She carefully screens the dogs and staff keep a close eye on everyone during the day. With free pick up and drop off it, the daycare an absolute steal! I love that the dogs get to play outside which no other doggy daycare in LA can offer. With the opening of their new dog park (St Barks), the dogs have a gigantic area to play during the day. I considered moving for work but decided not to just so that I wont lose Kelli! I could not recommend her more

I was truly amazed at the service Kelli provided, her demeanor was professional. Impeccable service, she wouldn't accept our dogs without their vaccinations being up to date, which says a lot about her doggy daycare, love this. Kelli referred me to a great pet Clinic to get their vaccines updated. Kelli sent us video clips of the dogs daily, putting our minds at ease. She has a no cage policy, which is why we chose her as well her impeccable reviews on yelp. The dogs were so happy in the video clips she sent us. When I went to pick them up, they didn't want to come with me. Lol. Keli is a real dog lover and I am so happy to have found her. I highly recommend elite pet care. Thank you Kelli for an awesome experience xo

In…read more2023/2024 I found the dog resort extremely helpful as a day time dog sitter for 4-6 hrs at a time. My dog didn't seem to mind it and always came back calmer so I decided to leave him here for 9 days while I went away for a trip. I don't recall the exact costs. Probably between 900-1100 dollars for daily walks and his home provided food. I asked the employees to put on his sweater at night. It wasn't a question it was a very important task they agreed to. He was a very small 8 pound yorkie and was always cold. When I came back my dog was not his normal self. That already made me highly suspicious about getting his walks. He was coughing a lot, not sleeping but also lethargic. I took him to the vet and he had pneumonia. Meaning, he was cold from day 1 and got worse for the remainder of his stay and I never got a call from here. From there he got sicker and sicker and I had to put him down. I was devastated and desperate to get him back to normal for months! I recommend people never leave their dogs in places like this. Sure you save money and they may or may not have company (depending on their personality) but you're better off vetting a dog sitter to check in or stay with your dog at home. In the end you may save yourself an onslaught of vet bills from trying to figure what is making your dog so ill when back from a trip. At least with an in home dog sitter they're more like to stay alive and healthy. If you have a small dog with specific needs get someone who can cater to your dog with love and care. I highly suggest NEVER leaving your dog for overnight or extended stays. I hate that it took me so long to post this but my grief was too strong to do it before. I wanted to sue, I wanted my money back, but I was so sad and I couldn't bring myself to do much other than focus on him and move on with my life. I'll never get another dog after this experience.

(2 Stars) I rarely…read moreleave negative reviews, but my experience with Wagmor was concerning enough that I feel it's worth sharing. Initially, I had a great conversation with Melissa. We spoke for about 20 minutes about a Shih Tzu I was interested in adopting, and I genuinely felt like we connected. The conversation was friendly, informative, and left me excited about the possibility of bringing one of the dogs home. During our conversation, I told Melissa that I absolutely wanted to move forward. I provided extensive information about myself, including my home address, and even sent a video of my home as part of the screening process. I was clearly serious about adopting and was actively participating in the process. At the time, the dogs were still being transported from the Midwest and had not yet arrived. I explained that I was happy to move forward, but I wanted a FaceTime call or some form of confirmation once the dog was actually in her custody before sending a deposit. To me, that seemed like a reasonable request. Adopting a pet is a major commitment, and I wanted to verify the dog had arrived safely and make sure it was the right fit before sending money. Shortly afterward, I was asked to send a $500 deposit and received an invoice reflecting a $1,000 adoption fee. When I didn't send the deposit that day, I was blocked on Instagram within a matter of hours. What bothered me most was the pressure. I wasn't refusing to adopt, nor was I wasting anyone's time. I had already spent time on the phone, provided personal information, and sent a video of my home because I fully intended to move forward once I could confirm the dog had arrived and everything checked out. I simply wanted to exercise reasonable due diligence before sending money. That's why I was so surprised by what happened next. The tone of the communication changed dramatically, and the entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable. One additional note: I previously posted a review describing this experience, but it no longer appears on the page. I'm not sure why, but I wanted to share my experience again. Others may have had different experiences, but based on my interaction, I felt pressured to send money before I was comfortable doing so, and I was disappointed by how quickly the communication deteriorated when I asked what I believed were reasonable questions.

Then they had the gall to shoo me out the door and refuse to answer my questions and tell me my dog was like that when I left him there. He absolutely was not and I shudder to think what would have happened had I left him there longer. At no point did ANYONE call me to tell me something had happened or follow up with me. Everytime I tried to call back, I kept getting the runaround of "the manager" (Santiago who other reviews have rightfully pointed out is a real POS who refuses to take any accountability with this torture chamber he's running) wasn't there or no one was working there over the weekend when my dog got injured. When I took my dog to the vet, they found multiple lacerations and puncture wounds on my dog's paws. To this day, we still don't know what happened and multiple vets couldn't figure it out. So either there's some sick employee torturing the dogs or they are just neglectful to the point of evil. My dog also didn't poop for four days after and was drooling for 10 days straight. See pictures and a report from the vet attached. There is clearly a weapon/bite mark of some sort on his left paw and two of his other paws also had lacerations. I'm sure I'll get some canned response from Santiago or the corporate PR person saying I'm disgruntled or mistaken but I'm not and you know I'm not. If you have such an issue with it, call me back and man up: tell me what happened to my dog. You know what happened to my dog and you're wasting everyone's time pretending otherwise. There is no way a dog gets this badly injured under your care and no one knows about it; you just thought it would go away. It cost me over $3k and a month to get him back to normal and the only reason I'm not suing is because I have excellent pet insurance. You people deserve to be in jail and shut down.
