This guy was extremely unprofessional, filthy hands and ripped-up jeans, coming on to me and touching me inappropriately on my body. (I had to say I had a husband just to get him to back off.) Additionally, he reeked of cigarettes. But the worst and most suspicious of all was that he refused to provide a written breakdown (estimate) of all the work that he had assessed. No written estimate. He said, "Once we have your confidence, and you sign an agreement to hire us, you will get all of that." WHAT?! I posted a negative review on Google, and the owner's fiancé contacted me, wanting to meet with me because she knew I had a recording of my encounter with her employee. She came and wasted my time though. She said that she, herself, was a licensed contractor. She had me take her all around the house, showing her all of the damage, and then she made me wait at least a half an hour until her actual contractor who did the work for her company showed up. Why did I take her around and show her all of the damage, when she is not capable of providing a breakdown of costs herself? What a joke. To top it off, she told me that her company would provide that estimate for me to determine whether or not I wanted them to do the work. I never got it. Stay away from this company.

We had him out several times, and he missed his promised time every single time. We had to call several times when he forgot he was supposed to be at our job. Still, once he was there, he would work diligently and make every effort to do things the right and best way, not the easiest way. He did not take shortcuts, and you want an electrician who cares about doing your wiring correctly. He also took the time to solve problems we presented that were not part of the original plan, and he added them in at a fair price. This probably explains why he was often late. It can be hard to know how long a job will take, especially when you are doing your best to do things safely and correctly and taking the time to do it right. So we were understanding about that, once at our house, he often stayed longer than scheduled to make sure we were happy and the job was done correctly. We will use him again.

Justice said he could not recreate the problem, to call drain dawgs if it continued because they're better at drains. He told me he couldn't fix the tub drain top on the bathtub either. That the entire shower and bath unit would need to be pulled out and the entire pipe replaced. Then he charged me $50. As soon as he left the sewage backed up in the bathroom. We called a different plumber who hydrojetted the lines and said there was definitely a clog. That fixed it temporarily so then I contacted Roto Rooter to put a camera in, he located the issue in the front yard close to the city line. Metronet put their line through our drain pipe. So the pipe was broken and the mud kept filling the hole and backing up. This guy didn't offer to investigate or look in to it at all. The bathtub train top was also replaced, along with the toilet wax ring. I didn't have to pull anything out.
