Went in for an inspection. I failed, which is fine, but Hatem is so rude and whenever I asked for clarification he just repeated the exact thing he said but angrier. I brought it back a month later fixed, when it was fine and passed he didn't even see me out he just screamed across the floor I was done and walked away. I've had multiple vehicles worked on, variety of general maintenance and repairs. Fair pricing and responsive when I needed something done quickly - on a schedule. I brought my brand new tire (Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus 305 /30 R20 103Y XL BSW) that I purchased elsewhere and my Polaris Slingshot factory forged rim 20x11. I wanted the old tire taken off and the new tire mounted and road force balanced. $48 total. I took the rim home and was cleaning it and noticed the guy working there scratched up the inside of my rim because he used a scraper with razor blades to take off the old weights that were stuck to the rim. I went back and showed the Owner and he apologized and said to to go get it taken care of and he would reimburse me. I told him I was going on a trip and not sure when I would be be able to get this fixed. I had the inside of the rim sanded and painted and cost me $150 to repair it. They obviously had to take off the weights he installed to fix the rim. I waited a month for the rim to be painted to add to my frustration. I went to HKK with my original receipt and spoke to the owner who originally told me he would take care of the repair. I show him the rim was refinished and it cost me $150 to repair it, he got down and looked at it and felt the rim and said "looks good". Then proceeds to tell me that "the guy that did the work no longer works here." I said now they had to remove the weights to repair the rim so it needs to be balanced again. You can re-balance it for me or give me a refund for that and I can bring it somewhere else. He said "So if I balance it for you we are all set?" I said well that plus the $150 for the repair. He tells me "Oh I can't do that" I said what do you mean, you said to get it fixed and that you would take care of it. He tells me "The rim wasn't damage in a way that effected the performance so I can't help you" So I said you lied to my face when I spoke to you and said you would take care of it. I said so you are going to screw me? He said "yes" I started to talk louder saying I can't believe you ruin my rim I pay to get it fixed and now you are not going to pay me back. Tells me to "stop raising my voice and asked me to leave". I then asked for my money back for the work he did and he told me "Sorry I can't help you" He just doesn't care, he spoke soft and gave little eye contact and just turned his back and walked away from me. I told him he was a liar and a scumbag and I am going to call the Better Business Bureau. I do not care what type of work you need done, do not go to this place of business. If he can damage my property and lie straight to my face and did absolutely zero to make things right he will surely screw over anyone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, he is not doing you any favors. The owner needs to lose his right to be open to the public. I wish I did more research and read the reviews online before I trusted this establishment. read more

My son needed an alignment and state inspection and our regular mechanic doesn't do either. I checked around at work for a reputable mechanic that could do both and my cube neighbor recommended HKK. What a great shop! The owner answered the phone and all of my questions, after I was satisfied, I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The shop did a great job and the owner went out of his way to explain to my son what he was doing and why. The prices were fair and the service was great! I'm not a regular (yet), but at this point, I give HKK a thumbs up and say try them out! read more

Brought my friend here for an inspection sticker. Vehicle failed for a steering rack, so we went to our regular mechanic to get the rack checked. There was some leakage in a different area, which my mechanic addressed and fixed. No play in the steering rack, and some slight leakage, but NOT failable. Went back to HKK, and they refused us a sticker...my mechanic called them directly and HKK hung up on them! Now she's stuck paying for another sticker. Not fair. They also over filled my oil by 1 qt. I had a nail stuck in my tire and I went into this business to get my tire plugged. I was told that i needed a new tire when clearly i didnt i was told that they could not plug my tire that they were busy and they wasnt gonna waste there time plugging the tire because it needed a new tire. So i asked if i could have my own spare tire put on cause he was taking advantage of the situation make a long story short he charged me $50 bucks to put my own tire that i had this place is scammers to make money on desperate ppl and i was told i had to pay first before the tire was changed and i was also asked how was i paying for that and the place seemed filled with trump supporters harassing me who is a customer really sad and vicious i want people to know the experience i had there racist activity is definetly present there places like these need to be out of business not in business dont support this business this is unexcetable was treated like a second class citizen ! And i still left a tip because im a minority thats why and i dont play the race card but it was very present there never judge a book by its cover and i was miss treated because of my cover but we gotta let people know this is not gonna be tolerated i stand up to hate and abuse and racial profiling alot of people lost there life standing up to hate and racial profiling so please dont support this establishment oh and by the way after he put my tire i went to another tire place in prov and it cost me $15 at jennis tire shop but he charged me $50 also i have the receipt to verify the validity of my theory to my claim but god doesnt sleep god knows i know this employee knows what im saying is the truth !!! DONT NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! worse customer service ever. i needed to get my inspection done and it failed and the guy told me I had to fix it before he can pass it. He took my money and failed me. Then told me he can fix the issue and dropped it off on a Monday and no call nothing. Had to call to find out the results and Wednesday comes and still no results. He told me he couldn't find the issue then tells me he's too busy to get to my car. Before he even started the diagnosis he charged me $85 and told me that covers for labor and diagnostic. I called wednesday very upset and the guy proceeded to yell at me so I told him I will pick my car up and need a full refund then tells me I actually owe him money for having the car there for 3 days. Don't like these guy (goons), particularly the owner who thinks he's doing you the favor when you show up there. He has regularly over estimated/priced brake work jobs and shocks. If you look on Google reviews everything is negative there. I only use for inspections, and even then I'm not sure about them. They only take cash for inspections and that rubs me the wrong way read more

Everything was done as stated and he offered me the parts back (I declined). He understood my stress of not having a sticker or a car and got it done in 5 hours! would not recommend these rip off artist for any type of service. sent my daughter to this shop for a diagnostics and quote, they told her it was her motor and they needed $2400.00. so I told her to have it towed to another shop for another opinion and when they took a look the car was missing plugs, wires and coils.
