Been going to Hikei for a while now, but recently the quality has noticeably gone downhill. Today I bought a Blinkr cart and checked it before even leaving because I know leaking from the bottom is an issue sometimes. It was leaking, so I went back and a worker exchanged it. The replacement cart was also leaking from the bottom. I went back again to either get a cart that wasn't leaking or use the credit to switch brands. I was sent to speak with who I believe was the manager. He told me the cart wasn't defective and that "that's how they come sometimes." I've bought plenty of Blinkr carts before and they are not supposed to be leaking like that. He told me to try it outside and said if it "hits," then it works. Obviously it's going to hit, but right away it was already clogged and I had to inhale hard just to get it to pull. Still, I was told it wasn't defective and couldn't be exchanged or credited. I got home and put it on a scale first to check if it's even a full gram. Once it's finished, I'll weigh it again to compare. So far, I've only taken a few hits (not back to back), and it already tastes burnt. I'm really disappointed with how this was handled. Leaking carts, clogging immediately, and a burnt taste after a few hits shouldn't be considered normal. I wasn't trying to get free product, just something that actually works. Likely my last time purchasing here.

This is my go to dispo in SD. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their in house flower is always amazing. Their growers know what they're doing. I won't even get any other flower anymore. Strictly Hikei. They have happy hour and daily specials. You can get everything here from edibles like gummies and candies, vapes, and even your own plants to grow at home! The price on the Hikei branded ounce is terrific. And they come in 1/2oz packages so you can get a couple strains. These guys are legit.

My go to dispensary in SD. Modern cannabis. It's pretty inside! The froot brand mysleep helps me to relax n good sleep. Indeed!!! They checked your ID at d entrance. They have security guards all over the place. Good parking spot and workers are friendly. You have to be 21 and over to enter this dispensary. They have early morning discount 7-9am. Check them out! You can order online at their website easy checkout -bring cash to pay ! They also have ATM machine onsite. Also, Try their vape n pre rolls! Peace!!!!

What's there not to love about a dispensary ?? Like really , a review on such an establishment would solely have to be on the customer service that was received in my most honest and sober opinion lol . I walked into this location, After being carded (which I appreciate and understood). I was greeted by so many friendly people . The store was really cleaned and well organized. I knew what my intentions and expectations were when walking into the store, only I didn't know what products would best cater to my expectations. I hate that I forgot the name of the gentleman that was helping me but he was well educated about the products. He led me to exactly what I wanted and I literally walked out paying $15 for what kept calm , cool and collective my entire weekend in San Diego. I was somewhat surprised of the placement of the establishment as it was located in a popular residential neighborhood. I wouldn't have expected to see such a place literally sitting across the street from and next to a apartment complex. My experience was good and I would highly recommend this place /location to anyone looking for the type of products that they sell.

I have nothing but good things to say about HiKei and the staff I've encountered. Whether by phone or in person, the staff at HiKei have always been helpful when I order or have questions. My mom has a lot of pain she lives with at 75 years old so I took her to HiKei to see if they could recommend something to offer her a little relief. They sat her down and brought out a few products for her to think over. The staff was knowledgeable and made her feel comfortable and cared for and I appreciate that they treated her with so much kindness and respect. lol...They made it fun for her and she loves the ointment and edibles they suggested and by the time we left the store, she felt a little pampered, I think. Lastly, HiKei delivery is the best!! They call after I order online to make sure my order is all straight before it goes out for delivery and I really love that. So far, for over a year, I have not had even the smallest issue with any deliveries and the HiKei drivers are some of the coolest peeps ever! read more

Every time I go to a dispensary I tend to spend a good amount on my self to keep me going for about a month. Anyways it was a first and last time for me at Hi-Kei. They sold me a cartridges for a wrong battery that they told me goes together. Anyways today I went to finally exchange em and go denied cause the girl said tbe cartridges are good and the battery is too, even tho they are the same brand they aren't compatible. Now I'm Left with 6 cartridges of live resin a battery that's not campatible and they want me to buy a battery that's compatible with the cartridges that cost 80. Anyways, thought they'd exchange it even after they admitted selling the items to me together by mistake. I wasn't the only customer who got this "Tuesday deal". Anyways march and ash, told them what happened. They gave me a 70$ battery for free and apologized for Hi-kei customer service. The last thing the manager said; "I don't know what's the big deal buying a better battery; you got a good deal that you should have got in the first place". Never again. read more

