They…read morenever called back.. that should've been assigned, but we still went there and ordered a microwave in which they said they had one in stock and could deliver it the next day. They said it would be delivered between 10:00-2:00. After sitting home all day waiting and no call that they were coming. I called them at 1:45.. I was told that they didn't have it in stock and had to go pick it up at the warehouse and they could bring it later in the afternoon after I waited four hours in the morning for them with no call. I was not happy wasting my whole morning when I could've went to do my errands and it showed that their time is more precious than mine.. I don't think anybody would love to sit home for four hours waiting and it was a waste of time no-show no call.. I have heard this from other people after I have talked to them. Wish I read the reviews. We did cancel our order. We were just trying to help a small business but they showed us the customer does not matter if they would've just called. We could've rescheduled it and they wouldn't have lost our sale. It was very disappointing. Will never use them again or recommend them.
