They get one star because the air conditioning works and the food at the hotel restaurant is delish but pricey. I assumed that because it's a Hilton property and because it's in Bellevue, it'd be nice. I said this to my bf as we walked in the door today laying my eyes upon the aged foyer. He said it was, 40 years ago. It's clean but the furniture and decor are a bit subpar. But I didn't really care because we came for the air conditioning and the pool on what was Washington's hottest day of the year. 97 degrees!! My sister and 7yr old nephew came too and I chose this spot for what the pictures on the website showed was a nice pool area. They are doing a reservation system with the pool to help with Covid regulations. 2 hour time blocks no more than 12 people in the pool at a time. This was important to me as well. We checked in and the room is ok. We went to check out the pool (we had a reservation for 7pm, it was 4 pm). There was a group of 6 playing mariachi music loudly, making out with one another in and out of the pool, and drinking hard liquor from bottles. There was another group of 8 playing some other kind of music and doing cannonballs into the pool. One man sat with a table between his legs with a red mop bucket on it. It was filled with some liquid and he was stirring it frequently and drinking it out of salsa ramekins. An additional 20'people scattered around. We went to have dinner and hoped the scene would mellow later. Nope. Same scene only louder and drunk. I have no problem with drinking but kids were there and the pda was extreme. One of the inebriated girls drunkenly stumbled toward my nephew and another small boy and slurred something and batted her eyes at them and pushed her boobs toward them. I mean gross. It was so bad. We left. We will not be back. This place is a joke. read more

My daughter rented a room on Saturday 4/1 for her and her 2 best friends for her 18th birthday to enjoy the finest Bellvue has to offer. She paid $205 for the worst service! She ordered French Fries and a Coke at 9pm and asked to have it delivered. After 45min she realized there was no food yet. She called back down to the kitchen and the response was "Oh, you haven't got those yet? Well send them up." She waited another 45min and nothing. She then walked down to the kitchen knowing they close soon. She told the person there that she hadn't received her order yet. They said sorry, we have to make it. She waited another 40min and got the food after the kitchen closed. That was over 2 hours waiting for fries and a coke!? Then when she got back to her room they realized there was no blankets & pillows for the pullout couch. She called down and asked for a blanket and 2 pillows and the person on the phone argued with her about how many pillows one room can have. I expect this from a motel but not a hotel she just paid over $200 for one night. It upsets me that she chose to give her hard earned money for what she thought would be an awesome experience but it was the total opposite. read more

The property needed refurbishing in general. (bath towels with frayed edges and down quilt with smudged edges, furnishing very used) The dining area smelled musty. The cost was $250 a night. My main complaint is the lack of customer service provided by this hotel. I requested cab service and was told that no cabs service the hotel. The desk person gave me a phone number that was incorrect and said sorry. I later on learned that there is reliable cab service to this area. This is not the kind of service expected by a higher end hotel. Needless to say, never again. read more

Stayed in Bellevue on a thursday night because Seattle had 100 events going on at the same time. Wifey booked it as she usually does and picked us a cool place. Very tough place to locate. Really love the fruit and vegetable infused water dispensers. Great idea for thirsty travelers. The night we came in they had cucumber and lemon water. I was here on a conference at the hotel and also stayed at the hotel. The place was very nice and inexpensive, I got the conference rate. It's my first time in the Seattle/Bellevue area and the hotel was not hard to find, it was conveniently located next to the freeway and downtown Bellevue. Plenty of parking on the upper and lower level, I'm not sure if they offer valet, coming from Los Angeles I'm used to valet. As you walk in, the place has an ambience of a 5 star hotel, with friendly staff, clean area and a huge atrium (See the picture I posted). It also helped that the weather was sunny when I arrived and made everything glow and everyone seems upbeat. The room that I got was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. As I mentioned earlier, the staff was very helpful with all my request and kept my room good as new every day that I stayed there, I stayed there for five days. Overall, I would definitely stay at the hotel if I'm here for business and pleasure and the hotel is not far from Seattle. A good place to stay for family too if you have kids. read more

The hotel is located conveniently close to Bellevue Square Mall and downtown Bellevue. Although the hotel is slightly dated, it is clean, spacious, equipped with flat screen & internet access, and offers ample free parking. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The $99 / night for a weekend is definitely a good value. It's a perfect convenient location for those like us who come to the Seattle area once in while from north of the border to do some real shopping for clothing. Downtown Seattle is only 15 minutes. Chamber service and room maintenance, however, could be better. The plastic border of the TV was covered with finger smudges and the carpet near the bathroom threshold is worn out so you can actually feel the staples in the carpet. read more