I usually get pretty good service when I call and make a delivery; lot of help choosing products and can be very informative. Sometimes it's just average, nothing super special but no mistakes either. Tonight kinda sucked though, the service on the phone was spotty, I brought it up but was either ignored or not heard, everything else was heard though. After the order I was told it would be between 1.5-2 hours, totally fine. What wasn't fine was when I called back 2 hours and 15 minutes later I'm told it would be 3 hours and 10 minutes to get here since I placed the call. I get it, you have times you go out and deliver to carlsbad. You have a set schedule to follow. Just don't tell someone 1.5 hours when you mean 3 If I could do 4.5 stars I would, 4 stars seems too low, but I can't give 5 stars after tonight read more

Super bummed bc I ordered a pick up, never got a notification it was ready (or when to expect it to be ready), so I called two hours later and they said it was ready. So I drove over there and not only was the order not ready, but they didn't have the items I ordered for pick up at the store... Very disappointed bc I can't find what I wanted at any other dispensary closer to me - they let me order it online AND told me over the phone it was ready for me to pick up. Definitely won't be going back. read more

I've used this company before and I thought it was OK. But tonight I got stuck with a female bud tender or whatever she was and she kept on asking me would you like to make an order. Well I would've called if I didn't but I do want to have my questions answered but she was so short that every time I ask a question if she answered it should say would you like to make an order and she did that like eight or 10 times. So I finally just got fed up and said is this how you talk to your customers and she hung up on me. read more

okay so please be careful everyone I've been coming here for Years since they opened and never had any issues I really liked the place even tho it was more pricy when they rolled out there own herb I was crazy about it reasonable price good Quality and affordable but this pass weekend my husband went purchased there hikie brand weed and came home smoked it and right away got sick he threw up felt better after vomiting he went to smell the weed and it had the most horrible smell I smelt it and it smelled moldy and nasty it felt wet I was grossed out the next day my husband took the weed in but forgot his ID the guy who worked there smelled it and right way said it smelled bad and he was sorry and wanted to give him a discount but my husband wasn't going for it so he decide to come home he call a couple hours later just so that the manger can tell him that well your the only one who complain so there nothing we can do NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK THERE THEY ARE NOT ABOUT Quality there about Quantity I'm very disappointment in the service and in also not owning your shit that weed was bad and that shit ain't cheap so just admit it and replace it read more

Took my business elsewhere and spent more without the hassle. Not the way to treat someone who's been coming back for years!

