If I could give ZERO stars I would! Worst dispensary I've ever been too.. Every time I go something goes wrong. I can never leave that place happy with my goods. Its always something. "Chris" is so rude & creepy as well one day he gave my friend his # on the back of the receipt & said to give him a call.. like eww. Not only that he doesnt know how to do his job. A couple weeks ago I bought a cartridge & a preroll, when I left the store it wasnt in the bag so I went back & he kept asking me "are you sure you didnt drop it?" when it was never in the bag in the first place. I ended up having to pay for the cartridge HE never gave me AGAIN. Another incident with Chris, I asked for a certain brand once & he replied with "Ew do you need a hug?" what budtender says that?? I came here accidentally because i found their delivery instead of the storefront. The budtenders are super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and the cash back is a bonus. My go to. Edit: okay so that short review was for time sake, but that doesnt mean its fake. I take reviews a little too seriously so here is the rest of it: I found this place by its delivery. The storefront did not come up on weedmaps, but the delivery did. When i clicked on it, i saw the storefronts picture. After a quick Google search I found that its 5 minutes from my apartment, so i went. The staff was suuuuper friendly. I don't remember what i got because it was a big-ish buy, but i remember loving the place and being happy with all the products. Since that day, I've been 2/3 more times and I leave happy every time. New dispensary, decided to check it out. Pros: clean, nice vibe and airy decor. They had what appeared to be cannabis beer for sale which was cool. The staff was friendly and helpful and the security guard was chill. It is apparent they put a lot of money into fixing up the building. However. After visiting Goldn Bloom which is relatively close, this dispensary has far less security and I'm not sure I would return. I felt safer going to Goldn, even though this place is more convenient to get to. I hope they add an extra level of security, whether an additional entrance barrier or such. Too risky for the area especially since they're right next to a freeway onramp. My two cents. Might be back, might not. read more

First it's Hydroponically grown you can taste it, this is produced by Sensation Labs. It is crap doesn't even get you high then when I called them to ask about getting a refund despite the fact that i had an unopened container of it they basically said you bought it that it doesn't matter to them as it was presealed before shipping and basically fuck you you bought it your problem NEVER EVER USE THESE AS$HOLES. The staff have definitely become more welcoming and s/o to the security guard working Saturday mornings (his name is RJ just found out today haha) in the front he cool. I came in today about 8:30 AM to hop on their 15% OFF everything from 7AM - 9AM (started making a habit out of it and it's worth the extra 15% off TRUST). The person that helped me out was super kind and I asked for indica dominant raw garden cartridges (which for some reason they aren't getting many or great shipments of because the THC percentage has gone way down from what it was before, not that I can complain to Raw Garden myself directly for them haha). I really do wish they had more and higher THC percentages for indica but oh well. Anyways my bill came out to be $57.something cents but she went ahead and made it an even $55 so I thank you and appreciate that! 10/10 service! read more

The line is never crazy, the budtenders are actually educated in all of the different products and are always sweet, the store itself is kept very clean and all of the employees were wearing face masks! I discovered this dispensary via a security guard at Urbn Leaf dispensary. I was looking for good plants to start a grow. So I went to Hi Kei and purchased 3 plants. A couple days later I noticed 2 plants had a fungus. So I took them back to Hi Kei. They gave me 2 new plants at no charge. The store manager did a great job by replacing my plants. The bud tender was professional and very friendly, she assured me that this would not be a problem. Fantastic store with very professional staff members. The security officer ( African American young man, can't remember his name?) He is so professional and nice! Also very well dressed security officer. Some security officers at other dispensaries don't look so tidy. This kid is sharp!! Great place, I will recommend this place to anyone. Quality products and location is right by the freeway exit. I love this dispensary and I'm kind of concerned, because it looks like this place is getting bad reviews from a competitor? Let me tell you something, I am picky where I shop. I come from a corporate background, worked in retail management as well, and the most important thing you want a customer to feel is welcomed when they arrived and happy when they leave. Every time I've been here I have had a really positive experience from every employee there. I have Complex PTSD & social anxiety. I feel comfortable and welcome at HiKei. They've been honest with everything they've sold me and their prices have always been comparable to other dispensaries. To see negative reviews here is weird and schooling to me. I've been there a lot (A LOT lol) and I've never even seen another customer leave without a smile on their faces. I'm 49 years old and this is my preferred dispensary in So Cal. I know with the whole COVID-19, summer fire storms in NorCal forests, and the closure of ALL dispensaries on third Avenue in Chula Vista, definitely equates to some crazy times man. So you know, I'm strolling along, trying to get through my week and I drop off my mom at work when THEN I want some weed. So I go ahead and search what is available to me online. I find this super cute place called Hi Kei, the pictures were fantastic! (it looks like a bar.)I was a little bit nervous about going there because of how pretty it looked. When I got in, I was security checked at the door (which is a great feature) and I was able to put on hand sanitizer as they have that readily available. I go ahead and walk up to the counter and I already feel at ease because the sales associate was very welcoming. Definitely a great job for having Chris on the team Hi Kei, he is a great asset. So I go in there with a budget, because school is going to start soon. I went ahead and chatted it up with Chris and was able to learn why the Chula Vista dispensaries got closed, what makes them different, and was able to see the various selection that they had. What I heard from the recent Chula Vista dispensaries closing down, was that they closed down because they were open illegally...they were open without having a permit! And a reason why they were doing it illegally was because they were selling what is known as "mech." "Mech," is definitely is some low- quality weed and I'll tell you that much. So, what makes Hi Kei different, is that everything in their store is regulated. From the sense of how they farm the cannabis, to what type of pesticides they use, if any, and so on. Definitely, that talk raised up my confidence about this place. I left with three jet packs, which are half a gram joint, either an Indica, sativa, and hybrid, and an edible. It's been about three days now and I have been really enjoying the weed. I definitely don't see any side effects like paranoia or anything crazy and definitely it's very comfortable. It's a bummer that I just found out about this place and that I'm going to be leaving for school, but Chris definitely reminded me that I will be heading to the Mecca of weed, so that made me feel better . Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to go ahead and try some high-quality weed, know where it's coming from, have it be regulated, and definitely enjoy some really great customer service. read more