Our holiday weekend ended on an unfortunate note. It's sad that our family was robbed. We stayed on the executive floor where a key is required to access rooms. What happened to safety? For some reason, someone got a hold of keys to access our joining rooms and stole our personal belongings that included travel documents, electronic devices (3 laptops and a switch), wallet (Credit cards, drivers lic., social security card, etc...) and car keys. Our car was stolen. Hotel employees were notified immediately and we were offered free rooms and meals. Really? We are not seeking any freebies. What happened to customer service? It takes us to contact them rather than the employees or manager on duty providing service recovery or informing us what is being done. First time stay at this Hilton and mostly due to business convenience and HiltonHonor program. The hotel is an older hotel that has renovated guest rooms, for a business traveler there is the convenience of multiple power outlets at the desk and end tables by the bed, and large desk space. The staff is super friendly and helpful at the front desk, maid service crew, and the executive lounge. However the furniture in the hallways and appearance looked out of 70's era, not very welcoming when you get out of the elevators. The hotel needs to finish the upgrading of all furniture very quickly. Last but not least, I had a little surprise of a spider crawling on me when I was in bed, which was horrible but not scary, and am not sure if there is a common problem or not. Two stars off for this low light of the rooms and furnishing. Tully's coffee shop in the lobby is convenient; I cannot comment on the price as I had a corporate rate which included the breakfast at the coffee shop and the selection was good enough for a quick continental breakfast. I will return if convenient for business reasons, but not sure if I would do it for personal pleasure. read more

I didn't stay here, my dad did, but i am reasonably enough informed to make a judgement on it. It was the cheapest hotel in the downtown/close to downtown Bellevue area. The room was spacious and clean, and there was actually a smoking room (i didn't know they even had those anymore), which my dad was thrilled about since smoking anywhere in urban parts of washington gets tricky. The lobby is a bit outdated, but big woop. It looked like it had a nice pool, which we unfortunately could not use since it was too cold that weekend. The full Breakfast Buffet was very expensive ($18 a pop), but really good. Service was excellent and attentive to our every need, the fresh waffles and omelettes were really good, and there was everything you could want at breakfast. When the hostess made a bad recommendation to my father, she comped his breakfast the next morning. Very satisfying choice of hotel. read more

Check in was a breeze on Christmas Eve. There was a stocking filled with candies inside our king room that greeted us. Complimentary Wifi is fast, parking is plenty. King room is huge although furniture is dated. Toiletries include toothbrush and toothpaste. Coffeemaker, tea and coffee fixings were abundant; we just had to request for more bottled water. When we arrived we were informed there was no kitchen in the room. No other cheaper rooms were available. The manager took a night off of our stay because of the Priceline issue. Honestly bad experience. WiFi had 2 bars of the 3 bars on my phone. I called and asked if I could upgrade- they said to gave me the steps to get on to the "upgraded" WiFi however no password for it. I had to call again and they provided the code and for me to still get 2 out of 3 bars of WiFi. I wouldn't recommend if your here for work due to slow connection. The rooms were a bit messy and had stains on the wall, a hole in one of the sheets, and no updated bathrooms and smart tv. So your stuck watching basic cable!! Disappointed read more

My fiancé and I recently stayed at the Hilton in Bellevue Washington on Sunday, January 3, 2021. We check in around 3pm and seen a bunch of stickers that indicated that the room was just recently cleaned and that no one had been in there prior to it being cleaned. We were in the room for about an hour settling in when I went to put away my jewelry and money in the safe when I noticed a suspicious brown plastic bag right next to the safe. I grab the bag and open it and realize there was multiple needles inside the bag. This is unacceptable and you need to hold people accountable. if I were to bring my kids with me and they grabbed the bag without realizing what was in it, they would have gotten poked and potentially infected with Lord knows what!!! The room should have been cleaned especially since it is a pandemic going on. We were in bellevue which is known as a high end area I am not sure why there was stickers indicating that the room was cleaned when clearly it was not. read more

