We were seated quickly on a Monday afternoon. It was moderately busy. I got the pho tai and my friend got the pork chop pho. The broth was rich and flavorful. My bowl was HUGE. I was able to finish off my noodles and meat and then had a ton of that yummy broth left. The pho tai was bomb, but next time I gotta get the pork chop. I tried a bit of my friends and it was so crispy and flavorful! They have all the fixings at each table--sriracha, hoisin, seasoning, fish sauce, etc. which is super important so you can customize the spice and flavor to your liking. The service was good and they were quick. There is truly nothing like a perfectly seasoned, hot bowl of pho on a chilly day! One of the workers, presumably manager (?), was making jokes and kept a light hearted environment. He was very friendly and made sure his customers were looked after. The bubble tea tastes nothing close to a typical bubble tea, you can actually taste the powder. The Thai tea is nothing near authentic and the regular bubble tea tastes like chocolate.
