Another great choice at Historia! Mocchi cake with coconut topping and drizzled honey. Gluten free and delish!

Fantastic experience for my first time visiting this bakery. I was stopping by today to grab a quick blueberry muffin to go and I noticed a gracious and inviting welcome when I walked in. I saw chess table's too and the overall feel was very professional. The business owner is very nice I ordered a muffin and it was delicious. I also played a few games of chess. Wow, What a great place to grab a coffee and pastry. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Stopped by on a week day morning, it was quiet inside. I ordered the Pretzel Croissants & a s'mores bar. The pretzel croissant was exactly what I wanted- salty, soft and flakey; a pretzel in croissant form. Wow.. don't skip the S'mores Bar. The chocolate layer is soft, with marshmallows still soft/fresh as if they just came out the bag. It's a perfect sweet treat pick me up without being overly sweet. Talk about taking care of their customers, Robyn Lee the Owner, you're a Rock Star and your employees are helpful and friendly too!!! This bakery in Thousand Oaks went out of the way to make sure my favorite cookies were available for me to pick up and enjoy!!! I absolutely love this bakery's Peanut Butter Cookies. In my opinion, they have set the bar on that and this is the standard I use for comparison. I'm visiting from NorCal and this is a must visit, so many delicious looking pastries, sandwiches and other choices to choose from and a great place for breakfast and lunch. A first time with their carrot cake and it was delicious. Highly recommend!!! FYI, the carrot cake was much better presented but I got hungry and started eating it and realized I didn't take a photo of it. So, what you see is what was left.

I don't usually come to this area, so I came across this cafe. This cafe is small, but the service was excellent. The latte and Cinnamon croissant were good. The Cinnamon croissant is a croissant, so it might taste slightly different if you imagine a cinnamon roll. There are Inside and outside tables. Parking is in front of the cafe.

This review is long overdue. I went to this café several weeks ago and I'm going through my pictures now and I forgot to post my review. I must say a double chocolate muffin delicious. I think I found my new café to come and get those and the spinach kale croissant oh my God there's no words it's so good and the almond croissant the feeling is so good and sweet when you have a sweet tooth this is one thing that you must try also there lavender latte it was very good. It smells like lavender and something that one must try when coming here. The surface exuded an incredible quality that captivated the eye. The man exhibited an outstanding level of helpfulness, displaying not only kindness but also a warm and inviting demeanor that made me feel right at home.

Pretty good coffee, really good food! Here's a picture of the savory sandwich we ordered and look at the size of that avocado! It's probably a little bit pricier, but it's good to see that they don't skimp out! Good ambiance inside too! Also, the owner talked me into ordering a Cubano instead of a Cortado and I think that was a very good move! It's basically a shot of espresso, but with sugar in the coffee grounds before the shot is pulled.

Stayed the night for a concert and hit Historia Bakery Cafe for breakfast before heading back home. Everything about our visit was outstanding. We both had the Italian Croissant. Roasted tomatoes & pesto on a perfectly baked flaky croissant, topped with a poached egg. Fan-freakin'-tastic! Our mochas were hot creamy chocolatetly deliciousness. Super great owners. We'll definitely be back when passing though.

This place is truly one of a kind. Every time I walk into their bakery, I am welcomed and the atmosphere is so homie. My go to drink is there blueberry lavender matcha which is an absolute 10 out of 10. Most of the time I just like to go there because of how amazing the staff is and how welcoming the owners are. This place will forever be my go-to in TO.

Customer service was great... everyone was friendly and the order came out fast. No long waiting, no confusion, just straight to the point (and delicious). If you're in the area and want a solid sandwich that actually tastes like it was made with care... get the 805. Trust me. Definitely coming back. Pro tip: I added extra onions and jalapeños and took away the mayo (I prefer a certain type of Mayo brand). My preferred flavor profile: Umami-forward (savory/salty depth) Acidic / bright (tangy + sour) Pungent & intense (spicy + bitter notes)

I got the #2 with the dutch crunch, not enough bacon, and the bread was just not good and seemed pretty old. $17 for a medium-sized sandwich (definitely smaller than Jersey Mike's) and a small bag of chips. If you want good local sandwiches, go somewhere else. For the price, the portion and quality were just not worth it.

The same owner has been serving customers for years and is always a delight to talk to. My boyfriend and I came here the other day to grab lunch to-go and bring it to the beach to eat. We ordered and it didn't take too long to get our food, as I also peeked next door at the consignment store. They did pack it a little different than I thought they would, putting both sandwiches that we ordered into one aluminum tray with the fries on top, but that's alright. That being said, we ordered two sandwiches, some fries, and drinks (they have cold or room temperature). The chicken burrata with pesto is always my go-to and is so good! It has a classic taste that never gets old, and the flavors in the ingredients all mesh well together. My boyfriend got the Prosciutto Panini and he said he really enjoyed that one, too! *One note is that a good amount of years ago, the owner used to make his own teas and juices for customers; they were always so fun to try. If you're a local and you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for? I'd recommend going for lunch. If you're visiting the area, it's also worth stopping by since Agoura doesn't have many of their own small businesses and restaurants (especially affordable ones that are good.)
