Service was great for a recent lunch. I am not sure why they changed their menu. Their chicken quesadilla was wonderful. Not liking the new quesadilla option. Not much beef filling or cheese and lots of caramelized onions, which was not how it was described on the menu. Same goes for the crispy beef tacos. Very little filling in the crispy beef tacos. Bring back the old beef tacos. This has always been our go to place for lunch. Will be considering other options to dine at in the future. read more

They completely lost our order and didn't think huh why has that table been sitting there for an hour and a half with no food. We asked our waitress who told us that "they lost your ticket" but also she didn't have any of what we ordered written down anymore. Retook our order, the 2 people with us also hadn't gotten their SINGLE order of boneless wings either. We notified the waitress. She said she would look into it while she was "rushing" our order. Another 40 minutes goes by, nothing we ask the waitress and she said she'd check. They finally bring our food out 45 minutes later after the second time she put our food in. We asked about the person with us who still didn't have their SINGLE ORDER of boneless wings. The waitress informed us that her MANAGER told her that we were not telling the truth and we had alrwsdy received the wings. I was taken back, I asked the waitress if she had seen anyone at our table with food and she just stared at us and said no but my manger said I couldn't give them their wings. I asked the manager to who said oh sorry I thought it was a different table and we did fix their food I can fix it now. This has now been 2 hours, we got up and walked out. I have very mixed feelings about this place. I recommend ordering from the appetizer menu ONLY IF you want it as your main course. Stick to the salads, tacos and burgers on the main menu. Skip the birria items. The kettle chips and tater tots are great sides. The hostess, waitstaff and bartenders are great. They do a great job with group functions, particularly in the upstairs bar. Unfortunately, after several negative experiences with both service and food quality, I don't think I will continue to dine here outside of group functions. Repeated issues over our visits in 2024-2025 include appetizers being delivered at the same time as (or only a minute before) our main course, and food items served at near room temperature or undercooked. Although staff has always been apologetic and resolved the issues to our satisfaction, there are many other places we could dine where we have had consistently better experiences. read more

went to holidays in Neenah on Friday match 1. terrible food. I ordered the baked haddock and didn't want the potatoes so I got the broccoli and had to pay a uocharge. I agreed to that. other people that were in my party got their fish and potatoes and some got broccoli with their meal no charge. my point is why did I have to pay. then the food was cold. took it back and still was cold. my upscale broccoli was cold. No cole slaw. everyone else got it. for the price of the baked haddock 1 little thin piece and cold. the dried up toast they serve with it is not good either. Do not recommend their Friday baked haddock. other people in my party had the walleye looked good but was cold as well. they better get a better cook staff. read more

My wife and I moved to the area a couple of years ago. Holidays has been a favorite of ours for burgers. Until tonight,We ordered 2 burgers and sides to go like we have been. I picked up the order when they told me it was going to be ready. When I got home just 3 minute away. The burgers where raw (we ordered medium) ,The lettuce and tomato had been frozen on the virg of spoiled. the bottom of the bun was soaked and impossible to pick up. tater tots where not done and Everything was stone cold. Holiday's is a cool sports bar in Neenah. Sports bars are known for having TVs for every game possible. One section of the dining area has a wall of ten TVs of different sizes. It's almost hard to pick one TV to watch. Also this area has five rows of tables, each at a different elevation (lower in the front, and higher in the back). It's possible to watch whatever TV you want from any row. There's an upstair bar area that's used for private parties. I've heard during football season, the Bears fans go upstairs to watch their team lose :). I don't know the reason for that, the owner must be a Bears fan. As much as I don't like the Bears, it's nice that we keep them in a separate space lol. I really like their beer selection here. Plenty of craft beers, not just from Wisconsin but from other small breweries in various states. Last time I had Zombie Dust IPA from Three Floyds in Indiana...SO GOOD! My friends and I all ordered different pub tacos. I had a buffalo chicken tacos, and it was super good. You get two of them (decent sized) with chips and salsa. The buffalo sauce had just enough kick for me that my mouth wasn't on fire. Everyone enjoyed their tacos, and it was hard to choose one, they all sounded tasty. We live near Holiday's. So, we visit frequently. My favorite parts - tap beer selection, the outdoor patio, and free kid's meal Sundays. OH! And, they serve Stuc's pizzas (my favorite!) Holiday's has 2 bars - the standard lower bar and the upper bar in the private party area (including a meeting room option). They always have a great selection of local craft beers, including a beer of the month (special price). The restaurant is just off the bar with stadium seating to allow everyone an un-obstructed view of the huge wall of TVs. The outdoor patio is wonderful on a warm summer afternoon/evening. There are multiple tables on this second floor patio. Holiday's has multiple specials. Sundays feature free kid's meals. Mondays have a pizza & pitcher of beer deal. Taco Tuesdays. Fish on Fridays. There are also drink deals every day. The menu - The burgers are great (especially the Mac n Cheese). I'm also a fan of the Buffalo Pub Tacos. I already mentioned my love of Stuc's pizza - which you are able to order at Holiday's from the neighboring pizza place. read more

