Wow. I scheduled an appointment last week to have the oxidation buffed out of my 3 year old camper. I had done part of the back myself , decided my schedule was too full to go further and to go ahead and give my business to a local pro to finish the job. To start with I was told they'd be here at 7-7:30 am. A couple of younger guys showed up around 8:30. I was willing to over look that part even though no one called or apologized for the tardiness after I had to wait longer than planned to meet them before I could leave for work. So anyway , I spent a few minutes showing the guys a 2 foot by 8 foot section of the back where I had successfully buffed out the oxidation myself and wanted the rest to look this way. Fast forward to the afternoon..... After getting home , I was extremely disappointed to find that no oxidation had been removed and the problem has been made worse by the fact that they applied wax over the top of the oxidation. Now , what I have is oxidation with a shine to it??? Really?? After calling the owner, Justin, he tried to tell me that the oxidation could not be removed. What? Is there not a huge area of the back, which is the worst area facing the sun, where I already buffed out the oxidation myself? ... ( Using a cheap buffer and some oxidation remover ) Even if that were the case I would have preferred a phone call right away stating that "hey, we're having a hard time getting this off, what would you like us to do? " At which point I could have told him " thanks for your time , I'll have my wife give you a few bucks for your trouble" and I could begin a new search for someone who knows what they are doing or just continue on my own. I never heard from anyone that they were running into trouble. On top of that the , Justin , the "owner" was extremely unprofessional in his handling of the situation. Kept calling me " Dude" and telling me how he " doesn't have time for this crap " Before hanging up on me. He had also mentioned his guys called him that they were having trouble , that they couldn't get it off. At that point, they should have stopped. Someone evidently made the call to slap some wax on it , get the money and run. Now , not only am I out the $500 cash they ran off with , I have blotchy wax job AND oxidation that has to be fixed. Our company books Ultimate ATX approximately once a month to set up on top of our parking garage and detail (and by detail, I think I mean wash and vacuum) people's cars at a group rate. The first time I got my car washed, they locked my keys in the car, and called me to ask if I had a spare on me. Who carries a spare car key with them?? I guess I know one person that does but still! They ended up getting the door open with some kind of wedge thing. But they weren't very apologetic about it. The second time, they managed to not lock my keys in the car. My car looks very clean right now, but unfortunately it turns out my car looks better dirty...all that dust and dirt was hiding a myriad of scratches. And it turns out my clear coat is shot to hell. Oh well. That reduces the chances of my car being the target of a car thief, right? It was $25 with the group discount. Not too shabby... read more

