I've been waiting for a week now for someone to pick up the curio for my full refund... first of all you talk to an AI named Rachael when calling the number listed... after a few days you receive an email from someone else that tells you that someone else will reach out to resolve the issue... after several emails back and forth stating that they will send the courier back to pick up the curio~ (which they asked ME to repackage) I haven't heard back from anyone in 2 days... they left me hanging with a curio that is NOT as advertised... they truly do not care once the item is shipped and they receive their money... tomorrow will be a week since the curio was delivered... I now have all the pictures and written emails documented so that I can dispute the charges with my bank...

Others tried to fix it but weren't able to. Clock issues: Wouldn't strike on the hour correctly. Hammers were not lined up correctly. Some of the internal arms were bent. Over all the clock had multiple issues. He took it apart and completely rebuilt it. I was very patient and trusted that he would get this clock working again.
