Steve (South Bay Lights) was the only one who responded that was able to help me. He helped us choose a design for our project and worked with the concrete contractor to get conduit installed prior to the concrete pour. By informing my wife and I about product choices we didn't know existed, we were able to make our vision a reality. With prompt and reliable communication from Steve, we were able to get an estimate and start the lighting after the concrete workers had already started. Steve exceeded my expectations by being flexible with the schedule of the other trades working the project and making time for our job on very short notice. The products installed look and work great. The installation work is impeccable and the support and follow up after the work was completed has been tremendous. Our project was small, but I can tell that a larger job would be no problem. I would use South Bay Lights again and would recommend without hesitation.

We were able to park pretty close this time around, and it was not too hard to get around by foot. The sidewalks seem to have somehow gotten smaller than what I remembered and it was muddy after rain, so it's a bit difficult as a big group going through (we had a group of 6). Most houses had their lights up and running. Part of the magic in my memory of visiting this area in previous years was seeing people hanging out in their driveways and on their porches, with some selling/giving away refreshments. Not a lot of that tonight, probably due to it being close to Christmas already. Otherwise, the people that we did meet and pass by were very friendly! Otherwise, a good variety of decorations and houses to look at! Seems like there are more houses than usual with their lights off, probably because they were out of town, but it would have been nice to leave it on a timer for the rest of us still in town. But at the zero cost to us to view? I can't complain too much-- always a nice time here in Sleepy Hollow.

Letting me pick service/price package that I wanted. Carlos was the very nice technician who came for the initial inspection. He was involved in the project the whole time. We appreciate him for all his work inside the house, & not beating around the bush to let us know exactly what our house needed. In order to add that 200 amp panel, we had to relocate panel locations, which involved having to cut half of our lemon tree. To our surprise, Arturo & Manny were able to cut the tree for us, and they even cleaned up the mess and took the trash with them (& picked/saved our lemons for us). Arturo was involved the whole time and we are very appreciative of all his hard work. We also appreciate Manny very much for advocating for us, as the relocation would have costed us more than we had already paid (which stretched us out so thin already), and he realized that we were not told ahead of time that the relocation could cost more, so he worked it out with the company to help us out. Our overall experience was really excellent from start to finish. Other technicians who worked on our project were: Jonny, JC, & Christian (who did the work in our crawl space). Every single technician was great and very professional. We are very happy with our choice to work with this company and would definitely recommend them for electrical work.

He picked up right away, asked me to send a couple of photos of the junction box, and showed up in just 30 minutes. Power was back on in under an hour. On a Sunday afternoon, no less! These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

We still paid him. Southern Ca Edison came and correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. It turns out that they are the ones who we should have called first but we didn't know that. They said we can submit a claim for reimbursement. Alfred dodged all my husband's atttempts to get an invoice. When I called, it turns out he refused to give me an invoice because he thinks I am going to commit fraud all because I asked him the day that he was here if he is licensed bonded and insured which is a normal question to ask of a contractor. He accused me of trying to commit fraud when he was the one who spent two hours here and couldn't even figure what the problem is all the time saying that he had to leave to buy his mom lunch.

It's in the middle of the night and I search for 24 hour electricians. The first company I called did not pick up. I call AAA Electric next, and they pick up right away. I explain the situation to Fredo and he tells me he doesn't need to make a visit and charge me for that. (He said he could but this is something I could do myself). So, he has me send him a picture of my circuit breaker and guides me on what to do. And guess what? It worked! He told me he has sisters and a mom and he wouldn't want anyone swindling them, so he treats people the same way. With honesty. A very trustworthy company!