I wanted to see what this WELLGREENS Dispensary is like in terms of customer service, the different types of Cannibus Products like the different brands, scents and the Cannibus Products are sold from less than one ounce to one ounce is the highest level because this product friends on the grams and is weighed every time to determine the price and the quality of these brand name Cannibus Products that are sold in this WELLGREENS Dispensary. This older woman who I was with today wanted to buy 2 packages of this Cannibus Product. When we both walked towards the front door , we both entered their double doors. There was one employee who stopped us at the front counter. He asked me for my Drivers License and her for her Real ID Card to make sure we are at least 18 to purchase this product. This guy gave this woman a plague card that showed a 10 percent discount off of her first purchase today. After we showed our ID Cards when we entered the front door in this room, then we were allowed to walk inside another room that led to us walking down a long hallway. On the Wall in a large Display Case, there were Marijuana Leaves that was sprayed in Gold Paint . Then we both walked inside this large room where we observed 6 men employees who were selling Marijuana to their customers. I mostly saw approximately 7 customers who were inside this WELLGREENS Dispensary tonight. There were 6 younger men and 2 older women who were interested in purchasing these different brands of Cannibus products. One guy his name is Daniel helped my friend. My woman friend said to Daniel this employee that she wants to buy 2 packages of 3.05 grams of Cannibus that has these sweeter scents to them. Daniel took out 5 different Brands on these Cannibus Products to show my elderly woman friend. This person made her decision and bought the Brand that comes in 2 separate Blue Packages and the price that Daniel charged her was only $11.00 with her 10 percent discounted price. The Actual Price was $15.08. Then my friend bought another Cannibus Product that has the ingredient THC in this product. This ingredient THC is more potent when someone is smoking this Cannibus Brand Product in using a Bong or a Pipe. It makes people cough a lot more when that person is inhaling this Cannibus with THC into their lungs. Daniel asked me if I would be interested in buying their Gummies or their Liquid products? I said NO THANK YOU! Because I don't smoke Cannibus or eat it. I was curious about this WELLGREENS Dispensary snd the operation of their store. My woman friend purchased these 2 packages of the Cannibus products in the same level on 3.05 ounces with the THC ingredient in it. The price cost was more expensive. Daniel gave my elderly woman friend excellent customer service and he was very friendly towards me . I only saw one Hispanic younger woman Cannibus employee selling their products today. There were 5 younger men employees behind the counter who were getting a lot of business from their much younger customers today. The majority of their customers were 90 percent much younger men in their early 20's buying these Cannibus products. I hardly saw older people that are 65 plus we're not buying these Cannibus brand products. I saw a wide selection of different brands and different sizes in grams that were pre-packaged. But I keep coming back to this March and Ash because one of their budtenders named Zach completely floored me with his customer service. I'm your average Joe who likes to smoke weed on the weekends and with each passing minute, it seems, weed is getting increasingly sophisticated. So, it's nice when you have a rep of your company who is not only mind-bogglingly knowledgeable and detailed, but whose energy, charm, and wit match. (Not to mention his sexual energy is off the charts.) But I digress. He spent almost twenty minutes with me explaining resin-based products, why they smell the way they do, he justified the cost, and basically provided some of the best customer service I've ever had. I'm serious. Customer service can come from any source, And my source for all things cannabis will continue to be this March and Ash at this location until the day when my heart breaks learning of Zach's departure. (But I'll still shop there. Crestfallen. But I'll continue to shop there.)

Trash attitudes kill the vibes for me. You ever meet a person who flexes some small power they have over people? That guy that has no power except for that one small thing, and enjoys exercising that and annoying people? Thats the attitude of the workers in the store. I've been shopping here for years, because of the high quality on their house flower, and the low price, and I live in oceanside, 40 miles away, but every two weeks I'm in Hikei spending 132$ like clockwork. Today I was rolling up with a coworker (we're plumbers) as we were in the area, I needed to pick up, and I like introducing my weed smoking friends to Hikei. I was telling him on the way how cool the place is, how nice it looks, how great the flower is, telling him he will start buying everything from them after trying their flower. We pull up, the fatass security guard on duty today checks our ID's (why do almost all their guards look sour and annoyed every time I visit) lets me in, I walk up to the counter, and the security guard starts telling my boy that his ID is 10 days past (his birthday just passed) and as I walk to the counter the skinny black guy (always got the worst fking attitude, I swear) starts shaking his head at me and says "go check up on ya boy" the amount of derision in his voice always annoys me, today was no exception. I look back, just hearing that his ID is expired. My boy says "no problem, do you mind if I use the ATM at least?" And the security guard says "you shouldn't even be STANDING in here" and they literally kick him out to the curb. Tell me whats wrong with my 32 year old coworker checking the place out while I make a purchase? Again, those people with their small amount of power who love to flex it. So, I go to the counter and get helped out by a lady, I ask (as I ALWAYS do) to see the current half oz indicas. She goes "ummmm..... theres a lot of them. Just look at the paper" (they have a paper with what strains are still available, but the percentages rarely match the packages of flower, and why can't I inspect something I want to purchase? I look around the store, and I sht you not, I am the ONLY customer in the entire store. Wtf, you got somewhere to be? Someone else waiting to be helped? All she had to do was lift some small baggies 2 feet onto the counter. But!... nice guy that I am, I didn't insist, chose two from the list, and departed with my purchase, quite honestly UNHAPPY that I didn't get to make a real selection, which is half of the reason I love Hikei, is the selection and quality and price. But if I found somewhere else with the same price and quality, i would drop Hikei in a heartbeat because of how their people are so quick to show a bad attitude. read more

