Excellent service! Bought a fridge from Best buy and my house had the wrong water line fitting, so Best buy wouldn't even help me bring the fridge inside my house, which I paid for... I called Hiniker and asked if they could fix the water connection. I was told it would happen later in the day, was called back 10 minutes later, and they were at my house within an hour. The technicians were extremely friendly. Not only did they fix my water connection very quickly, but they also helped me bring my refrigerator inside the house, which they did not have to do. They also gave me some helpful information regarding the health of different parts of my water system. We'll definitely be using them again. read more

I was visiting my parents' house and staying for a week when I found out the garbage disposal wasn't working for their kitchen sink. He found pork bones (that I'm sure my mom dropped in there) and took 4 pieces out until the disposal was working properly. I was glad we didn't need a new disposal. I found this place by googling plumber and a nice lady answered the phone. She answered all my questions and was able to have someone look at my washer pipes the same day. Had a leak inside the wall. Gary dropped by, found out where the leak was, provided a temporary fix to stop water from getting in the house and provided three options on how to fix the issue. Once a course of action was decided he provided an estimate. The next day Luis and Marcos showed up and got started. The job turned out to be much more difficult than was originally thought. Gary dropped by to check how things were going but Luis and Marcos had it under control. The guys were here from 8:30 to 4:30, they gave us updated throughout the day, put up temporary patches on the holes that had to be made in the walls (insurance will provide a permanent fix later), cleaned up after themselves and came in at the estimated price. My wife's shower was stopped up for months. We've had several experienced plumbers out who all said the 100 year old p-trap was rotten and we needed new piping. My water heater stopped working and they were able to come out within the hour. Rick took it apart and figured out that some of the parts were under warranty. He was able to go pick up the parts in two different locations and come back and put it back together. Thank goodness he got it working!! Because the parts were under warranty I only had to pay for the labor. They really saved me. Last year, we had a leak that stemmed from our water main and ran underneath our front lawn. This caused a giant bubble the size of a pitchers mound to form between the grass and soil...crazy!!!! Mr. Lou and another gentleman spent 12+ hours digging up the lawn and finding the problem. Our house is in the Canyon Crest area in Riverside and it was built sometime during the '70s, the methods they used to install the plumbing then was subpar, and Hiniker plumbing found multiple pinhole leaks throughout our main water line. They gave 120% and it shows. Just yesterday, we had another leak near the same location which is quite terrifying given the history. Mr. Lou came out again and diagnosed the problem within minutes, and then fixed it with ease. He's a great guy we even spent a couple of minutes chatting up, he really explained the problem on my level to help understand the exact issue, which goes a long way when you are ignorant to the profession, thank you for that. I called Gary at 830am on Monday for slab leak and he had a team of two plumbers, James and Clayton, respond and were at my door ready to get to work by 930am. James explained the leak detection process and the fix to me and kept me updated on the cost through each phase. James even showed me exactly how they were fixing the leak throughout the whole process. They not only fixed the leak but triple checked their work to make sure there were no mistakes and I wouldn't have any more problems with the leak. After the job was completed they cleaned up thoroughly. The cost for the project also ended up around about what I expected it to cost. This company was suggested to me, so I did not search reviews. Now that I have, they look pretty good. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with their work. They had to dig to get to the main sewer line, and they replaced a small section. They could see how badly damaged all of the pipes were but they didn't mention it. Within a few weeks there was another back up, flooding the bathroom and bedroom with dirty water. We got an estimate from them to come back and fix the problem, this time almost double what they charged the first time. We had another company do the repairs. I did call to express my displeasure and they were very nice, offering a small refund (less than 10%). I am pleased with the new company, who did more work for less money. read more

We had a hot water leak right under our laundry room that made the floor as hot as a stovetop. James and Jeff showed up found where the leak was located and went to work. We had a stacked washer and dryer that they moved out of our little laundry room so they could get to the leak. They got under the concrete slab, (they were spot on with where the leak was located) replaced the damaged section of copper pipe, poured new concrete and replaced the washer and dryer units and hooked them back up. They did all of this in under 3 hours from the time we picked up the phone. I was worried this leak under the slab would be a major project, but with our guys James and Jeff, it was a breeze. If that's not a 5 star job, I don't know what is. read more

They scheduled someone to come between 2-3 and today and he was here a little before 2. We had Jeffrey and he was very professional and efficient. He took care of our issues in under 30mins. The only thing I would say is, I wish we were notified he was on his way. But other than that, we would definitely use them again.
