I spoke to ed on the phone to schedule a cleaning and he was very kind, gave me a great quote and even let me know that a Saturday cleaning would be no problem! He came on time with his partner and they got to work right away. Luckily for them no furniture needed to be moved so they just had to clean the carpet. My carpet was in bad condition, hadn't been cleaned since it was installed years ago by previous renters. It had dog vomit and urine stains along with dirt and everything else to go with it. I could not afford to replace it so cleaning was the only option. They were very fast and at first glance it was very clean, I was honestly in shock by how much better it looked. The only red flag was that it was still pretty wet and I'd find out later that it's not good for it to be that wet still. I allowed it about 24 hours to dry and then I had my couch being delivered so I had to put furniture back on it. Overall it's better than it was but, over time as it dried a lot of the stains reappeared and still till this day it has a weird smell coming from it in certain spots. It's called wicking when the stains come back and that's because the carpet was not dried properly. I've tried baking soda, carpet sprays, vinegar, you name it. Nothing has worked to get the smell out. I wasn't expecting a miracle, trust me I understand how bad it was before. I was expecting them to complete the service properly and that unfortunately was not done. Just a little heads up they are eccentric people so just keep them in mind!

Like others, I received a time window. Spotless was showless. I called 15 minutes after the window…read moreended. I was told we "like a number of others that day did not receive service. I would have an appointment the next day, with a 2-4pm window (at the end of the day)." I wasn't interested in sitting around again with the possibility of a no-show and no notice or call. I answered, "No. Not interested in your service now or in the future." Given the big hype on their phonemail about customer service and happy customers, the cavalier attitude (after I arranged my schedule and was forced to re-schedule my yard clean-up ,etc because of the no-show, and would have to hire another contractor) surprised me. Almost as surprised as when the Spotless truck appeared in the morning many days later, and I repeated to the crew leader that I had terminated Spotless. Shortly afterward, I received an email that my appointment was canceled. The "family" crew that I hired was reasonably priced, efficient, and honest. I finally got tired of the hotel's spotty laundry facilities, with broken washers and dryers and people's dirt and fingernails and pet hair! So I decided to start using their send out laundry service, absolute cleaners. My clothes always come back sparkling clean, crisp, well folded--think Marie Kondo. These people fold better than I could ever think to do. They put small papers in between. They wrap the dry cleaning stuff in plastic. They really are meticulous about how they pack the laundry. Thank you so much, absolute cleaners, for making my life easier and making me feel like a VIP, even staying in a three-star Residence Inn!

My real estate broker met the crew as I was not able to be present. The crew came on time and finished as promised. The broker raved about the job done! She said they even moved the oven to thoroughly clean the place. The price quoted was what I paid. Gerardo kept in touch all along and was quick to reply to queries. I would heartily recommend him. Every time they came they used my granite/marble cleaning products (even requested that I replenish items) and used paper towels, etc. 2. The woman that was in charge and agreed to biweekly payment was fired sometime later. 3. There was damage to wood around my bed. I reported it but decided not to do anything about it. I colored it in with a black sharpie. See pic. 4. There was damage to my wallpaper. I reported it but I decided not to do anything about it I fixed it myself with crazy glue. Cannot find original pic but you can still see damage to wallpaper after I tried fixing it. See pic. 5. There was damage to a stainless steel part on my Wolf stove. See pic. When this occurred and I reported it, same day two women showed up at my front door without giving me notice. Once they came inside they challenged me saying that they did not do it. I had to defend myself and explain that I would never blame them for anything they did not do. This was very invasive and uncalled for. In the end they paid for item after basically harassing me. 6. When I couldn't accommodate them coming on Black Friday because I was going to be away, I requested for them to reschedule to the following Monday instead. The owner Lee became very aggressive in her texts and started complaining about the amount I pay in exclamation points as if I were underpaying her. The amount was agreed on with her previous coworker this was shocking to me. This is when I informed her that the quality of their work has diminished and that she should come with her team as scheduled to discuss everything and if it did not work out we would consider termination of contract. So, my husband and I have been taking very quick showers because the water was so hot. I have an American Standard single arm shower (no faucet). I purchased two pressure balances and two cartridges. I am so glad I did. After installing the first set, there was not water come out of my shower head. After several attempts to get the water running and a call to the plumbing supply store where I purchased the cartridges from (the guy there help to troubleshoot but it didn't work), I called Mr. Plumber. I am so very happy I did. Joe heard my story, suggested a few steps to me, gave me his cell phone number all because had faith I can get the job done (I appreciated that ) and I did. Awful experience with this company. First they didn't book the appointment after we called. When we…read morechecked in to follow up they said "it was a miscommunication" and that the time we initially requested was no longer available. Then they showed up almost 40 minutes late to our house for a deep cleaning which we were told would take 4 hours. My wife and I left to run errands. When we returned 2 hours after they started the two women were packing up to leave, and drove off in their cars as we pulled into the driveway. When we entered the house, it was no cleaner than when we left. There were crumbs in the main walkway of the kitchen, finger prints on every mirror, and scum in the shower. There was no sign that they cleaned anything. They didn't even move object around on surfaces like the kitchen island or entertainment center to make an attempt at cleaning. When I called jay to complain, he made it seem like it was my fault for not understanding the services. When I spoke to the owner he threatened to take me to small claims court if i refused to pay. The cleaners did not even do the most basic of cleaning services. He argued that I needed to at least pay them for their time. My point was I should not be responsible to pay his employees for THEIR time if they didn't do the service hired to perform. They did offer to reclean the house at no cost to me, but I would never let this company enter my house again In response to comment- prior to the cleaning we were specifically instructed not to give payment to the women performing the cleaning. The supervisor, Josh was scheduled to arrive at our house after the cleaning to collect payment. When we arrived home we did call and spoke to Jay on the phone who was very confrontational telling me I was incorrect about the expectations of the cleanings and that Josh the supervisor would come to my house to address the concerns. When josh arrives he did agree the cleaning was subpar. While josh was in my home the woman who performed the cleaning barged into my house without knocking and very aggressively yelled at me asking "what didn't she clean" I then told her to leave my home because I did not want her in my home with that level of anger. I did state she didn't have any paperwork, meaning badge, company shirt, or anything stating that she was a professional cleaner, in no way indicating anything regarding her immigration status. Josh handled the situation very professionally and did the best he could to settle the situation, which was appreciated.
