What I received was a perfectly medium rare sirloin, about 6oz - perfect for breakfast - encrusted with salt and cracked pepper (the multi-colored variety you can really see), along with my eggs over easy and home fries in a tasty sausage gravy with sourdough toast. It was absolutely delicious. My coffee never got to empty. The service was prompt and courteous, without being too much. I had an incredible breakfast, got a little work done, and passed a little time between meetings, and left thinking about when I might be back.
