I had such a great experience with Brennan as my pet groomer and had to share! My cat was extremely dirty before his appointment--his white fur had actually turned yellow. After Brennan worked his magic, my cat came back gleaming white and so clean. He even added nail caps, which look adorable and keep my furniture safe! My dog, a double-coated Pomeranian, was very shaggy with some matting. Brennan was incredibly patient and took the time to properly brush out his undercoat instead of rushing through it. He also gave him a flea bath, nail trim, and really dedicated extra care to make sure he was comfortable. My dog came out looking amazing--and more importantly, he was all smiles and clearly happy afterward. Also, I have to mention how cute the pink Mercedes grooming van is--it's such a fun and stylish touch! Pricing was very fair, especially with the 20% multiple pet discount: Cat bath: $140 Flea treatment: $20 Nail caps: $40 Dog bath: $136 Flea treatment: $16 Total: $352 Overall, I'm really impressed with the level of care, attention to detail, and patience Brennan showed with both of my pets. I'll definitely be coming back!

Brendan was very good with Oso and he had patience and spent extra time with my dog. My dog is not used to getting groomed yet but he's learning. Finally, a groomer who listens to what you actually want and doesn't just shave your pup from head to toe. I am so happy with how my baby came out this time. I've always dreaded taking my dog to the groomers because he' always come out looking unrecognizable and smelling like a cologne factory. This time he looks himself only even more adorable and just smells fresh. I'm so happy to have finally found Brennan. Wonderful service and so nice. My pup seemed very comfortable with the whole experience, even though he's generally very anxious. Highly recommend.

This was my first time booking a mobile grooming appointment and I'm so happy that I did it with Pup Spa! Making an appointment was super easy with their online portal. They communicated with me via text for any updates. Francisco was our groomer and he was very nice. I expressed my concerns about Eevee since she hates baths and gets very anxious with grooming. Francisco ensured me that she would be fine and let me check out the space she would be groomed in. He told me that he has a husky of his own which did reassure me he would be able to handle her temperament. They keep the door closed when grooming for safety reasons. Which is great cause I know my girl would have jumped out if she had the chance lol. The grooming took about an hour and she looked so great afterwards! I really enjoyed getting photo text updates at middle and end of the appointment. It definitely helped me ease my own nerves about how she was doing. I was happy to hear that he was able to trim her nails with no issues. Overall I loved the convenience of having the mobile grooming appointment. I would definitely recommend booking with PupSpa for your grooming needs.

I adopted two recuse dogs from the tri-city shelter, they are very cautious of people. But they needed a good grooming. I did a yelp search for mobile grooming service Pup spa popped up with good reviews And a good pricing. Francisco showed us and came in to meet our pups sassy and Jasper Within ten minutes they were letting him pet them We all went out to the van with full grooming setup and let them walk around the van. We the went back in the house. About a hour and a half Francisco came out we the pups looking great, thanks pup spa. read more

We love Pup Spa! My husband and I used to groom our dog Marcus ourselves before - easily 3 hours of back-breaking work fixing his grinch feet and trimming his pantaloons to avoid poopy butt, bathing and drying him. Enter Pup Spa, Francisco rings the doorbell, picks up Mr. Marcus, and an hour later delivers him looking like a doggie George Clooney instead of a grinchy Jim Carrey. We can now break our backs working on our garden instead. What's not to love? read more

Look no further especially for folks with Cats, dogs are easy try giving a 17 pound main coon a spa day and you might lose a limb. However, that didn't happen, of course you have to give them a little sedative. We've used the service now twice, incredible is all I can say they have a repeat customer now. read more

This Giant pink van pulled up in front of my house, I had booked them for the previous day but they had car trouble. The young lady who greeted me was JOCELYN and she gave me a run down of her experience, I was totally comfortable with her. What she did with my Siberian Husky was beyond my wildest expectations. Exceptional, beautiful, fantastic, and grateful are words that describe her work on my dog. I will use this service again. I have very high standards and pup spa has set a new "level" for me. The best mobile grooming, actually grooming company I've ever dealt with I first went to a competitor who instead of saying they couldn't do the cut left my dog half cut and returned her to my backyard When I went to get the cash to pay the person, this company came and saved my poor babies Halloween dream of being a lion, they did such an amazing job and were able to fit us in. It was a night and day difference the professionalism, and overall experience that we had with PupSpa vs Bark bus Francisco is the best groomer I've ever met and the way he handled and how gentle he was with our daughter It was a natural fit, and they will be our Groomer as long as I own an animal. Our puppy was smelling kinda too doggie if you know what I mean. Needed to bathe our 7 month old and decided to do a grooming service. Moms 85 and was NERVOUS about her baby going to those busy groomers so I took a plunge and went and called mobile groomers. SOOO kind, professional and went above and beyond to ensure Coco had a GREAT experience. She was VERY scared but once Francisco started showing his spirit was showing her only good vibes.. she was good to go. I was even sent a photo while they were in the van while he washed her which was a DELIGHT for mom since she was wondering how it was going. She is so CLEAN, and SMELLS wonderful and seems happy which is very important to mom. Don't wait!!! Call these great groomers!!!!! We plan on spreading the word out here in SSF!!! The groomer Brennan was kind, patient, communicated with me via text with photos and updates and did a wonderful job -- my dog came back clean, happy, and smelling good and looks soft. Details: I had been struggling to find a mobile groomer for my 10 year old female tuxedo cat after my vet quit offering trimming and de-matting service. Luckily, I found PupSpa via Yelp. Made contact with Seri and she quickly arranged an appointment. Brennan arrived on time and began his "magic". In no time, he trimmed nails, pads, de-matted, combed, cleaned ears and completed a sanitary trim. Mobile van is very functional and kept spotless, being sanitized throughout the service. read more

