Feel their business practices and guarantee/warranty could be written out and more specific, get the vibe its a work in progress - wannabe professional shop with owner / workers that have never worked in a professional setting, if you get that analogy. Not sure $335 is a bargain, worked out to $140 per side windows and $195 for the windshield (with a supposed $25 discount on the windshield) but the job is decent, if the 2-3 bubbles I see in the windshield go away, as promised. I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot that had highly illegal levels of tint that made it dangerous to see when driving at night. So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour.
