 179 in 2024) is the primary statute requiring towing-storage operators to accept multiple payment methods. Under this law, a towing company must accept payment in at least two of the following forms: Form Group 1: Cash, cashier's check, money order, or traveler's check. Form Group 2: Bank, debit, or major credit card (such as Visa or MasterCard). Form Group 3: Mobile payment services, digital wallets, or other electronic payment systems (e.g., Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay). this company will lie to the consumer telling them they only accepting cash or cashier checks and that is the 2 forms required. I have video evidence of them denying my payments and stating they only accept cash or cashier checks. If you have dealt with them since Jan 2026 get with the attorney generals office They are also trying to intimidate people by forcing them to pay before you can inspect your vehicle. When I went to retrieve my vehicle I requested to see my vehicle and the items inside. I was told not until I pay. After I stated the law they still demanded payment. I stood my ground and finally was granted permission to see my vehicle prior to payment. Finally this company is breaking the law a third time. In Florida the towing company must report a towed vehicle within 30mins of the tow happening. When we called the local police department (Haines) they have on record that the vehicle was towed at 0205 and impounded at 0230 BUT when looking at camera footage of the scene, the vehicle was towed at 2200 making this falsified documents. I highly encourage people to reach out to the attorney generals office as that is what we are doing and take them to court as these are all illegal practices.
