**Terrible Experience at Hiley Acura Fort Worth -- Used-Car Customers Deserve Better** I am extremely disappointed with Hiley Acura Fort Worth and the way my daughter was treated by the service department. She purchased a used vehicle from Hiley last November and began having issues with it not accelerating properly and the RPMs running unusually high. Since she purchased the warranty through Hiley, we brought it back to them instead of having another shop work on it. My mechanic had already driven the vehicle and agreed the transmission did not feel right, but he wouldn't touch it because we didn't want to risk affecting the warranty. When we brought it in, we were told the vehicle would be taken to the Buick dealership across the street and that my daughter would receive a loaner. Once there, we were told it could take **4-6 weeks just for someone to look at the vehicle.** Gavin eventually stepped in and said that wasn't acceptable, and Joe created the service ticket. What really concerns me is that the vehicle was **not given the standard video inspection when it was checked in.** I have purchased new Acuras almost every year for the past seven years, and the service department has always completed a video inspection documenting the vehicle's condition. China, the manager, acknowledged that SOP was not followed and said it was because a "used-car mechanic" had worked on the vehicle. That is absolutely not an acceptable excuse. **Used-car customers are still customers and deserve the same level of care, documentation and service.** Then things got worse. We were told there was a coolant problem and that the coolant reservoir and hoses were leaking. We did not believe there was a coolant issue when the vehicle came in, so we declined the repairs and picked up the vehicle. **Four minutes after leaving Hiley, the vehicle was hissing and coolant was spraying all over the engine bay.** I immediately took it to my mechanic, who showed me exactly where the coolant reservoir was busted. If the vehicle came into Hiley without a coolant problem and left with a busted coolant reservoir, Hiley needs to take responsibility. The fact that there was no proper inspection video documenting the vehicle's condition when it arrived makes this even more concerning. China told me Joe would call me. **He never did.** No one followed up. This is not about expecting special treatment. It's about basic customer service, accountability and treating customers fairly regardless of whether they purchased a new or used vehicle. My family has purchased Acuras from Hiley for years. My son recently purchased a **$60,000+ King Ranch**, and I specifically did not let him buy from Hiley because of this experience. My husband had also discussed purchasing a **$40,000-$50,000 used truck** from Hiley, but after this experience, we will not be doing that either. That's potentially **$100,000+ in business from our family alone** that Hiley could have had if this situation had been handled properly. **Used-car customers deserve better. I'm sharing my experience so other customers can make informed decisions. Everything below is factual and documented. I leased a new Acura from Hiley Acura on May 1st, 2026. During the negotiation, the Sales Rep told me the dealership was "losing $5,200 on the deal," which was presented as justification for the pricing and partially influenced my decision to sign. I later learned this statement was not accurate. The next day, I immediately contacted the dealership because I had concerns about the transaction. That same evening, I received a message from the dealer at 10:30 PM asking if he could call me about changing my dealership survey review rating which felt inappropriate and pressured. I also experienced survey manipulation. The salesperson offered me a $250 gift card in exchange for changing my Acura survey score to a perfect 10. I have written proof of this. Another major issue involves my Infiniti lease return. Hiley Acura took possession of my Infiniti and said they would deliver it to the Infiniti dealership. They promised to send a photo when it was dropped off. I never received any photo or documentation, and they have been unable to provide proof of delivery, VIN verification, mileage confirmation, or grounding paperwork. This puts me at risk with Infiniti Financial Services. On May 8th, I reached a verbal agreement with the dealership to unwind the lease and refund my $4,000 down payment. When I asked for written confirmation (a normal request), the dealership reversed course and escalated the matter to their attorney instead of honoring the agreement. I was then instructed not to contact the dealership directly and to communicate only with their attorney. I followed those instructions and reached out four separate times. Despite that, the dealership contacted me directly anyway. When the attorney finally responded, he dismissed my questions and stated, "Your transaction with Hiley Acura is complete," without addressing any of the concerns I raised, including the missing Infiniti documentation. Meanwhile, I have gone days without any meaningful response from their legal counsel, leaving me without answers and still driving the Acura because we only have one vehicle. Continued delays increase mileage and potential exposure to hail or other damage, which complicates the situation further. This entire experience has been stressful, confusing, and far from what I expected when leasing a vehicle. I hope this review helps others be aware of my experience. read more

Bought a certified preowned vehicle from this dealership. Salesman Don Johnson was professional and good to do business with, Made the transaction way better than past dealerships I have done business with. In a certified preowned vehicle there is a 200 point inspection, one being the alignment. After