I had four new tires mounted and the wheels re-installed on my car. When I got home, I noticed one of the wheels was missing the hubcentric adapter ring. I called Hillside to see if they had it in their Lost & Found, and the man on the phone told me to come back in and he'd make sure I was taken care of. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the store a different man greeted me. He insisted that his people wouldn't lose a part of my wheel and implied that I had somehow lost it or was otherwise lying. I asked him if he had the adapter rings in stock to replace mine. He acknowledged that they carried them, but when I gave him the dimensions of the part I needed he refused to check to see if they had a replacement for mine. I was very polite and the part they lost was not expensive, so I'm at a loss to explain why the man at the counter refused to help me out. I will be using a different tire shop in the future. read more

Solely based on fixing a flat tire: terrific service. I hurried in with only 45 minutes before closing to fix a rear flat. Spare was already on the car and the manager gladly accepted my service. After only 10-15 minutes, the manager waived me over, telling me it was done. Waited in line for a few minutes and simply said, "You're good. It's free" and waived me off. I went in for new tires Saturday because I had a bad shimmy at high speeds. . Best service I have ever had anywhere. They spoke to me as a person and not 'just' a woman. The guys working at the front are the nicest guys ever! Being a woman of mixed race, I have never once felt an ounce of racism and I've been coming here for a couple of years now. I'm not sure what experience the previous reviewer had but that is not this shop. I know these guys are VERY honest because I drive a 16 year old Camry that they could make A LOT of money off of up-selling and repairs... they don't do that. They do exactly what I ask for which is nice because I hate being made to feel like a dumb girl that doesn't know I can change an air filter myself for $16 versus a dealership charging $35-45. We were on our way to a fun vacation with our travel trailer, when one of our trailer tires blew apart on I-15 at about 5:30pm. Turns out all our trailer tires were original and in bad shape. Even though they were starting to close up from a long day of work, they went right to work, changed all four tires in record time and we were on our way! We came here to get the timing belt and water pump done on our SUV. We mentioned that there may be additional work that needed to be done but that we weren't sure. Hillside Tire decided to replace additional parts without telling us and charge us an additional $200. When we called them about it they just say oh sorry they looked bad so we just figured it needed to be done. Very unprofessional and disappointing. We will not be coming here again. read more
