My appointment was for 10am today. Received call that they would be late about 10 min. Which was actually 20 min. The 2 guys arrived and NO HOSE. So they left to run to store - by the time they returned it was almost an 1-1/2 after the start time. Upon return was told that price was "variable" based on when they take a look at what the project was. NOOOOOOOO. Not what I discussed and negotiated with the person I called. So that took ANOTHER 15 min to take care of that matter. The 2 guys were super nice - I paid what I was quoted. They picked up all their trash, work, tools. Were super careful about getting the hot tub out over the side yard rail.

He introduced himself and his brother and they were able to take the pile of dirt and rocks away within 15 mins and even folded up my tarp! Great customer service, reliable, affordable, and quick. Stellar service…read more I was experiencing a check engine light that had to do with the hybrid battery fan that cools the Integrated Motor Assist to the gas engine. My fan needed replacing. I called all around and the dealer actually had the lowest price for repair. Their part was a little more but I could get the part in a few days compared to online (it would have taken a week or more). I needed to not be driving it with that issue going on. Matias got me in more quickly than my scheduled appt. He fixed it a day sooner. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and was very easy to work with. He gave me a diagnostic and agreed that if I was correct in my assessment of the problem, he wouldn't charge me the diagnostic fee. He was true to his word. They fixed the problem while I waited. Matias gave me options in the event that I needed to leave my car. He saved the loaner car for me just in case. The problem was fixed within 2 hours, including diagnostics. I was very impressed with his honesty and his willingness to bend and flex to help me in my bind. He was incredibly kind. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a service advisor before. I will definitely be looking for him the next time I need to take my vehicle in, and request him if I am able. Matias was so helpful. Also, the technician that had worked on my car was very helpful and knowledgeable about the repair and answered all my questions enthusiastically.

I remember spending hours there, in all kinds of weather. These days, as I clean out his old buildings and sculpture part graveyards, I find myself back at Burcham's returning some of that very same metal. What comes around goes around. Angie in the yard is really fun to work with and, and Mitch and the other guys always have a smile on their face. Very Fair, Professional, Clean yard with a great group of folks helping you out.