Having had a bad experience with mobile groomers in the past, was reluctant to go that route again. After researching kept coming back to Pup Spa, and so happy to have used them. Walter is a 48 lb bearded collie which isn't the easiest breed to groom (and I'm fussy about what I'd like done). Booking was very easy (actually Seri did it over the phone so really easy!) and was able to see Brennan in 2 days. Communication was great before, during and after appt. Brennan did offer to come back and make any tune-ups which happened quickly. Such a nice guy who did a good job. Highly recommend!!! read more

I've worked with other trainers before, but it never felt like an ongoing relationship where I could ask questions or continue learning like I can with Ria. We've done both individual sessions and group reactivity classes and I love that my dogs get to practice being around other dogs in a structured, non-judgmental environment. I've seen real progress in each of them. One has improved with aggressive and overprotective behavior, another has built confidence, and my third has gained obedience skills and improved socialization. I also use their daycare for my youngest dog and he absolutely loves it. He's been going for about six months now. He comes home happy and tired from physical activity and mental enrichment. The facility is great, the staff are caring, and I love getting photo updates. It's also a big plus that they have grooming services on-site. It gives me extra peace of mind that the facilities are all indoors and they work closely with the vet next door in case of an emergency. Walking in the store front, it has a very homey friendly country feel. They do not put dogs in crates. My dog has great separation anxiety so not being confined in a crate is a great relief. My appointment made via phone, requires a $50 deposit. My morning appointment, my dog was immediately taken in the back after grooming requirements were collected. Again, being a first time owner, they walk me through steps. A ninety minutes expectation was given for their work and they would text me to pick up. Upon my return, I was walk through grooming tips and tools (Coombs and brushes, and other products). I appreciate the advice. Since my dog's hair was knotted, he was trimmed very close. They were prepared to scheduled the next appointment but I held off so I can reflect on the overall experience. My dog was appeared fine from this experience though the trim could be more even throughout. Luckily the fur will grow back and no one will know the difference. I was sent a link to schedule appointments online. Overall I hit a very favorable impression with the store front and friendly staff. I definitely will schedule future grooming appointments.

At no point did she apologize for no one being there at my schedule time appointment or any kind of empathy for missing the appointment or inconvenience. She simply wanted to know when I can come in. I just asked her to refund me back my deposit and we would call it a day. She agreed. That was two weeks ago. I have followed up with her twice already and still have not received my refund. It is only $25 so at this point I'm taking the loss of $25 which is not a big deal but the whole point is if you're running a small business, I would think that you should be a little bit more professional with other people's time as well. It's a shame to think that $25 is what she gained when if it was all would've went well we groom our dog once a month which is about 100 bucks so you can do the math. All it would have took was I'm sorry for the mishap but let's reschedule and I'll take care of your dog . Maybe offer a discount or a free service add on anything .

