My first stop into Phuoc Loc Tho was Tim's shop (it sits in the back of the mall as you enter and it is on the right side). When I saw the ring, I was so thrilled and excited about finally coming across the exact same piece to replace. So thrilled that I made an impulse purchase and failed to verify the price of the gold before I bought it. After I have left his shop, I was still questioning if the price seemed quite high for an 18K gold jewelry. So I then verified the price of the gold and realized that he had charged me for the price of a 24K gold vs what he should have quoted me for the price of the 18K gold on the 18K gold ring. In essence, he has profited at least $100 from me that day!! His greediness and dishonesty aiming for a quick sales is far more important than establishing a loyal customer.