I drove the car home (45 min) I realized that the alignment was in fact NOT correct and the windshield fluid light kept popping on. I had to bring it in the next day and drive the 45 min for them to fix the issue which they did. It was a little irritating considering the inspection. Made an appointment with the Hiley Service Department for a recall I take time off from work to drop my car off. I get there and they do not have the part. I asked why did not called me. He has no answer says he will call me when the part comes in. I say why did you not call about not having the part? I ask for manager he or she is not in. I called ahead on 9/27. Spoke with Vince in the repairs area. I was having a juddering issue with my 2014 Acura MDX and the articles I found on the subject said resolution was three transmission fluid flushes and a code reset. Vince told me he had done the service recently for $800. We continued to talk and he said he could probably get me down a little lower on price. I made the appointment with Vince and even came earlier than planned because he said he wanted a seasoned rep to work on my car. (I took off work for this.) I showed up, spoke with a different rep, was given a different price, explained my conversation with Vince, and they started the repairs. I was already annoyed at the different price but I was equally as annoyed for being "lectured" on the maintenance they said I should have done and didn't. Ironically, I read verbatim the bulletin on how Acura says to fix the juddering and was told maybe they would only need two flushes. So you can make changes to how things should be done but it's bad when I do? (Like I didn't ask a mechanic I trust first?) Anyway. I was told I needed another repair done that was roughly $2000. (Because so far, the visit makes me want to give more money.) I said no. I get the bill about four hours after I came in. It's $400 more than the price Vince said. To say I was angry would be an understatement! When I argued it, the rep went and spoke with management who surprisingly could lower it to almost what I was told it would cost. Fine. Will I be back? Absolutely not! I ALWAYS call ahead for a price. I ALWAYS call multiple places. And if you try just one time to rip me off, I do NOT come back. I shouldn't have to use my stern voice and point out that this is a bait and switch to get the price I was quoted!!!!! Ladies, I would not go here! On the $2k suggested repair, I really have to wonder if it's legit. I've had an oil change recently and they never said there was that particular issue. Don't worry. DO NOT GO HERE. $235 to inspect your car, but they don't actually inspect your car. I took my car in, they told me it would cost $1300 to fix something on my Acura, along with $7000 in other "necessary repairs". I had the car towed to a body shop and it was a simple 5 second fix that was free. I then called the Hiley acura dealership to talk with someone and was told they would call back and never did. I have called 8 times since then and the service manager sends straight to voice mail. Disgusting practices, a total scam. Nearly $3k for a 'Pro Pack' that they will tell you is mandatory, and lately they'll charge you a Market Adjustment for the privilege of buying from them. Well guess what - not all Acura dealerships do this! It's a bait and switch and it's ripping you off. I made an appointment and dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. They texted me a list of recommended maintenance and I was able to approve or deny any recommendations electronically. I brought my coupons when I went to pay: my original bill was around $100, after coupons it was only $43! Added bonus... they washed my car for free! AND they said I could bring my car by anytime, for a free car wash!! I love my Acura and I love Hiley Acura! read more

I really hate going here. My regular guy couldn't diagnose what was wrong with my car so I decided to take it to the dealership. My husband even pointed out that they sent a mailer to my house this week for 13% off all weekday repairs. The good: They fixed it, kept me updated, and were fast. Turns out the Bluetooth failed to turn off and would drain my battery until it died (mult times). The bad: They quoted me a price, charged me an additional $50 over said price for "parts" (it was clipping the wire from the Bluetooth ffs, what parts could that need? A "harness" holds stuff, wth) and then failed to honor the coupon because the price I was quoted as already "discounted." 13% isn't even that much, so that's just crappy business. I even asked for the itemized print out showing I had "discounts" but he said he couldn't do that because "it would close out the ticket." They then tried to tell me that I had "oil leaks all over the place," and other BS nonsense like my windshield wiper fluid was leaking. I told them I didn't care if it was leaking on my spark plugs, I just want to stop jumping my car. Staff was also unprofessional, even interrupting our face-to-face conversation to joke around and ask a coworker walking by to punch him. (He tried to get me to engage about it, but I responded I was a Parkland nurse, and you haven't lived yet until people try to throw pee at you on purpose). My service member guy (Al) also failed to wear a mask even though there were multiple signs on the outside and inside saying that customers need to wear masks, but I guess that doesn't apply to employees interacting with customers. They also bent up my license plates, wth. Thanks for washing my car. TL; DR: I only go here as a last resort and likely won't buy another Acura in the future. Their practice is crappy both in Ft. Customer service is the WORST! PLUS THEY CANT FIX THE CAR I BOUGHT FROM THEM! I paid $80,000 plus i paid for the highest warranty. I made a appointment a month ago. They