All I can say is wow. After years of struggling with leash reactivity, bringing Ziggy here has been life-changing. He's truly a different dog. He now walks in a beautiful heel through crowded areas, stays calm around other dogs, and can even ignore dogs that run up behind him, something I never thought would be possible. The biggest gift has been seeing him able to simply coexist without feeling stressed, anxious, or frustrated. It's been such a breath of fresh air for both of us. I can't thank Jen and her team enough for everything they've done. Their knowledge, dedication, and care have completely transformed Ziggy's confidence and our daily life together. Took Happee to Dogz101 in Redwood City for grooming with a bath and deshed, and we had a really…read moregood experience. She was clearly taken care of well and came out looking so clean, soft, and refreshed. One thing that made the whole visit even easier was the parking. They have several designated spots, and there is even a 1 hour spot that is usually open. Since drop off for grooming only takes about 5 minutes, parking was honestly not an issue at all. The shop itself also feels new, clean, and refreshing, which makes a big difference when you are leaving your dog in someone else's care. Overall, very smooth experience, and I would definitely bring Happee back.

The rating is for the grooming service. Along with so many…read moreother reviews, we have had terrible experiences here and will not be returning. The management here is needs improvement. I called to ensure our dog would not be groomed by a specific groomer (let's call them Y) because of a negative experience the prior time. I spoke for at least 10 minutes with the manager over the phone to ensure we booked groomer Z who has groomed our dog before and did a decent job. I turn up with our dog at the appointment time and it turns out groomer Y (who we were trying to avoid) was booked by accident by the manager!! It was not a pleasant experience at all to see the groomer with whom our dog had a bad experience with, especially after calling to specifically avoid them (both for the benefit of the groomer and dog). We did not go ahead with the appointment, which was a waste of time as well. Unfortunately this was not our first unpleasant experience with this PetSmart grooming, and as such, we won't be returning unless something substantially improves.

Also, $19 for a dremmel is a very good price, compared to Bow Wow that charges $35 for the same service.

Katherine arrived and was friendly from the start. Super cool, easygoing vibe. She made Nala feel comfortable almost immediately, which I really appreciated.
