Everything looks factory-installed -- zero visible wiring, clean bezel fit, OEM stealth look. You would never guess this is aftermarket. They used a Maestro iDatalink harness to preserve all factory wiring so nothing was cut. 500+ Kenwood installs and it shows. The attention to detail on cable routing and trim reassembly is excellent. They also stand behind their work -- told me to come back anytime if anything needs adjustment or fixing. That kind of warranty and after-install support is rare in this industry. Knowing they've got my back long-term gives me full confidence in the install. My wife drove the car the next day and thought it came from the factory like that. Although I did not purchase my equipment from them, I now know that they also sell the same equipment that I purchased directly from Wetsounds as well as several other brands of marine audio products. Their business has grown tremendously in the 4 years I've known them but their service remains the same...pure excellence. I trust these guys with anything I own. My house system sells itself as evidenced by those who see it in action and are blown away by the cord management. Even my wife doesn''t complain about the well spent $. These guys will not install junk that they can't stand behind or you'd be unhappy with.

Nick initially refused, mentioning customers are never satisfied with them and neither are they. I paid for them to put it in after the warning, and I saw what they meant. It didn't work with steering wheel controls, sounded awful, etc. I hated it on day one of install and scheduled my next visit that day. ---------------- STINGER HEAD UNITS ---------------- TCAS only sells and installs what they put in their own vehicles, and I understand why. This Stinger head unit has my 2016 4Runner feeling more like a 2026. Everything works and integrates well, and the sound quality is incredible. ---------------- COST ---------------- $100/hr. Don't let this scare you. Whenever I stopped in for surprise visits over the days they had my 4Runner, there were almost always two or all three working on it at the same time. ---------------- WORK ETHIC ---------------- Find a chair in their shop. I triple dog dare you. When these guys are on the task, they're working and working hard. ---------------- WORK WARRANTY ---------------- Unfortunately for me, the dash cam rear view mirror main unit and one camera were faulty. The manufacturer sent me a replacement and TCAS worked 5 hours at no cost to me on a Saturday to get me fixed up.

Might as well have been robbed by a mugger, except this mugger has a mouth with no real insight past guessing the head unit is the problem instead of a throwing fuses at the problem and melting my fuse box. Shoulda started there, 40 years of experience shoulda told you that but you're so busy looking busy and had the audacity to offset the cost of your ineptness on me. Hopefully, hell is 5 degrees hotter when you get there.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE -- DAMAGED PAINT, GHOSTED BY OWNER, AND SHADY "FIXES." 0 STARS IF I COULD…read more I brought a brand new 2026 Ford Raptor R to Xtreme Auto Detail, Inc. for a premium full front-end paint protection film (PPF) wrap, window tint, and ceramic coating. What I walked away with was a ruined vehicle, completely unprofessional customer service, and a total lack of business integrity. To date, nothing has been documented in their system. I paid completely in cash and via Zelle, and they have refused to provide a shop order or a receipt for my records. THE "SECOND CHANCE" WAS WORSE THAN THE FIRST I initially tried to handle this amicably and gave the owner a second chance to correct their terrible first attempt. He promised me in writing that his shop would completely remove the film and redo the job properly as a fully custom, hand-cut bulk wrap. Instead, the second attempt came back significantly worse than the first: * SEVERE DEFECTS: The film is completely overstretched, leaving jagged, short corners, along with visible rips and tears right on the edges. * TRAPPED DEBRIS: There is actual dirt permanently trapped inside the bubbles of the film. * SHADY COVER-UPS: Instead of fixing mistakes on my double sunroof tint, they literally used black marker or black nail polish to try and hide the gaps. * VEHICLE DAMAGE: Their installer left deep razor knife scores directly on my truck's paneling from trimming the film. GHOSTED BY THE OWNER TWICE After I raised these issues, the owner personally requested twice to meet with me in person at his shop to inspect the vehicle. I cleared my ridiculously busy schedule and made my way to his shop both times, only for him to completely ghost me and fail to show up either time. I was left to deal with an employee who openly admitted to me during the walkthrough that the entire job was incorrect, the edges weren't wrapped, and the printer templates were lazily used again. NO MORE CHANCES They actually had the nerve to ask me to leave my truck a third time so a new employee, who is a "better installer" could try to fix it. I flatly refused. I requested a full refund and demanded that they safely remove their defective materials from my truck. They refused. I was forced to take my vehicle to an actual professional facility to get a diagnostic and correction quote. On July 6, 2026, I received a formal estimate totaling $4,660.81 just to strip Xtreme Auto Detail's botched film, bubbling tint, and ruined windshield protection, and to finally have the job done correctly by a competent shop. They took thousands of dollars of my hard-earned money, damaged my brand new truck, hid their mistakes with nail polish, and then hid from me when it came time to face the music. If I could give them a 0-star review, I would. Save your time, save your money, and protect your vehicle by staying as far away from this shop as possible. If you doubt me, take a look at the images for yourself.

She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week.
