Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

Nothing particularly wrong happened, but after talking with them, I just didn't have that feeling that made me comfortable handing over my vehicle and a couple thousand dollars. Then one afternoon I walked into Audio916. Before I had even spoken with Sean, I overheard him talking to another customer who wanted an inexpensive off-brand radio installed. Sean explained that he simply doesn't operate that way. What caught my attention was essentially this: "I only install high-quality equipment. I'm not going to put something in your vehicle that I wouldn't put in my own." That told me everything I needed to know. When it was my turn, I explained what had happened with the other shops. Sean wasn't intimidated by the installation for one second. No BS. No sales pitch. No scratching his head. He knew exactly what needed to be done, explained the equipment he recommended, explained why, and gave me an extremely fair price. A few days later, he called and said all the parts were in.
