I strongly advise against engaging in any business transactions with this particular establishment. It has come to my attention that they have been deliberately misleading their customers, assuming that cigar enthusiasts lack knowledge and awareness regarding the products they purchase and the corresponding monetary value. Regrettably, I personally experienced this deception firsthand when I ordered two boxes of the Tatuaje 2003 Conjuno Reserva Broadleaf as pictures and advertised on their website, only to receive Tatuaje 2003 cigars instead (two totally different sticks). I wanted certain pipe that I noticed on their website. I called Hiland's (I'm in Jersey) and it turned out the pipe had been sold. The person on the other end of the line, Candace, was able to steer me toward a pipe that I love! It wasn't soon after that purchase that I was in the same situation. Customer service from this company is AAA rated to me. I ordered a box of stogies for some friends coming into town that weekend but their inventory was off and they didn't have them in stock! I love browsing all the selections in the whole store humidor. Others places make me go into a closed humidified room in order to check out the selection, but not at Hiland's. Boxes always seems to be priced to sell and there are often discounts a sale prices on top of the already low prices.
