I was told that there was an opening around 12 PM. It seems that mornings are the busiest, so if you go I highly suggest calling ahead of time or if you are willing to wait, you can sit or explore the nearby area. There are good food spots near this salon and there are shopping centers extremely closeby. Theresa helped me and she was extremely nice and I loved the french manicure she did on me. I came to this salon a second time on a Friday as well, only this time I called ahead. When I arrived near the time of my scheduled appointment, I was sat down almost immediately, no waiting extra. This was also my experience the first time. Winnie did my deluxe manicure the second time I was here and I loved it. I thoroughly enjoy the extra add-ons to a manicure such as the massage and paraffin wax. She did a great job at massaging my arm and helping me relax. The paraffin wax they use smells like peaches and it makes the skin on your hands and arms feel soft afterwards. I showed Winnie a reference picture of some nails I found online. She was so dedicated to making sure it came out as close as possible to the reference, that she had assistance from another nail tech to do the flower designs to make sure it came out perfect. I appreciated the dedication to detail and service. The picture is the final result and I ADORE how it came out! I love a simple short nail manicure and this place delivered the result I wanted. I have definitely found my new favorite nail salon in Redlands and will plan to come back again.

This time there was literally a bubble of blood he painted around, and I have three cut cuticles three days before my wedding. The last time I was cut I looked past it because the nail design was perfect Barbie themed, better than I was even anticipating, but this time I asked for pearl chrome and even after I said I wanted it more white it ended up too pink. He looked like he was going to drill it all off and restart at least to get a more white base but at that point I didn't want the drill anywhere near me again so I told him to leave it. Ivy just started applying the gel. I don't think I've ever used gel. When my nails are not used to products my nails reject it and falls apart. In pic. the gel wears out like polish on the white tip. Ivy said next time she will apply what I use which is a French manicure acrylic or powder, my way or what I asked for. I left a message to schedule another appointment. I never heard back. For the past 2-3 weeks I've been in pain as my nails fell off, bent as it got soft on the sides. I've been upset, hurt, pissed at this whole experience. This was my first appointment with Ivy. She set me for 3:p but she already had a 3p. I had to come back. Paid for this first set. All nails fell off when salons shut down last year. Now I have to find another nail tech for another new first set. This is atrocious. She takes cash or 3rd party pay service. Forgot the name of the app. She doesn't take cheques or credit cards. If this is the case she charges extra. This is my first (and last) appointment with her. You would think a new client would have an easy, comfortable, relaxing, pleasant "first appointment." I was looking forward to my nails looking pretty after a year. I had to run outside to the ATM to pay her cash. Then I was lock out. I think I paid extra for something. I can't remember what. (No tip that's for sure. I'm on a fixed income. I can't tip her for her mistakes.) I didn't mean this review to be long winded but it turns out the entire experience as a "new client" was almost traumatic.
