The steak was cooked perfectly--tender, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you order a great steak. The haddock was just as impressive--fresh, delicious, and cooked perfectly. Both meals were outstanding. But what really made the night was the staff. Manager Darcie was phenomenal--friendly, attentive, and clearly runs a great operation. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and the experience they're having. Blaze was absolutely hustling as the barback and deserves some recognition. That guy was moving nonstop and helping keep everything running smoothly. Bella behind the bar was awesome--great personality, attentive, funny, and made us feel right at home. That's the kind of bartender who turns a good dinner into a great night. And I've gotta mention Scott too. Cool guy, great sense of humor, and added to the fun atmosphere. Great food, great drinks, great people, and a staff that actually seems to enjoy taking care of their customers. The Outpost absolutely knocked it out of the park. We'll definitely be back.