TERRIBLE!! I cannot express the quality of this Hilton property!! If you want an extremely run down hotel coupled with bad service and poor housekeeping, then yes this is the place to be! Otherwise, run far and run fast, because you can definitely find something a million times better and for better price. We held multi-day wedding events here and were so utterly disappointed at the service provided by the catering and sales manager and just the hotel itself. From the very beginning it was so difficult to even get a hold of the event coordinator. She would consistently disappear on us for days on end until we messaged, called and emailed her over a dozen times. During the events our coordinator was not on the property for the MAIN DAY.!! It was absolutely ridiculous. The ballroom wasn't set up the way we wanted it or the way it was shown on the diagram. We were not told of any changes to tables or ballroom set up. Asking staff to even get water to guests became a hassle and downright embarrassing. A family member ended up even cutting the wedding cake because the wait staff was nowhere to be found. (if you are looking for a disappearing magic trick by the hotel staff, okay fine, hold your wedding here. It's a winner) ... I could not believe just how horrible this place ended up being The main frustration and surprise came by the fact that Hilton DOES NOT PROVIDE EVEN ONE complimentary room for the Bride/Groom. We had multiple days' worth of events there and not one night was provided with a complimentary stay. Every other hotel offers this EXCEPT for Hilton. We ended up staying in their overpriced, extremely low quality run down room. Among the disgusting things that room had to offer, we were faced with white stains on the sofas, black mold around the bathroom tiles and disgusting toilets that made you want to vomit. Do yourself a big favor and never partner with this Hotel! The quality held comparable to motel 6 except you get to pay 3 times as much. read more

I have loved this hotel on multiple stays, reasonably priced for the experience and location. Unfortunately I will not be going back there. One early morning while transferring my laundry from washer to dryer, I forgot my change. I ran up to my room on the 10th floor (taking main elevator of course), grabbed my lil crown royal bag of change, and headed back down. Once I arrived back to laundry room, I noticed my laundry (all my and my boyfriend at the times clothes!!!!) were nowhere to be found!! I was confused and scared all of our stuff got taken. So I again in a hurry ran up to main floor and beelined to the front desk. I told them what had happened and NOBODY WANTED TO DO A THING ABOUT IT. It was the time of morning no one else was around. So they could of easily looked back at the security cameras and seen who was on the laundry floor w arm fulls of laundry. My laundry was still pretty wet also! They would've seen me and only one other person! Between the 10 minutes it took for me to run upstairs and run back down stairs my laundry was stolen, you'd think it would've been an easy solution. I never even got an ounce of effort for my things to be returned or to help a regular staying guest feel a little bit more at ease with anything at all?! Any solution? Any call back? I had to call them multiple times after they said they would call at certain times and never did. I had to sit and wait in the lobby for way too long. The manager never got ahold of me and my laundry was never found. I doubt they ever even looked at the security cameras. I'm so disappointed and that's hindered of dollars gone because the Hilton in Bellevue! They lost a good customer/guest. read more

Wow, what a great, comfortable, and relaxing stay. From the moment we checked in, and through our checkout, the staff was super friendly and very nice. We checked in late due to enjoying a great dinner and were met at the hotel by Jessica at the front desk. Immediately, she was very welcoming and very helpful. She checked us in quickly and provided us with great tips on local things to do, dinning sports, and have us a run down of the surrounding areas. We drove and were expecting to have a hefty parking bill, however, that was not the case as Hilton was very accommodating. Through our stay, we received text messages from hotel staff inquiring on our satisfaction. A 10 all around! At checkout, the process was super quick and again, we were asked how our stay was. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were nicely updated and very clean. The area was outside the hustle and bustle, but offered a lot to do! We had a great brunch and even watched a movie. Downtown Was very quaint and given the weekend holiday, parking was free everywhere! All around, we are very pleased with this location and would definitely recommend it to any traveler. I have to give them a 4 star just for their service alone! Hubby is a Diamond member (means he travels for work every week) and even those he's been bumped up to executive suites floor before-I have never experienced it. It's kinda cool that you have to use your key to be ALLOWED to go to that floor to begin with (LOL) so I got an idea of what "penthouse" living might be like. Anyway, they have their own private happy hour on their own floor with free wine, beer, soda, candy, healthy snacks, cheeses, crackers, fruits, nuts, mini taquitos, and lumpia with a sweet dip, and more. That's awesome and appreciated! Looking forward to breakfast to see what we get :-) - I'll update tomorrow so you know ;-) In the meantime, here's the pics of our room (nothing special from the other rooms on Diamond floor). The only reason they didn't get knocked down for the place needing a good elbow cleaning is bec they are in the processes of updating. And Hubby's work meeting went longer than expected and they gave me a late check out of 2pm. I am sooo very grateful to them! The Bellevue Hilton is a nice venue, we were the DJ for a wedding reception there in December. The reception was in the Skyview Ballroom. The staff was organized and friendly. There was plenty of room for the guests and the dance floor was very nice. Sound in the Skyview Ballroom was good for our speaker system. Overall a nice venue for a wedding reception. read more