Our dog CrispR is anxious, apprehensive and wary of strangers. This was our first SPA with Pup Spa, and we were worried how CrispR would do. I shared these concerns in the appointment request as well as with his groomer Francisco. Francisco was just amazing!! He sent me regular updates on how CrispR was doing, he worked very patiently with CrispR - giving breaks when CrispR got agitated. The appointment ran longer as a result. And CrispR came out just amazingly gorgeous, his hair trimmed and brushed, his coat shiny and bright, his nails done and teeth cleaned. The request was later switched to 4 with Gabriel. I was emailed but not asked if that'd be okay. I kept it, though it'd be a very tight window for me ahead of a night shift. Day of, I called twice including once after they were late. An AI chatbot answered-- no one's available. 25 minutes pass, no call back to at least tell me they're on the way. At that point, it's a no show and I move on. Groomer arrived at my door after 4:30. I tell him there's not enough time and we should reschedule. He gets Sergio on the phone who starts bringing up other dates/times. I don't have my very random ED work schedule with me and I have to get ready, so I say I'll reschedule when I can look it over. He then says that when I booked, there was a policy giving them leeway to arrive in a window 30 minutes before or after--and that he'll have to charge me a $50 cancellation fee to pay the groomer for their time, gas, etc. WHAT?! 1st of all, the groomer arrived after 30 minutes (I have timestamps). 2nd of all, there is no such written policy, or I would've cancelled immediately after he moved my appointment. This is their cancellation policy: "All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 50% charge to the credit card on file." 15 minutes is a standard no-show timeframe. You can't just make up whatever timeframe you want unless you have it in writing. Any professional business owner would've apologized and many would've offered a discount. I didn't cancel, you missed our appointment. Your poor schedule management or policy detail is not for me to pay for. But that ended up just being the tip of the iceberg. He said I could use the fee toward rescheduling, all I asked was that he take accountability for being late first. He DOUBLED DOWN about their arrival window. I asked him to show me that policy, and he could only show me the one above. I asked why he didn't answer my calls or call back sooner. He couldn't answer but did review my calls with the AI bot. He says I didn't say anything to it about cancelling or not to come which funny enough actually supports that I did not cancel. If I had, I'm sure he still would've charged me (he did for other recent reviewer). He was looking for anything to shift the blame to me (AKA gaslighting). He also tried to discredit me by negatively spinning me regarding the initial call when they missed their appointment. HE LOOKED ME UP. He "noticed that I'm a public professional who relies on online reviews and reputation as well..." Why is he looking me up? Is he trying to find dirt on me or vaguely threatening to retaliate? I don't know. But he has my address, which raises safety concerns. Before you book, you have to ask yourself if this is a person you want to have your address. I was seeking a new groomer and came across them. I scheduled an appointment for 11am for…read moredeshedding. The confirmed the appointment and then immediately changed my time to 5pm without confirming with me. I opted to cancel because that is not what I selected and does not work for my schedule. I also thought it was not good practice to change a appointment time without notifying the client. While they asked about a different time for the day or a different day, I still requested to cancel. They communicated that they would still charge me a cancellation fee, which I questioned. I then decided I was not feeling good about the experience to try again with them so I requested to remove my data from their platform. I've attached screenshots of the interaction which then you can see that their tone then changes told me to not contact them again. They then said that they offered my original time, which they never did. They asked me about what time would work, they never offered to keep my original time. That is two different things. He then sent me a screenshot trying to prove this, it did not. Even if I am cancelling and request my data to be removed, I should have never been met with this treatment. He was extremely unprofessional and in conversation and in operation of scheduling. I do not recommend.

The way the appointment started out. I really thought it was going to be a disaster. My fur baby…read morehas never been to the groomers because he is very temperamental. He barks, growls and nips. I've never had the opportunity to be able to take him in somewhere so I thought maybe a place coming to me might help. when I take him to the vet I just have to give them the leash and run away so I thought I would have to do that this time and that's what I did. He was growling fighting us in every manner possible. I had to walk him to the van and get him initially hooked up and then run away while inside the whole time I was panicking pacing back-and-forth, wanting to go check on him, but not wanting to cause more problems he needed this groom and nail trim bad I didn't want to interrupt. Although it seemed like hours, I think maybe it was only an hour when I got a knock on the door and thought to myself. Oh no, he must be acting up and they can't finish. to my surprise I opened the door and there was my fur baby in the arms of his groomer mussel off and as happy as can be!! I think the groomer must've been another dog whisperer because I've never ever seen my dog act this way. He smelt good looked good and finally, his nails were trimmed. I don't know what kind of magic they do. All I know is it was the best experience ever. I will definitely be calling him back. It looks like we found a new regular groomer.

The van rolled up quietly, and the groomer was polite, calm, and clearly knew how to handle nervous dogs. My dog gets overwhelmed easily, but the groomer kept talking to him and giving him breaks whenever he noticed him getting anxious. When he brought him back out, I could barely recognize him -- he looked cleaner, softer, and a whole lot less scruffy than before. The "before-after" look really matched what I saw in their photos: tidy, rounded face, trimmed body, and clean paws. The only thing I'd adjust next time is to shape the ears a little more evenly, but that's not a dealbreaker. For a service that comes straight to your driveway and saves you a whole trip -- I'm glad I tried them.

Finding a new groomer is always an anxious process for us as it's not only important that they do a good job grooming, but also that they offer a friendly and fun environment where our little girl enjoys her beauty sessions. After some extensive searching, my wife discovered Pet's Friend Mobile Grooming. After some Q&A with the owner, we decided to give them a try and are glad we did. Gabriel pulled right up to the front of our house, introduced himself and showed us his setup so we could be at ease, and proceeded to get to work. He left the van door open most of the session so we could always look out our window and see our girl pretty relaxed on the grooming table while Gabriel worked his magic. He spent quite a bit of time on her in the end and definitely did not rush the process. And the end result certainly showed his skill at his craft and attention to detail. They arrived right on time, parked a big van mobile grooming salon in my driveway and took about 90 minutes on each dog. The dogs are happy to not go into a new stressful environment and thrilled to get in and get out quickly. Paolo did a wonderful job and his calm energy worked wonders even on nervous Nelly Finnegan. I didn't have to drive across town twice to drop off and pick up. (Gas ain't cheap!) And, I had a very productive day inside while they were outside. Time is valuable! I tried Curly Doodle Dog Grooming last time and they were okay. This is a better use of my time, much less stressful on my kids and it only cost about $25 more total.
