As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by one of the servers, the place was clean. The restrooms were what you would expect at a hole in the wall place. Now let's get to the food part. The veggie turmeric soup was more like a sambar soup, being Indian and growing up with sambar soup I definitely know the difference. The batura was really oily, it had black spots possibly from the dirty oil. They only had a few pieces of dry tandoori chicken. I don't mind paying $17 for a buffet.. There's a dearth of Indian buffets in this area but we were in luck as this was close enough to our neck of the woods and turned out to be really good! Since it's Mother's Day, we didn't even get a menu. Or prices. As soon as we were seated, we were told it was buffet today and immediately got up to grab some food. I know the pandemic isn't really a thing anymore, but we're still playing it cautiously, so if you're expecting more standards in the hygiene space, maybe set those expectations pretty low. We gloved up and loaded up our plate. The selection isn't quite staggering, but it's got a lot of the favorites and something for everyone. I think the aloo chaat and the goat curry were my favorites. Everything is very tasty, but be careful of the carbs. They are super filling, almost as though there's some kind of filler in there to make you full faster. Their fried naan is actually really good, but if you're low on space, save room for the fresh naan that's brought out to you very regularly. Very dangerous stuff if you were hoping to try as many things as possible. Desserts seem to disappear relatively quickly (especially fruits) so grab those soon. I'm not the biggest fan of super sweet treats, but the cashew things are super addicting. Overall, this is excellent value and service is really quick. Definitely recommended! read more

We went on a Sunday and had the buffet. We have been to Noon Mirch so my comments will compare the two. 1. Price is more favorable than NM 16.95 v 19.95 2. Atmosphere is zero. No comparison to NM which is well decorated and an upscale vibe. It was loud with lots of hard surfaces, no music to mask the louder patrons and dropped dishes, babies crying 3. Options are fewer on the buffet here BUT will say it had my favorites so for me the fewer choices was not an issue really 4 Quality: tikka masala on buffet was fantastic. Superior to NM who has a great one off the menu but on buffet tasted watered down. Their tandori and some spicy chicken was also great. They come around serving delicious hot naan out of the oven which is a HUGE plus to NM. 5. Service wasn't personable with the exception of one guy who was great. NM is always good, nice greeting, quick to get you going and just friendly. I will be back here. The quality and price make this a definite stop on my rotation. Not ideal for a date or special occasion though - Id go to NM for that but def try them out. read more

Love the unique flavors! But be careful... when they say NOT spicy, it still is! I ordered the chicken lo mein for the kids and they couldn't eat it after 2 bites because it was too spicy (hence, the 4 stars). I did not know it was a buffet and I was surprised it was and the food was great! The waiter even went round the tables offering everyone hot flat Indian bread which I thought was great! I will definitely go back for more food and I recommend this restaurant to others looking for all you can eat great Indian food. We were in town with the kids to see NASA, came to find out this place is awesome for family lunch or dinner. Staffs were super friendly, can't even describe the food test, it was that amazing. We ordered few plates of Momos, chicken lolipop for the kids, lamb sizzlers, naan....the taste is out of control that we can't even explain, all the items were ordered to the 100%. What a delightful pleasure! We shared two dishes, the "King of Texas" (a sampler) and the "BBQ Panner." King of Texas was an outstanding array of flavors, although if we order it again I will get some extra rice. We also enjoyed some garlic naan as an appetizer. The BBQ Panner was quite spicy, but tasty. It had different peppers and cubed cheese in a spicy sauce. Excellent flavors, superb service, great atmosphere. Momo dumplings are the best. Everything is top notch, high quality goodness- very inexpensive drink prices at happy hour too. Spinach-cilantro sauce is vinegary/spicy deliciousness- I've never tasted a sauce like this anywhere else and highly recommend- I got mine with paneer. I really wanted to like this place, but had an experience that put a bad taste in my mouth. While I was ordering food a man was just sitting at the bar - not eating or drinking - just sitting there without a mask. Everyone else at the place was being responsible, but said nothing to this guy. He was still there when I came back to pick up the food, still without a mask. Dude, wtf? Interior cleaned up well and repainted Better use of space for buffet. Covid compliant with gloves, sanitizers, etc. Staff was familiar to us. Well, guess what, if we understood correctly, these guys have all worked at other area restaurants. They've banded together and have opened their own. Different delicious curries. Really great restaurant and delicious Nepali and Indian food! The owners and two of the chefs used to be at a popular nearby Indian/Nepali restaurant so we were excited to try this new place. We enjoyed chicken tandoori momo as our appetizer which had great spice. We also had dal makhani, saag paneer, vegetable samosas and a Nepali soup called thukpa (with chicken). My parents and I wanted to try a new Indian restaurant in this area, and we happened to see this one while driving. First off, we ordered our food to go. It took about 30 minutes, and it was ready right when we got there. The service was great, the person who checked us out was extremely nice and helpful, he even gave us extra sweets. The only problem, was when we got home we noticed that some of the tops of the containers they use to put the food in broke so there were some small pieces of plastic in the food. We called them as soon as we opened the food with broken plastic and requested them to deliver the food to our house. They were able to do this, and I thought that was extremely nice! However, I wish it was right from the beginning so we didn't have to wait for the items to eat. Now for the food - we got veg momos, which were really delicious, loved the chutney. They reminded me so much of the momos I got while I was in Nepal. We ordered the veg thukpa, I liked the flavors a lot but I wish there was a thinner broth. Not sure if it was because it was to go and the packaging, but I thought that was odd. Last, my dad got the non-veg thali with the handi chicken. The fried goodies with the thali were too oily (I know it's fried, but still). The palak paneer and mustard greens were delicious. The best part was the chole, holy moly, would go back just for this. My dad absolutely loved the handi chicken too. Naan was nice and fluffy and fresh, but I would pass on gulab jamun and mithai. All in all, the food was great, however, our experience was definitely skewed because of the to-go mishap. Would definitely go back, but would want to eat in person (hopefully sometime soon during this COVID time)! read more

We have tried all the Indian food restaurants in the area. This is by far the best. The most tasty and aromatic.

Wow! The potato samosa was fresh, flaky, and wonderfully aromatic. The goat biryani was delicious, with lots of rice and large chunks of meat. One order was enough for 2. Try a number 3 out of 5 in heat if you like it Texas hot - 4 or 5 if you're from India. Garlic naan was really good, not greasy. Mango lasse was perfect. Drink choices also included sparkling water. Rice pudding tasted good. We ordered from the menu, but there was also a buffet. Service was excellent. Will we be returning? Absolutely! So glad we had a cooler in the car for all the leftovers.