I live in the neighborhood next to this new "Joint" and per our neighborhood chat app, we're all pretty welcoming of the new neighbor. One thing that's nice about Federal and Home is the commercial nature and the amount of police presence and availability if needed at the nearby SDPD Maintenance Depot and Gun Range. Anyways, My experience: I lost my pen and cartridge and after an hour of looking, and normal guy was out of my stuff, I headed down the hill to the new store. Security was nice, not too intimidating, staff were ready to help in any way since there's a million things to look at and the interior is really nice - they're still putting their stamp on it. Better prices than Harbor Collective too, cartridge-wise. I think if people will come into this location because it's closer and more convenient they'll be here to stay! read more

Being monetarily challenged (poor) and having to take the bus everywhere, it's quite a hassle finding a dispensary that is convenient to get to, affordable, and well stocked with a wide variety of choices. After going to a number of various dispensaries throughout the years, and after only going to Hi Kei twice so far, I can honestly say it's the best one I've been to. Clean place, great atmosphere, not crowded with friendly and knowledgeable staff members who will take care of your order quickly and expertly. The two times I was there, Vanessa and Karay were very patient and really helped me find what I was looking for (and kept it within my budget!) Thanks Hi Kei! BTW - I'm technologically challenged as well, and can't figure out why yelp is listing my location as San Francisco (I live in San Diego). read more

Amazing experience, from the time i walked in the door until the time i left! The moment i walked in after have my ID checked, i was greeted by the very friendly budtenders they have behind the counters. Once it was my turn i was greeted and helped by probably one the nicest budtenders (Nicole) I've ever encountered. Not pushy, i didn't feel rushed into making a selection i wasn't 100% sure about, and made the whole process smooth. She was super helpful and had amazing insight and knowledge about not only what i came in for, but also the other products in stock. After explaining my needs, she offered me a few different options and explained exactly what affects they had and more. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely be returning soon! I recommend Hi Kei because it is very convenient if you live in the area. I live less than 5 mins away which is great if you're just looking to pick up something real quick. Parking is easy and never really packed. I usually stop by here either early morning or evening. Im always in and out in minutes! They check your ID at the door so have it out ready when you get out of your car. They have a bunch of different selections to choose from. They also have deals going on sometimes, just check weedmaps. You can also order online and get delivered to you or order it for pick up! Everyone is so nice and I always feel welcomed in! My local dispensary & I love them! They have a great selection and Nicole is the best ever!! She's a sweetheart and always recommends the best stuff. Great Customer Service, Bud Tenders are very knowledge. One thing they do need is more security considering where it is located. I've been to other shops and they have quite a bit of Armed Guards. I've never had issues with Security until I came across this clown, (young short Mexican guy that wears a small chest plate.) This guard is rude to Men but extra friendly to Women. Go Figure! This place has an investigation against there and there management. They charged me multiple times and never actually delivered the product. Ive showed proof on several occasions. I have gone to BBB and filed a very detailed grievance against this company. This place is over priced and than to steal from a person , when it comes to medication is simply WRONG. Do not attempt to make any debit card purchases! They will rob you and tell you to talk to your bank! read more

Clones died almost immediately. There is a LIMIT to how many times you can clone a plant. These amateurs have NO IDEA. The worst part? THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THEIR DEFECTIVE CLONES. So easy. Their delivery services I can vouch for. They're really nice, my customer service agent was polite, very patient and helpful. I was really indecisive at the moment, all of the aliases for weed can be overwhelming. They delivered on time and the driver was hella cool. I kept hearing about this place on the radio. it's legit great selection of products. Super easy to get your cannabis. They had Henry's and Big Petes running specials.
