I was shocked at the size of this wrap! Definitely something for a big eater or to share with a friend! It came with everything, eggs, peppers, bacon and cheese. Service was excellent! We visited this location yesterday and we ordered the lasagna, MOJO chicken bowl, and the Tico pico chicken bowl.. There were three of us and we decided to sample each item. First I don't know why I/we ordered lasagna from a sub shop, but I digress lol. Yes, it was terrible and noted for the next visit. Taste was bland and kind of tasted like something you can get at an elementary school cafeteria, ijs. Next, we all agreed that the Tico Pico with chicken looked great visually, but it lacked flavor. Being honest I like the bacon breakfast wrap from this place which is what I usually order, but I gave them 3 stars because I ordered the bacon breakfast wrap and once I arrived to my destination and unraveled the packaging the bacon was missing. I mean there was no bacon in sight. It was like the bacon evaporated ‍. This has to be the best and freshest subs I have ever had. The service was friendly and fast for being there during lunch time. The customers had plenty of seating and in a cool shaded area. Simple, cheap and delicious. That's how I'd describe this tiny unassuming hut. This place is located across the street from Miami Dade College. I visited when school was out of session for the semester but I imagine this place gets busy during the school year. It is a walk up place with a couple out door seats to snag if your lucky. There is very limited parking, like 5 spaces and they are a tight squeeze. But it's really about the food. They have a ton of hoagies to choose from but I can't eat bread and their bowls looked great. I opted for the Cuban bowl, you get to pick your protein and I chose vaca frita. Its topped with rice, black beans and plantains. It was very good and the vaca frita was nice and crispy. I do think it could have used a but more flavor, some limes to squeeze would have hit it out of the park for me. But for like $7 I got two meals worth of food and that's a bargain! read more

I am so glad I found this place, which I saw million times but kept on passing by. As I read reviews lots of people complained about the wait. I made a call before I left. Everything was ready in 10 minutes and I didn't have to wait a second. I had combo salad and I honestly can't pick what I liked the most, I think the fact that you can get 3 different portions of meat makes it even more exciting. The tuna and chicken were delicious and very little on mayo which is a huge plus. The crab salad was a big surprise. I don't like crab meat. But I had to give it a try. I believe it's made out of the crab sticks idk how much of real crab meat in there, but if it's a lot, I guess I love grab meat. It was very light and simply delicious. My friend invited me here because we needed a quick lunch and had little time. This place is located directly across the street from Miami Dade North Campus. We would have sat outside but it had rained earlier and everything was wet. They were kind enough to offer to wipe the seats off. However it's July in South Florida so the heat was too unbearable. We ordered our food to go. There was a bit of a wait but I had no problem as I rather it be freshly made oposed to pre-made. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich $6,95 that came with fried peppers and onions as well as a Diet Pepsi fountain drink. The sandwich was ginormous but so delicious I couldn't help myself but to eat the entire sub. The bread freshly baked and light as air. The Cheesesteak top quality and full of flavor. Perfectly prepared no fat in the meat. The sandwich had just the right blend of cheese and it didn't overwhelm the other flavors. I would definitely go back. Was treated with the most full respect the moment I made contact with front counter cashier "ANNIE". Her greetings was very welcoming and her energy was spectacular. I felt so excited and looking forward to the freshly made Turkey Cuban sandwich with hot fries.. Talk about "YUMMY". Top it off and to enjoy my meal even more, I asked ANNIE for a cafe con Leche just seconds after not knowing she broke down and cleaned the machine moments before closing. Can't complain too much when you get a footlong hoagie for $3.99... right? My only gripe is they're so slow. Get ready to wait even at times when there's only one or two customers ahead of you. I've even tried calling ahead to minimize my wait time only to be left on hold for over ten minutes before my order was taken.
