They have all the fixings at each table--sriracha, hoisin, seasoning, fish sauce, etc. which is super important so you can customize the spice and flavor to your liking. The service was good and they were quick. There is truly nothing like a perfectly seasoned, hot bowl of pho on a chilly day! I used to be spoiled by summer roll with shrimp and pork by default, so this is a bit like a bummer when we can only do shrimp. Then two of us got the dry pho, I got mine with the roasted pork chop. They didn't even tell me or ask me whether it's ok to swap the rice noodles to rice when they ran out of them. Mine came with the rice instead of rice noodles, what a surprise lol.