I liked this hotel, but... We had regular two Quinn beds room, room # 221. The room is very spacious and nice. There were two problems - the mattress on one of the beds was one sided, it was leaning to one side and very uncomfortable - mattress needs to be replaced. Second problem, the wall paper in the bathroom is dirty. Stains are splattered all over the wall, it needs to be either cleaned or wallpaper needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the hotel is updated, good design and furnishings in the rooms and in the lobby. Breakfast is not included but available in the lobby - good breakfast in the beautiful lobby. It would have been a good stay if not for the mattress and the dirty wall in the bathroom, hope these issues will be fixed. read more

I got a good deal at this place because of another site. I got a great room with 2 queen beds. It was a large room. Enough room to walk around and lounge on a chair and do some work at a desk. I loved the room, and the hotel lobby was great. The bar was my favorite destination. I liked the fact that the hotel staff is great. The location was perfect. It's only a couple of blocks from the Bellevue Transit Station, so you can take the bus into Seattle. It's about a 25 min ride. The hotel also has courtesy shuttles from downtown Bellevue to the hotel. read more

I was very happy with the quality of the room but not with the lack of professionalism in the front desk agent specifically, Aurora. The good: 1. Big comfortable bed 2. Quiet room 3. Spaciousness of the room 4. Shuttle service 5. Amy was a sweetheart. The bad: 1. Aurora needs to get it together. She didn't say hello or thank you during check out. She told me to wait for the shuttle outside, except the driver routinely went in to look for passengers. It was cold! 2. The website says there are fruits in the fitness center but no they didn't have any. 3. Bunch of residue of the previous guests. I have the names and Hhonors status of two people who stayed in the room I got because the voucher and the letter addressed to them were still in the room when I checked in. read more

The Hilton is gouging families displaced by ice storm power outages (1/19/12). I've stayed there for less than $150/night; this week they are charging DOUBLE that. It's completely shady. I'll never stay there again. Incidentally, the Marriott and Sheraton - which stand on either side of the Bellevue Hilton - are NOT taking advantage of peoples' misfortunes. A monolithic haven for smarmy salesmen looking to ply you with their 3 hour elevator pitch complete with pictures of their young brood (Tiffany, age 3 and Tom Jr, 8 months), followed by a very painful, scotch-laden attempt to get you to sleep with them. If you are a woman, do not go to happy hour. You can be a one-eyed snaggletooth with the clap (like me. what? nooo.) and you will still get hit on. All of that aside... I also have a room at the Westin but, thanks to 100 MPH winds that have knocked out power to around 1M people in the Seattle area, the hotel has gone dark with no ETA for restoration. I called up the Hilton (the Hyatt was also dark) at 8AM and I was able to get a cheap room with early check-in so I could shower and get online ASAP. For what it is, I'm moderately impressed with the place. The executive rooms on the top 2 floors are nice-ish and only run about $130. The room is large enough to make the furniture look sparse and the bed is amazingly comfy. The bathroom is average size with above average toiletries. I love Q-tips. That's really all I need from a hotel. Q-tips. Valet. Hairdryer. Iron. Room Service. Minibar. Wifi. The Hilton is missing the minibar and the room service (thanks to the storm - usually has it). The lobby has 4 ridiculously slow Charlie and The Chocolate Factory glass elevators. The $8 bottle of Evian at the Westin is only $4 here. I have a lovely view of the freeway. Free continental breakfast available on the lobby of your floor. All in all, not half bad. read more

I have stayed here a few times for work, it's a nice hotel. When you walk into the lobby, it features a large glass slopping roof . The rooms are very clean and well kept and the bed are pretty comfy. Although you when you first enter the lobby, you are on the third floor so it's a little confusing getting around at first. The pool and garden area is pretty nice, except for the noise of traffic in the back. The fitness center has the basics, but the equipment are not very sophisticated, bike, treadmill, elliptical machine, and some free weights (just dumb bells). Enough equipment for a cardio workout, and that's were it stops. A couple of plasma, fresh towels, water cooler, and apples and oranges for afterward. Overall it's a nice place and since I only paid $75/night thru priceline, it was really worth the money. read more

Got a non-working key to a room already occupied, waking up that guest. The next day when using the iron in the room the iron left black marks on my shirt that I couldn't clean off with soap and water. When I told the operator (dialing 0) and the front desk, all they could tell me is the paid laundry room on the hotel, with no offer of free washing or dry cleaning. I ended up buying an expensive t-shirt from the gift shop to make my meeting (only brought shirts on this business trip). After I got home I used bleach and still couldn't get the black marks off. Now I have a ruined shirt. I emailed the hotel and complained and as expected got no response. Stay away from this hotel! read more
