Went when visiting Great Wolf Lodge which was only an 8 minute drive away. There is not a big sign outside, just a banner that says "Thai food" but we knew we were at the right place. Seated immediately with only 1 other party inside, but a few others came afterwards, along with same take our orders. Our drinks, including a Thai tea with boba (delicious!) were served quickly. We were given complimentary soup to start which was nice and warm. Chicken satay was delicious, fresh and the peanut sauce was thick and flavorful. All our entrees came out piping out & clearly made fresh (pad kee mao, pad see ew, Thai fried rice). You rate your dishes on a scale of 1 to 5 for spice level, I found my "3" the right amount of spice & flavor. We had the mango sticky rice for dessert, had an interesting green color for the rice (have not seen this over) but overall it was delectable! My husband and I were fighting over the last few bites! I believe the owners are a very nice husband and wife who make and serve everything themselves. She saw my toddler loved eating the boba and gave us some extra boba to take back to our hotel, so sweet! Felt very homey & authentic, would definitely go back if in the area!

I was visiting from out of state and had a pleasant experience here. I was happily surprised to be given a complementary cup of house soup, a free dessert, and offered the opportunity to take some dessert home as well. The feeling overall at the restaurant was pleasant with a cozy atmosphere and gentle jazz music playing in the background. I ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp, and it was a solid meal. The portion size was generous, and there was a good amount of protein. Be advised that the dish also included tofu, and a small amount of cabbage and carrots which were on the side. The presentation of the food was a bit lacking, but they nailed the spice level. It would say it is based on an authentic scale, so be prepared. While the menu is quite limited, I don't have any complaints about the food or service. I had plenty of water to drink and the young man who waited my table was attentive. Again, I'm not a local, but I would say it's worth a stop, especially if you are staying at the nearby hotel and you enjoy Thai cuisine.

I'm a very picky eater and was nervous on trying something new but this place was definitely worth the risk! The food is pretty good even though I'm a picky eater. The service was the best as well since we were new eating here the lady was super patient with us and helped us understand the menu. The restaurant is a small building but it's very comforting and welcoming. I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant and helping out a small business!

This is the best Thai food in all of Texas. The flavor in the pad-see-ew was incredible as well as the chicken satay!! Highly recommend. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you enter the restaurant. Thanks so much!! Will be back soon

Really enjoyed the food just found the red curry a bit salty. But other than that, the food was pretty good and employees are very friendly.

We had to order take out on a Friday night because it was 10 mins before closing (9pm on Fridays) and they processed the order incredibly fast. All tables were full when we picked up so I'm sure busy nights will be a bit of a wait to get in. We asked for "medium" spice but the receipt had been defaulted to "mild" thank god. It was still a decent amount of spice and any more I would have probably been sweating like crazy. So I would recommend starting off with mild and go from there unless you are a glutton for punishing spice. Their mild seems to be more like medium / hot at an Americanized Thai joint. Pad Kee Mow with chopped chicken was delicious. Fresh crunchy green beans and bell peppers, onions and tomatoes perfectly cooked with the perfect spicy basil sauce. Noodles all had sauce on them. Large serving size and great price. We also got papaya salad which was just right and nice spice. I wish I could come here often and try everything else on the menu.

I wouldn't necessarily sit down here but if you want to you can. More of a grocery store than sit down restaurant. Khao soi gai: 7/10 This was so flavorful and delicious but definitely should have opted for the chicken instead of the soft shell crab I wasn't really a fan of the crab. Love the flavors and textures though. Definitely want to try with chicken and I recommend getting some rice on the side. Pad mama: 9/10 This had a really yummy vibrant flavor with a good amount of protein and leafy greens. Could be spicier I think the just gave us a random spice level. Overall really yummy and good portion for the prices but would love to retry with more spice in the dishes.

I went with my husband during Houston Restaurant Week, and maybe that was my mistake…read more We got the Thai ice tea and Thai jasmine green tea for drinks, squid and tofu for appetizers, the crying tiger and kua kling for entrees, and the sticky rice with mango and the coconut ice cream for desserts. I can confidently say that I was disappointed. There was not one dish that stood out or that I would recommend or come back for. I especially was sad that the crying tiger flavors really missed the mark. The sticky rice that came with it felt like it was reheated and some parts were hard. It also tasted like some of the vegetables (green beans and carrots) that come with the entrees were frozen, not fresh. The jasmine green tea tastes like a powder mix. Some of the squid tasted freezer burned. The kua kling was the most interesting and unique of the dishes, but not one that I would go out of my way to eat again. The sticky rice with mango was as expected. The coconut ice cream is probably pre-portioned and frozen so was rock solid when it came out. I did not find most of the toppings particularly good. It was a busy Friday and I know service was busy. The food did not take long to come out, but we definitely had dishes from previous courses that stacked up, and we had to ask them to be taken away. They do have a high chair for toddlers and brought a plastic plate/utensils, but there was not a changing table in the bathroom we used. We have had such great experiences at other Thai restaurants in Houston that I would not come back.

It could easily reach that level. Our waitress, Ann, was incredibly kind, soft spoken, and welcoming. My friend Sherita suggested this restaurant after we left a Yelp office hour, and I'm so glad she did because it introduced me to something I never knew I needed: the salmon mango fried rice. It was absolutely amazing. I originally planned to take some home for my son to try, but it was so delicious that I finished every bite in one sitting. Sherita had visited earlier in the week and tonight shared that she arrived; right before I walked in which was 30 minutes before closing time, Jackie told her to hurry up and order, even though she already knew exactly what she wanted and didn't even need a menu. Jackie response was unprofessional and didn't even wait till the table guest got to the table, which was less than seconds since we all arrive at the same time, and left the same place. During our visit, Jackie never brought us water. A couple who was seated after us received water before we did. It took over 10 minutes for us to get water. Ann took great care of us, but anytime we wanted a refill, we had to ask. At one point my glass was completely empty. I noticed Jackie refilling the water glasses for a table of six, so I managed to get his attention. He looked directly at me, scanned the room, then stomped away all fast without acknowledging my request. Instead, he told Ann that we wanted water, and she graciously brought it over. Even at the end of our meal, Jackie stood behind the register while my friends waited to pay, yet another employee ended up taking their payment. His overall energy felt very cold and unwelcoming. My friend even joked that it was probably for the best that he didn't refill my water because of the energy he was carrying. As someone who believes water absorbs energy, I honestly agreed. I'm grateful Ann was the one who served us with such kindness. The restaurant itself has such a peaceful, zen atmosphere. The greenery outside and the warm lighting inside create a cozy neighborhood spot that I truly want to love and revisit with my son. Thank you , Sherita for introducing me and Aaliyah to this hidden gem. I completely understand why you visited twice in one week. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu, and hopefully next time the hospitality matches the quality of the food.
