I have been coming here for a while now , every time I come here the vibe I get is not feeling welcomed at all . Not only that but I wait over an hour for someone to do anything to me , mind you I have an appointment every time . Why must I still go and give chance after change ? Because I love the way Helen does my nails. After today I don't think I would ever be back or recommend to anyone ever again. I made an appointment for builder gel and pedicure, im graduating college tomorrow , and my appointment was at 4 , I got there 3:50 , it's now 5:10pm and im still waiting for someone to start on my pedicure. Booked an appointment with Karen online was so excited as I'm new to the area came about 5 min only for her to tell me she doesn't do pedicures and someone else can do it. Didn't recommend a nail tech just said she doesn't do pedicures. Worst customer service. My friend recommended this place but I won't be returning, don't schedule a pedicure with Karen online she doesn't do them. I just found out from some of my other friends who have tried this place that making an appointment here is pointless they wait for an hour or more even with an appointment. Services has improved from my last visit. I called over the phone to see if they would take two pedicures and one fill to which they said they could only see us at 12 pm. So we decided to as a walk in a test our luck. .. we got in for only two pedicures. Wendy was amazing with my toes! She did an amazing job! However the other lady working on my partner seemed rather bothered or on a rush and didn't do that great of A job. Nails were uneven and it felt like she was barely putting any effort. Customer Service is poor and unprofessional. The first time I went here I loved it CBD pedicure wine perfect. My wax lady told me about this place and to ask for holly. She did a great job on my feet. Second time I had appointment with holly but when I arrived I got someone different no big deal holly was busy with another client, it happens. Third time I went to my husband they didn't scrub his feet AT ALL! Typically that's what men get pedicures for to get off dead skin. She didn't not use no scrubbing utensils at all. Recently just went there Thursday I did a walk in for pedicure I guy was about to do my feet then this lady comes from the back to take over I can tell she was new. Let's just said the manger kept walking to our station looking at her work she had no effort and least to say I felt like a nail dummy so she can practice. She filed my nails did not brush off nail debris and just started painting over them, she drenched my feet with oil, overall I will not be returning I'm not sure because I'm black but there was other customers of color their at the time so maybe the business is just going down hill. I decided to try this nail salon based on reviews and I have been there in the past. I had broken one of my acrylic nails and I needed to get it replaced before I wanna trip. I asked them how much it would cost to fix the nail and they said between 40 and 45. They charge me 50. Also, I want a pedicure the girl goofed up on my one day off and then try to fix it without taking everything off. Needless to say I did not have a pedicure that looked decent. They don't tell you the price is upfront so you have to guess. They don't speak English very well either. For the basic pedicure plus fixing the acrylic nail the price was $80 with a cash discount it got down to 75. Still with tipping it was 90 some dollar pedicure and not worth it. read more

I loved this place when it first opened and have been going consistently since but, after they gained a bigger clientele they have just become sloppy and rushed. The last three times I went the nail tech cut me and didn't have me wash my hands after shaping my nails, now I have dog hair and dust particles under the gel. Not only did I find my gel manicure spot, I finally found the best person ever to do pedicures! I've always struggled with getting pedicures because I'm insanely ticklish and my feet are super sensitive in general, I've always just ended up doing them myself to save myself the embarrassment but Lee is literally an angel! She was so sweet and very gentle with me, she could tell when I got a little ticklish and changed the way she scrubbed, honestly I don't know how she did it, but she didn't even make me squirm (and she even painted perfect French on my pinky toe which I never seem to get done right)! Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted the minute we walked in, and directed to two of their large massage chairs with basins full of warm water. We both honestly can't remember ever getting a pedicure as good as this one. Both of our technicians were excellent and were very careful, thorough and conscious of hygiene and cleanliness. We were also very impressed with how careful they were to painting the entire toenail and not leaving any white showing around the cuticle. The venue and the staff were OK, and the staff did a great job of exfoliating my feet. My only trouble was that I kept asking for rounded near pointed nails on my hands. She added tips but kept making them square. I kept requesting them round. I illustrated rounded edges and she kept saying that she did it. I showed her the shape. I described the shape. Repeatedly. I said "I do not want them squared." I said "I do not want them flat on top." I demonstrated the shape. But I still ended up with the square nails. I hate square nails!!! I have to go home and cut them myself and buy the same color nail polish so I can fix it. That's a little frustrating, esp. considering I paid full price for the wrong shape after multiple requests for "rounded more pointy tips!" Great work but not necessary what you want. read more

The business promised to meet our needs, turns out they didn't have enough people staffed the day of to help us and had an attitude about it. Some employees suggested calling people in but the manager refused. We were all genuinely disappointed in the quality and the cost was outrageous, they misquoted prices and didn't honor the at either. I have been a loyal customer to this nail salon for about 3 months now, I usually would get my nails done by a specific technician but when I arrived I noticed she wasn't there, I only have one day off a week and I do not have time to come back so I decided to give a nail technician a chance. All I needed was a fill and French tip design, as she was doing my nails I noticed how chunky and bubbly the French tip was and I asked her fix it and it just kept getting worse, I noticed they were all ready to leave and I am not someone who likes to complain so I swallowed my pride, paid 120$ INCLUDING tip and left and next morning I called and explain to the lady who answered the phone who was not the manager and she explained to me that NO ONE will be willing to fix my nails at the moment because everyone who was working, works based off commission and of course it being a customer issue I'm clearly not expecting to pay anymore than I already did. I left my number so the manager can contact me the next day to fix this issue. I received the call and she asked if I'm will to come in today 7/31 and I let her know I was not able to because I work and I told her if I am able to come in Friday and IMMEDIATELY here the manager in the back say NO. And at this point I'm aggravated on how they are treating me like an issue so I ask if I can come in Saturday and she says no that she's busy for the rest of the week. So I say "so if I can't come in today than she can't fix my nails?" She then responds "yeah". The customer service here lacks empathy and understanding, you are suppose to accommodate the customer not the other way around! I do not recommend this nail shop!
