    They fixed our grandson's cheap scooter quickly, affordably, without price shaming. We will buy from them when the time comes.

It's absolutely worth it. After upgrading my bike last year, I've really appreciated their complimentary tune-ups. The team has always been helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Recently, while preparing for an upcoming Ironman 70.3, I had an unexpected maintenance issue come up right before leaving town. Scott and the maintenance team were incredibly accommodating and took care of everything last minute to get me race ready. The customer service seems to depend entirely on who you end up dealing with. The prices are also very expensive for the level of service provided. One experience that stood out to me was when I paid for a flat tire repair. After I paid, the employee at the front got distracted talking to a friend while I stood there waiting for my change. I wasn't in a rush, so I didn't mind waiting a bit, but it felt unprofessional. It wasn't until I looked over at him expecting my change that he finally started counting it out and gave it to me. Another thing I noticed was that some employees seemed much friendlier and more attentive toward older customers, while younger customers were often brushed off or not given the same level of respect. Whether intentional or not, that's how it came across during my visit, and it left a bad impression. What makes it even more frustrating is that customers are paying good money for these services. When people spend their hard-earned money at a business, they should be treated with respect regardless of their age. No customer should feel ignored, brushed off, or disrespected while supporting the business. While there are some good employees here, the inconsistent service, high prices, and lack of professionalism from certain staff members make it difficult for me to recommend this place.
