Honestly, the experiences were rough: overpriced, sloppy work, or just straight-up dishonesty. About a month ago, I decided to give this shop a chance. I was hesitant because they looked pricey, but I'm glad I trusted my instinct. I've taken about six bikes to them so far, and even bought parts that were better quality and better priced than Amazon. Doug Bailey and (I believe) Dillon -- the tall, skinny white guy -- have been absolutely fantastic. They're fair, honest, and transparent about what needs to be done. Their work is solid, they stand behind it, and they've earned my trust in a way no other shop has. If you want real bike mechanics who actually care about the job they do, this is the place.
