A sales clerk, Jay, was helpful in giving us the rundown of what they offer, forthcoming with answers. Btw, there was no sales clerk at Cerritos when we visited. Delivery is free (I should've asked what the cut off or limit is) BUT it could take up to 7 days! Whoa! Good to know. King sized sets ranged from roughly $1000-2000 (free box spring, I sure hope so, I thought it automatically comes with it.). That's the sale price. That's your basic set, if you're looking for the bells & whistles, for instance, the motor for adjustable beds, that could run you another $1000. If it's 2 things a person MUST have, comfortable shoes & really good bed/mattress. Be good to yourself, you only have one life to live, these you must have. The return policy has always been super strict and a little unfair. For starters, you can not return something and get your money back for any reason, however they do allow you to exchange. Please make sure that the tiny little price tag is still attached to the dress because they will not allow you to exchange the dress even if the little price tag is not on. To me that is an extremely petty reason to not accept an exchange on an item. Also do not mention whether or not you wore the dress even if it was for 30 minutes because they will not accept it. As far as value, most of the items there are worth the price. For the store to be there for so long they don't really offer many discount options and they don't have many sales.... Just marked off prices on items that don't sell.
