Scheduling appointments by text is super convenient, and I especially appreciate the grooming and nail trim reminders since life gets busy. Whenever I need to make an appointment, it's a quick call during business hours and they are usually able to accommodate with my schedule. Since Mila is a bit reactive at times, I like to make sure she's one of the first dogs in during the morning. This last visit, she was done within an hour which was great. This location is so close to home that I'm able to head over as soon as I get the call that she's ready. $120 for a 'buzz' cut for Mila, is a great deal in my opinion.