didn't have a loaner for me today. Really! I called 3 diffrent times to make sure about the loaner and never got a call back. Every time I brought my car in for service they messed something up, my drain plug was loss, my cabin filter lid was broken, they changed the wrong tire, they left half of the inside of my car apart, ect...I could go on. I have even talked to the owner. NOW the manger asked me, "why do you keep bringing it back if we can't fix it!" Then he called me a liar by saying, "we have ever done repairs for the clicking and you know it!" I am flabbergasted by the service and repair techs at this location. Do not use this dealer! I brought my vehicle here for an alignment and to have a low coolant issue looked at on 5/23/23, and they told me the low coolant was due to it approaching the 5 year mark which is normal bc "the car consumes some coolant over time" um no it most definitely does not, unless there's an issue. That wasn't my issue however. I had a coupon for about $50 off a four wheel alignment which I had performed due to another dealer not doing the work properly. After getting my car back, I noticed there really wasn't an improvement, but I drove it for a while to see if maybe I was just imagining it. I called back later in the evening and asked if I could bring my car back the following morning and have them recheck it, as my car was not driving properly. They said yes and I took it back the following morning where I was told the "alignment was good" and that the car drives straight. So it must be me or the tires. Well I just had 4 brand new Michelins installed less than 1,000 miles ago, so it's not them! Also, of course it drives "fine" on the 2 min test drive on a perfect road. I took my car to a 3rd party shop, who was able to properly align my vehicle and even showed me some of the angles were in the red. I called and requested to speak to the service manager about receiving a refund since they were either unable or unwilling to properly align my car and here it is a week later and I have received absolutely no communication from the dealer. Clearly shows they don't care. TLDR : dealer failed to properly align my car and when asked to recheck said nothing was wrong, but upon visiting another shop they confirmed the car was NOT aligned and performed the work properly. read more

I wouldn't buy parts from this dealership again! They refused to return a set of parts that I had purchased a week before. I ended up trading the vehicle in so I didn't have a need for these parts anymore. One of the items was special ordered, and was told they had no way to return on their end and I was stuck with them. I even offered their Parts Manager to have me pay a restocking fee or something so that I can at least get part of my money back Over $1,000 in parts that now I'm stuck with. Their parts department did nothing to try to compromise. Their parts manager literally said "you ordered those parts, they're yours, you're stuck with them sorry." This dealership has access to more technology to effectively communicate with their clients than what we used to send men to the moon, yet, somehow its management encouraging the use of sales tactics from 1995 when car buying was done through local paper magazine ads. We saw a vehicle posted for sale, called at 9:30 on Saturday morning when dealership opened and were told "I see it in front of our office and it is current for sale". Our drive to dealership is just under 1 hour, during which I sent a message to our sales associate 20 minutes before our arrival - to which the associated replied "Sounds great, let me know when you are here". Upon our arrival, vehicle was on the lot with Texas Buyers Tag attached to it, dating 2 days prior. Classic bait and switch. I guess there is a reason for 2 out 5 stars overall rank for a dealership representing a global Acrua brand. I don't fault the sales associate here. So, to sales management in pre-owned department - congratulations. Just remember, in the age of the internet your lot becomes a second choice. read more

Listen to the reviews and save yourself the time and money. The service department will overcharge you and attempt to use their sales tactics to explain it away it's just a load of crap. They offer a rewards program that no one in the service department was familiar with. On top of that my car was returned with bugs in it which I definitely feel was done intentionally because it's something that's never happened before. Any other Acura dealership I'd recommend giving a try before you're disappointed with Hiley. If you know what's best for yourself stay away from this service department. And before you drop your car off shop elsewhere then call and ask this location the price (which I guarantee you will be more expensive than any other car repair shop after labor) because a $234 diagnostic fee is unheard of!!! Only good thing I can say is that Joe is a great technician but the cost of labor this particular dealership is charging is outrageous! Regrettably, today was my last visit to Hiley Acura... I understood that the service advisor needs to make sales commissions, but the right recommendation is the only way to have a sustainable business, not the unnecessary services.... I had a 2008 TL and have been having some electrical issues...Brought the car there and was told the HFL ahead draining the battery which is quite common for Acura... the cost is $906 and some other recommendations... total cost is close to $10K....Really for a 2008 car ?! Long story short, I decided not to do any recommendations that Setvuce advisor A or Service advisor Z recommended but pay the $155 for the diagnosis... Out of curiosity, I Called Acura in Plano, Steve was super professional and nice who told me that he would not recommended me to replace the HFL and some other big repairs since it is not worthy, but suggested me just unplug the HFL system with the cost of $135 worst case scenario.... Now I know which Acura dealer I should go for my two Acura .... By the way, I have been extremely happy with the service provide by The Parks Place for my Lexus.... read more