Super disappointed :( spent $125 on "the ultimate" and told them my main concern was the leather seats getting cleaned and conditioned. The inside and outside of the car were still totally dirty when they were done. I pointed out about 10 spots and asked them to fix, but honestly they gave me attitude, made a joke about me being anal and asked for a beer. So I gave up and just sent them on their way. My car received paint overspray at the fault of Service King and they used Ultimate ATX to attempt to clean out the damage. I called just to inquire if Ultimate ATX was made aware of the problem, and the man on the phone was extremely rude and referenced his years of experience and how he had seen overspray before and that "there wasn't nothin'" on the interior. He argued that the surfaces "come like that" with "texturization." He was very angry and defensive. He ended the conversation by thanking me for wasting his time and hanging up. Service King, the Toyota dealership, and an appraisal of the vehicle were able to see the overspray that this professional claimed wasn't there. The detailing wasn't even that great. There was still dust in many overlooked places. I didn't hire this company, Service King did but I had to write a review after how rude and unprofessional this man was on the phone with me. I wasn't even trying to call him out, I was just trying to make sure Service King was being honest and that he was made aware of what needed to be cleaned, and he was immediately just mean and abrasive for no reason. I will not use another boat detailer ever again! Took my boat to Ultimate ATX for a off season refresh. The boat's body was dull, the body stickers were peeling in places and some were even missing all together. Justin suggested peeling off all the stickers and see what he could do to make the boat shiny red again... Just picked it up and it looks like a brand new boat. I hired this company to DETAIL my RV and 2 young men came out in a mobile van. They finished in a little under 4 hours that included a food run and several smoke breaks. and When I tried to get Some issues fixed to my satisfaction through texting Justin all day, he told that my RV was moldy and they couldn't do any better, I sent photos of the problems saying to hold the check (my mistake to give it to them until I was satisfied) until it was completed satisfactorily. He called me and started yelling at me. When I tried to speak, he yelled at me to stop talking! Stop,talking! I will not be yelled at by someone I hired. So I hung up. Then I got this text: The job is done. And if we come back out we will need more money for our time. That's what happens when u wait 4 year to wash ur Rv. The owner damaged my boat, then admitted to it. He refused to fix it out right or pay for it, he only agreed to "work it off" by trading detail work for the price of the repair. Even without the damage, the job was fairly marginal. To top it off, the owner was incredibly rude about the entire thing. I asked around and the owner has a reputation of "unique" business practices. Check the google reviews too. It looks like you have a 75% chance of getting marginal work. 25% chance of getting your car or boat damaged. Is it worth it? I wouldn't recommend them. This is my second time to use Ultimate Mobile Detail. Each time the team arrived on time and were very professional and detail oriented. They will stop a nothing to satisfy you the customer and earn your business. I had the original detail and added the wax and spot cleaning of the upholstery for a VERY reasonable price! Too bad you can't give 0 stars they are not even worthy of 1. We scheduled them to come out, first off they where 20 minutes late. After contacting the office or owner to inform him we were on a time limit he was very defensive stating he never gives exact times(not true told me 10am on the phone). Then they get here and they disappear for another 20-30 minutes. After they come back they tell us they can't wash our cars because their pressure washer was broken. When we asked if they could come back and just do one car they said "No, unless its over $50." Needless to say I am going with another company. read more

I am never really happy with car detailing, so that said...this didn't impress me either. There were lots of little places missed. There was still wax that hadn't been buffed off on a few places. The trim of the car was not conditioned so it was dry looking, almost white in places. Places like the underside of seats that fold forward were totally ignored. What they call a "detail" is a basic vacuume and wipe, so not really a detail. We bought a yelp deal and got there and found that their "interior detail" leaves out just about every DETAIL... so we had to pay $70 MORE just to get what should be basic. I won't be going back but it wasn't the most I have paid for a mediocre job. It was the furthest I have driven though. read more

Pretty much the worst experience I have had. I should have known it would not be good when they showed up almost 50 minutes late. Then they went to my neighbors house instead of mine. Once I finally got them point in the right direction, the got to work. It appeared that they were trying and working hard but the results were not good. The black tree sap is still on my trailer and worse, now there are pressure washer streaks on the trailer. They advertise as a "hand wash" on their website but having your hands on a pressure washer wand is not hand washing. They did use a brush on a pole to apply soapy water. Again, they did hold the pole with their hands. I could have gotten the same results for half the price with the guy I used before. When I called Justin, who I assume is the boss", he only made excuses. He said he would figure out a solution and call me back but he just wanted to get me off the phone. He never called back. If you want to pay too much for a pressure was job use these guys. If you want a true hand wash, call a real detailer. read more

If they had a negative star I'd hit that button a million times, I had JUSTIN "hook" up my amp to my car, ha yeah right I get home home with my car and take everything apart to see how good of a job he done, PEOPLE listen to me do not take your vehicle to this place to get audio work done!! He replaced one of my stock speakers with a even bigger speaker and wasn't even hooked up an failed to mention his F*** up about it apparently he ripped the cone some how, and cut the wires to my other speaker and didn't tell me about it and after all this trouble my amp doesn't work now thanks Justin, and I'm out $160, O and not only that he tried to keep the rest of my battery wire that stuff is not cheap, and I don't even wann look behind my factory stereo, he's telling me that someone else hooked up a amp to it, come on buddy I wasn't born yesterday!! And not only that I call for a refund and he says" ha here's your refund you get a big F*** you to your face" and I told him that I would beat his ass, and he's telling me he's gonna get some big black dudes to beat my ass, come on man is this how you treat customers?? Well good for you Justin I hope your business goes down hill and your shop gets closed!!
