Now to the "later": I was back in Minnesota (October) when I tried contacting Bargain Carts many times.....First phone call: put on hold forever with no pick up. Second time, a few days later) Joe (apparently their only salesman) was on vacation but Dave would leave him a message to call me when he returned. Never called back. several days later tried e mailing my request.....no response Called again the next day and was transferred to Walt, who is apparently their accountant ( Joe was there but not available to speak with me). Asked Walt if he could sell me a cart....."no, sorry I am just the accountant". Tried calling again a few days later, same routine.....put on hold only to have Dave come back and say Joe was not available. Being completely frustrated at this point I asked Dave (mgr) if he could help......what a smart Alec, told me that the cart I would like would cost me a few hundred, then he could really help me out! Then proceeded to tell me that the starting price was $200 higher than any of the identical ones I was viewing on their website stated. (They show sticker prices on the web site, but none of the vehicles are in stock and the website is never updated). Further, told me the speed upgrade would also be higher than Yamaha's own website states. I asked him if the owner was there, as I would like to speak with him/her. He wondered why, and I said I have given Joe and his company more than enough opportunities to help me, but all I get is poor/unethical service. I hung up the phone, and not fifteen minutes later......guess who calls? JOE!!! Well, I certainly wasn't going to talk with him.......he left a message telling me to call him back with any questions........needless to say I did not, and oh by the way......Never heard from the owner. Bottom line: don't bother with trying Bargain Carts for any/all of the reasons stated here. Just go to ART'S CARS where you will be treated fair and square. Purchased a Club Car! No charge for speed upgrade, no charge for delivery, no charge to outfit the cart with nicer wheels, and seats..... I could go on and on.

The gentleman who answered the phone told me that they could fit me in at 9 a.m., and from there, it was a matter of approximately 30 minutes for one of the men there to jack up my car, remove the tire, find the location of the leak, fix it, and remount the tire to my car. There were TWO pieces of metal that had caused the problem, which surprised me, as I hadn't known that was even possible! Lol The price for all that was very reasonable, in my opinion, and if -- when, really -- I have that or any other tire-related issue, I will absolutely call Royal Tire Service again! I had bad experience with mechanic shops before, but this has been one of the worst! Imagine, I am a 64 years old Desert storm, Desert Shield and Iraqi Freedom veteran, and the manager I spoke with is also a veteran, and look at what I went through, my fellow veteran, we are our worst enemy. I can tell you my whole experience, but there is not enough room on this platform to do it, so I will give a brief synopsis. I first brought my vehicle into the shop (approximately the second week of June), for the check engine light. I was charged approximately $164.00 for a diagnostic, which confirm the code that I was getting about the engine misfiring. I didn't get it worked on that day, because they didn't have the parts. Approximately two weeks later I went back to get the work done. There are two reasons why I went back to that shop. One is, I assumed that they would apply (what I paid for the diagnostic), towards the repair cost, and the other reason is; I love supporting veteran own, or any business that deal with veterans. Anyhow, with the diagnostic, the repaired cost me over $3,000.00 just to change out 8 plugs and coils. Changing out the plugs and coils appeared to solved the problem, because the check engine light went off. On that day they were planning to also do a gas treatment (a can of gas treatment purred into the gas tank), for over $300.00. to avoid paying the $300.00 dollars, I went to the dealership the same day and bought a can of their gas treatment ($40.00 with tax), and pure it in the tank myself. Now here is where the story gets interesting. About three to four weeks later, the same thing happens again, the engine light came back on, with the same two codes. After going back to the shop (for the same issue), I was told that, in order for them to check it out, I would have to agree to pay another $164.00 diagnostic fee. After I agreed to pay the fee, they brought the truck into the shop (with the check engine light still on), to check it out. Approximately 30 to 40 minutes later, the manager (or who appeared to be the manager), came and told me that he was getting a misfire from one of the cylinders, but after clearing the code he couldn't find anything wrong with the truck. I told him that I was getting two codes instead on one, but he advised me that he was only getting one code. He continued by telling me he found a problem, and in the same sentence, told me that he couldn't find nothing wrong with the truck, I couldn't understand that! However, he advised me that because the job/parts were under warranty, he would change out the part that was responsible for the misfire. He also stated that he would also try a gas treatment after changing out the part. After he mention the gas treatment, I told him that I had added a can of gas treatment to the truck the very same day he did the repair. He then stated to me that the gas treatment I added was the cause of the problem. Remind you, I use the same cleaner the dealership used in my truck twice before, also it's been several weeks and several tanks of gas (I went through), leading up to that moment. Also, the whole time I was driving the truck (with the gas treatment in it), the check engine light has not came on once. Anyhow, he told me he was going to speak with his technician and get back to me. When he came back, he handed me back my keys and told me that the gas treatment was the problem. He didn't even bother to change out the part he found that was doing the misfiring, the part that I paid over $3,000.00 for, which was still under warranty. He told me that he wasn't planning to charge me. Are you freaking kidding me, charge me for what?! A job that he never did! He never worked on the truck, he never changed out the part he told me had the misfire, as a matter of fact, the minute I left the property and got out on the main road, the engine light came back on! If there are any veteran reading this post, beware!

Found the problem quickly, but took three days after telling me my car was going into the bay for it to actually get worked on. So now I'm in a rental even longer, but Art and his team have been working closely with and giving timely information to the collision center (since the repairs will be covered by insurance through the collision center for me). Not excited about the delays, but glad to see how great this shop is with working with the reputable collision center (preferred shop listed by the insurance company).

According to the tech that changed it out, they have an average life expectancy of 3 to 6-years. To overcome the issue, we put a12-Volt charger on the battery and that kept us up and running. Nevertheless, if you are in Florida (Orlando is where we were camped at) this tech was 1st Class! Frank of Frank's Mobile came out to us the next day, was extremely thorough, and most reasonable with what he charged. He educated us on our systems, and most important, he quoted us before coming out and honored the price.
