I ordered the Bacon Breakfast Waffle Sandwich with the Cappuccino with oat milk. The sandwich was very good with the waffles being flavourful on their own. The Cappuccino was fantastic, tasting consistently palpable. I also had their Almondine Croissant, which I found fresh, crunchy and tasty overall. The service was pretty proficient as well, where they use a beeper system to call customers from their tables. Although, they do call your name sometimes too. This business is a hotspot for special events as well with a bulletin board in the back telling you what is happening. So, the Blue Moose Coffee House is a highly recommendable place to have breakfast, lunch, a take-out meal or just to socialize. I look forward to coming back to this place.

When my mother called and informed them of the rotten chicken, they said bring it back with a receipt. They weren't bothered by the fact that they sold rotten chicken and didn't apologize or try to do right by a customer who has supported them for nine years. Their only concern was a receipt which they never provided. Needless to say, I suggested my mom file a report with the health department ( which she has now done) and I'm sharing the customer service experience here. Accidents can happen which I understand. Terrible customer service is a whole other thing. I personally, I would never shop here on that merit alone. If they can't be bothered to fix the issue, I can't be bothered to spend money there.