Terrible service. Had an appointment for 10:30 Saturday morning. When I made the appointment, they assured me it would be a very short software update. No more than 30 minutes. I had many reminders that we had an appointment at 10:30 Saturday morning. We arranged our weekend schedule around this appointment. When we arrived at 10:20 Saturday morning, after a 2 hour drive from OK they told us it would be a two hour wait for our appointment. Never buy a car or go to their service department. I went today to get an oil change and have the cabin and air filter replaced. I printed two coupons from their web site. Total should have been around $152.95 for parts and labor plus tax. Car is ready and they give me a bill for $191.00, there is an additional $25.00 for shop supplies on the bill. I asked about it and they told me it was for rags and oil cleaner in case some spills on the floor. I told them BullS**t and I would not pay for it. I can get 100 shop rags on Amazon for $24.99 and if your technician is spilling oil all over its your problem not mine. Anything else is the cost of doing business. They took it off the bill but made a point of tell me next time they will not waive it. DON'T WORRY, THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME!!! read more

I first got into contact with Hiley Acura while I was out of the country I saw the car I wanted on car gurus and filled out the information required to see what a quote would be on the car which was a 2023 Acura Integra. The very next day I got a call from a man named Gavin Samples he sounded very calm and asked if I would like him to send me any information on the car which I replied with no. I made an appointment for Tuesday and went to talk with him. I'm 18 years old so the car would have been my second vehicle ever so I was looking for a very special deal. I told him before the appointment my goal was to get an even trade for my car meaning I don't owe him any money. Most dealerships will try everything in there power to not give you an even trade and my car I was trying to sell was a 2022 Subaru outback wilderness. While most dealerships would try everything in their power to not give you and even trade Gavin tried everything to give me an even trade and was not forcing me to owe any money at all. At the end of the day he was super nice and I ended up getting an even trade. If you bought a used car from Mac Churchill and purchased a service contract with it, Hiley WILL NOT honor that contract. They only honor Acura and Honda service contracts now. So, it doesn't matter that I was told when I bought the car that the service contract could be used at any dealership, the service advisor for Hiley said it's up to the dealership if they want to honor it. So my free oil change ended up costing almost $60. I went ahead and let them do it because I was in a hurry....2 hours later I was able to leave! I got there at about 8:30am. At 10:25 they were finally done, even though he said it would take about an hour. Apparently it took almost 45 minutes for them to figure out the paperwork. They will promise you the world and not do a damn thing for you despite what they promise. They use cheap parts on used cars just to get them off the lot. To get me to buy a car, they put in a "new" battery that ended up being refurbished and for a different car. It went bad 2 weeks after buying the car. They put new tires on my car that all had to be replaced 1 month after buying the car because they were such low quality that all 4 tires were coming apart. I am terribly disappointed with this dealership. I traded a vehicle in to purchase a used truck and while I am exceedingly happy with my truck, my experience with the dealership post transaction has been abysmal. They have not yet paid for my trade in vehicle and as a result, I am still on the hook for the note. They have told me that they sent a check via snail mail but as it turns out, they sent it to the wrong address. I am still in the middle of trying to get this sorted out and I can't get anyone to talk to me on the phone even though I have left repeated messages for staff members and even David Gomez, the general manager. Nor will they even follow up on questions I have regarding the transaction via e-mail. Its like they were more than happy to take my money but they are not about to lift a finger to fulfill their obligations. I would not consider doing business with this dealership ever again and I would hesitate before going into business with any of the Hiley Motors groups. Had an issue and the new owner, Hiley and specifically David Gomez, Managing Partner, told us to get satisfaction from Churchill! By the time I saw the pricing it was over $24,000. "C.A.R" Cost of average reconditioning.. S.C.A.M. Reconditioning is completed on a used vehicle before it's sold. This "C.A.R" is really just them adding back to the price of the vehicle, so they can list it online for the cheapest price around and still have "justification" for why the price changes when you show up. Any price you see, expect it to be $1,495 higher upon arrival. I was informed $1,495 is the minimum "C.A.R" added to the price of "every vehicle on the lot". ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE*** I would give 0 stars if possible. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but this was the most dishonest dealership I have ever seen. They will promise you the world and not do a damn thing for you despite what they promise. They use cheap parts on used cars just to get them off the lot.
