Boy o my!!!!! Was I happy to find this gem, clean restaurant and bathroom, great energy inside and amazing food! Literally was hoping to find a little spot to grab lunch with the hubby and 1 of my sweet kids well!!!! Look no further who ever the man was cooking and taking our order today was preforming magic. It is very rare for us to experience delicious food within every dish. Each item was flavorful not over salty, full of egg and hot!!! He also gave us an unexpected gift while dinning. He made us crab Rangoon usually they these are made it makes my stomach sick but these taste different, they taste fresh, light in cream, non greasy, not over salted. I hope to come back and experience the same excellent service and food quality in the future.

Went to Redmond and wanted to grab something to eat for lunch. Found this spot 5 mins away from my location. I ordered chicken and pork teriyaki combo. The portion is excellent. The taste is on point. The pork can be a bit softer. The waitress was very kind for calling me back on my phone to notify me that my order was ready because I didn't want to unbuckle my daughter from her car seat just to run in and out.

So I've been coming to this location for literal years. The quality of their food has always stuck out to me - even when I ate at other teriyaki places, I low key compared them to here. I'm so picky with my fried rice and they make theirs perfectly! I sometimes add notes to my order like "just egg and onion please" and they always follow it. The woman who works the counter can be very quiet and standoffish. But I have been coming for so long she smiles and nods at me when she sees me. Initially, it was just a blank stare and polite nod LOL. So I completely understand people being put off for that - I've been coming here since high school and all I get is a little smile. But I believe that is just her personality - very quiet and reserved, which I respect and have 0 issues with. I haven't eaten in here for a long time, especially with Covid, but unless it was slammed they kept it pretty clean which is really important to me. If you're on the fence, try the fried rice for sure! And the yakisoba is great as well. If I get them both together, I have a meal for 3 days! The portions are seriously that large. The picture attached is when I scoop it out and plate it for one meal. I'm full for the entire day after eating it for lunch!

Sorry, we were so hungry that I didn't take photos of the food. Anyways, our work colleagues have raving about this place and I have been here several times. I have not been here since I started my own business. My son came home this weekend and wanted to come back here. The food is not too bad considering I used to own a teriyaki place. So, I understand what good teriyaki taste like. The wait was a bit long. There were only two people working there and a lot of to go orders came in. An okay place to have teriyaki if you don't mind waiting.

I am big on customer service and this place does not disappoint, friendly staff. The chicken quality is amazing!! Portions are also great. I would have given it a 5 star but I am not a fan of the spicy teriyaki, it is only normal teriyaki with some kind of siracha sauce on top I was expecting something else.. however I ate it because it was good anyways!

Gluten free deliciousness. Spicy chicken teriyaki and fried rice.

Food is good but over priced for a fastfood teriyaki place. Clean and good food presentation. Sushi is ordinary! Not amazed!

We tried again a week or so later as my work is close by and we wanted something quick and affordable as we had a comedy show to go to afterwards. As we entered, we were the only ones and we were greeted warmly by the sushi chef and our waitress. Our waitress told us to pick any table we'd like and she brought us menus. Once we had ample time to glance over the menu which honestly had the right amount of items, I got the udon and shrimp tempura while my boyfriend got their Philadelphia roll and chicken katsu. Our waitress asked if we were fine with water and I didn't see a drink section on the menu but they do offer fountain drinks, canned drinks and hot tea. The inside is small but it's cozy and initmate. They have K-pop playing in the background with the music video. There is a good mix of natural lighting from the sun and inside. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We received our roll and shrimp tempura first, udon next and finally the chicken katsu. The katsu sauce here is one of the best katsu sauce we've ever had as it had a perfect balance of tangy, sweet and savory flavors. There was a lot of katsu and my boyfriend said the only complaint was he wished there was a bit more rice as the ratio was off. I loved my udon, they give a generous portion of fish cakes, fish balls and a piece of shrimp tempura as well as plenty of tempura flakes. I do wish there was a bit more noodles but that was my only real complaint. The shrimp tempura was good but I do wish there was a bit more sauce. My boyfriend's roll was delicious and fresh! Their hot green tea was also comforting and delightful! The service here is pleasant as our waitress was kind and checked in on us often. She was also courteous and professional with other customers. We look forward to coming back whenever we're hungry for good and affordable sushi and Korean food.

The cashier/server is very sweet! She made sure we were satisfied with our sushi and kept coming back to check in on us. The place is cute inside, it was actually very roomy, has a lot of natural light and they had some K-pop videos playing in the background. The restaurant is tucked away near the closed down Old Country Buffett in Kent East Hill. I really should've tried coming here instead of traveling to Renton for some sushi! But I will definitely return for more of their delicious sushi!!! I would definitely give them a try if you're in the area.

You do have to put a $40/person deposit but it gets refunded once you pay for your meal. There is street parking available. The place is very small which makes sense since he only serve 1 group at a time. This might be my personal opinion but Because it's only one group, I hoped it would have been a little more interactive, like the chef could have explained his technique and skills while we were waiting or at least let us see what he was doing. We sat at the bar table but it was blocked by a counter so we couldn't see anything and he didn't talk and we had to wait around 15 minutes for our first dish. Foodwise: 10 piece nigiri --- love the different fishes that was available and all of them has their own distinct texture and flavor. My husband who loves nigiri said it was a fun experience. Scallop inari - scallop was cream and soft and smooth, I think the sweetness was a little overpowering though. Seabass crudo --- for how little there was of the fish itself, there was a lot of olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. After finishing the fish, I was hoping to have some bread to eat more of the oil. Special maguro don--- I love this dish - the fish melts in your mouth, the rice went well with the fish and the wasabi was delicious. Price was also very reasonable for the quality of fish. Overall, it was a good experience, I definitely would recommend

They are nice, friendly, and very efficient at their work. All of them, not just the servers but busers, janitor, cooks, everyone. The owner and managers must be very good at selecting the right staff and training them well. As an example, when I pulled out my credit card to pay, a server was there in literally 3 seconds to present me the bill. The restaurant is very cozy and not too loud. There is often a line here, but don't let that deter you. It moves fast, and people in line seem to be having fun.
