Another thing I noticed was that some employees seemed much friendlier and more attentive toward older customers, while younger customers were often brushed off or not given the same level of respect. Whether intentional or not, that's how it came across during my visit, and it left a bad impression. What makes it even more frustrating is that customers are paying good money for these services. I had to wait to get help, there were two guys working on bikes in the back and another helping customers with checkout. Everyone I met was friendly, and I left hopeful that I found a place to satisfy my local bike mechanic needs.