While up north visiting family, we stopped by Holidays Pub & Grill which is out of the beaten path in Neenah in a strip mall. When I walked in, it was dark and loud of people having a good ol' time, and the atmosphere is c h i l l. There were lots of TVs with sports games on and the seats were comfortable. Wait until I tell you about the bomb food and great service: Our server, Lucia, was on point. Brought our food promptly to the table, knew about the menu, and made sure everything was good. Try their cajun fire fries, coated with cajun spice and sugar. I was not let down by their spicy Jalapeno burger which comes with your typical burger toppings plus Jalapeno peppers and bacon. I also tried one of my brother's chicken tenders and they were possibly the best flavored tenders I've had in a while. Remember the chicken tenders Burger King used to have in the '90s? Tastes like those but much larger. And lastly, their fried cheese curds were a good snack. Don't think I've ever had any bad cheese curds in WI. Holidays is awesome and worth the stop. I met a friend here for some last minute drinks. My Margareta was kind of watered down and my friend said his Bacardi and coke was too. The bartender was nice and friendly and at 5ish on a Monday, the place was pretty busy. I would try it again because we didn't have any food. I would LOVE to give this place a 5. Good atmosphere. Great staff and servers. Good food... kind of. The food is better than average bar food. Philly cheese steak would be accepted by the people of Philadelphia. BUT. For some reason sometimes whoever the cook is wants to make the food ridiculously stupid spicy hot. For example, I have ordered the burrito with chicken and excluded the chipotle sauce 3 times. First 2 times excellent. Last time intolerable spicy heat. I suffered the rest of the day and had to give up early into it. Beef tacos. Sometimes good a little spice. Sometimes just inedible spicy for the average person. So now. Can't eat either there. Frankly I want to go there but worried that a rogue spicy-hot crazed chef who cannot relate to folks that like a little heat and has to go their own spicy stupid hot way... just does their thing. Looking for good sized portions and great pub style food? This is the place. You do have to allow some food for this quality food to come out. I had a Calzone and it took a half hour to prepare and cook. So if going to the theatre, plan ahead to allow time. Great atmosphere. Wheelchair friendly. Great customer service. While you wait, you can watch a number of TVs showing a number of different sports, listen to music or, if with others, chat them up. Took some leftovers home as I could not finish it all. Curds slightly underdone so they had a bit of that raw batter taste and the egg on the burger was overhard instead of releasing the yolk as it should on a burger. I don't like to think I'm a "regular" at any local institution, as I don't hit up the bars enough to consitute that lable, but if I were to be a regular someplace, this would be it. I've gone here numerous times, as I used to live in the area and I never once had a bad experience. The have tons of TV's, really good food, a great beer selection and a clean/fun atmosphere. I like going to a sports bar where they pride themselves on having something other then Miller Lite, Bud Light and Leinies on tap. One thing they really have going for them is the fact that they serve the neighboring Stuc's pizza here, which in my opinion is the best pizza in the valley. Every time I go into this place I feel extremely welcome, even though I make it there maybe once every month or two these days....If you are looking for a nice sports bar with good food and a great bar staff, this is a solid bet. read more

Like most businesses in the Fox Valley, Holiday's appears to be struggling to get sufficient staff during busy times. At least this was the response from Management when I complained about our last (and final) experience here on Memorial Day. Long story short, lack of sufficient staff negatively affected our dining experience. I wrote Management explaining what had happened and they responded with a very flat, "We are disappointed to hear about your experience." This wasn't our first negative experience here, but it will be our last. Too bad too because it was a great way to grab a Stuc's pizza while enjoying a cocktail. If you are reading this, I would highly recommend Wiseguy's in Menasha instead. read more
